If you want an experienced, high quality, fair, honest and ethical plumber then I highly recommend that you call Dave. He ran into a hiccup when attempting to repair my water heater that required hours of work. When that didnt work we went with a full replacement and Dave did not add any extra charges for the repair work that he had previously done to my final cost. Really, use this guy, you wont be disappointed..

Dave and/or Joe have done 3 different unrelated jobs for me at this point. And I will continue to use them anytime I need a plumber in the future. Plumbing isnt cheap - but I do feel like their pricing is fair - especially when you add in the fact that they are very prompt in returning calls, always on time to the job, and complete the job 100% including clean-up. In addition, they always spend the time to make sure I understand what was done and how to maintain it in the future. I highly recommend Pacific Northwest Plumbing for any plumbing needs you have.

My expert Plumber, David, called and asked if he could show up almost 3 hours early. I was home and said Yes. This freed up my day for other tasks. He was at my home within 15 minutes. I reviewed my problem with him again (black inky water was coming out of all the faucets—but it had only happened the previous weekend. He looked at the faucets, ran the water everywhere, checked out the hot water heater (determined it’s age) and came to the conclusion that with heavy rain the previous week along with possible gasket or bladder shedding, that could be the reason for the leak. Determining the cause of an inconsistent problem is always a challenge for plumbers, electricians or others working in the home; his recommendation: if it happens more consistently, call Pacific Northwest Plumbing again and they’ll start taking things apart. Right now, no need to do that! He was here about 20 minutes: Charge: None — Customer for a lifetime: Absolutely!

Pacific NW plumbing exceeded all my expectations. After getting stuck on our icy hill they continued to conduct the free estimate! Dave took his time with us, was super though and really took his time to understand our broiler system. He continued to exceed expectations by continually answering our calls and questions. I recently had an emergency with my boiler. After talking to the manufacturer, I got phone numbers of authorized service providers in my area, and I was very fortunate that Daves company was at the top of my list. He answered the phone, let me know about his availability and arrived a few hours later. He was efficient in his diagnosis of my problem and let me know what needed to be fixed (I had an electrical issue rather than a plumbing issue). His price was more than reasonable given how far he had to drive to help me.Best of all he continued to support me answering questions after he left. I commend him on his professionalism and his commitment to serving his customers. Next time I need a plumber, I will be calling him back.

Amazing service called pretty late in the evening for a leak detection and they were able to help right away they got to my house in less than 15 min. Before them I had called 2 other companies that were not much help but thanks to David we were finally able to find the leak and quick! Very knowledgeable and great service would definitely recommend! He was also very accommodating to my busy schedule and kept really good communication.

I had an emergency at 6am and I called and spoke to Dave. He came over within 15 minutes and shut the main water valve off and replaced a pipe. It turned out I woke him up. The water line to my fridge was installed wrong but he squeezed me into his busy schedule and came out a couple of days later. He fixed it the correct way as previous person installed it all wrong. I a truly grateful to have found Dave in the midst of an emergency. He is a true professional and informative. A nice man whom I highly recommend and will call again in the future.

Dave was the only plumber out of 10 calls who responded to my plumbing emergency. He came immediately, fixed the leak, improved the external faucet and connecting pipe. We were very pleased with the work that we had done by Pacific Northwest plumbing. 1st of all when we called after trying multiple other companies to get on the schedule which was a hassle, they answered the phone immediately and got us on the schedule for early the next day. Our call was because we werent sure if we were crazy but we thought we heard a drip going on in a wall. They came and inspected and Dave the plumber determined that there was a leak in one of our walls which he immediately repaired. Also they did inspection on our overall plumbing in the house as a courtesy and he was able to prevent a future disaster but showing us where our water tank was starting to leak at the bottom. It was only leaking a little bit but you could see the rest and that clearly it would become a much larger problem soon. So we also had the water tank replaced which he showed up with the next day. 2 problems solved 2 days in a very fair Invoice from Pacific Northwest Plumbing at the end of The Visit. No matter what service is needed as a homeowner its very difficult to get people that are clean professional on time and component and to get it at a fair price so we are very thankful. We can and will refer them to our family and friends!
