I have been a customer with Auburn Heating & Air since 2008. Whenever I had issues they came out either the same day or 1 day later. If something that had worked on and the next day still had issues they were there within a few hours. I always get my furnace filters from them and have yearly maintenance. They are such great people.

We had an issue with no ac over the weekend so I called mon morning and they said we can come out this afternoon. Very fast. They had it up and running in less than an hour. And charged a reasonable price. Very polite service guys.

Had a sewer pump go down, called at 6AM expected an answering machine, nope someone picked up the phone, said they would try and get there today, got another call saying they were in the area. Jeremy and Kevin stopped by in the morning. Assessed the problem, changed my sewer pump, and had everything done before 2pm. Very fast. Very professional, price was cheaper than expected. Warranty on pump and work. Definitely would highly recommend.

Had them come out last November and install a retrofit heating and AC unit for my home. They installed an Amana system and got rid of my ceiling cable heat. Phenomenal job by these guys. Their quote was also a lot better than other companies we had come out. They are ones who are not out to eat customers wallets. Ill be sure to be using them for a once a year maintenance plan to clean my AC unit. So glad to use them for my service. No more lifting window AC units for my home. Thanks!!!!

From the first phone call, to till the tech left my house the customer service was great! Even with their busy schedule they got to us the next day since our AC wasn’t running at all. Lane was awesome, and even though I showed up towards the very end he re explained everything to me again. Just so I had the best understanding possible. Will be calling them in the future for all ac and furnace needs!

This company has been phenomenal to work with. We had a major renovation project that started with a sewer line replacement. Cody took the time to come out to the house and talk with me, not TO me, about what was involved and how soon they could begin. They were one of the cheapest bids. Cody did not upsell me on any extra project.Another major project for the renovation was installing 6 dual-climate control units in the house. Again, Cody and his team talked through the project with us, explained the challenges, and the options that were available. They showed up a few weeks later and had the install completely done in a timely manner.Highly recommend this company. They are honest, timely, and flexible. One of my top favorite companies to hire for job in the home.

I have used this Family run business on several occasions. They have always went above and beyond. Even talking with Erica in the office to Cody the technician to the Owner himself. They have treated us with they up most respect, more like a family member than a client. Theyre always on time. Respectful of our home. Takes there time to interact to explain or answer any questions we have. I would definitely recommend this company. They will be honest, fair and work with you. I will never use another company again!!!!

Had a leak in the basement of our business that happened overnight and could not find the source. Our normal service techs were not fielding calls and the water was beginning to pool in the basement where we keep equipment and files. They immediately sent out a tech who was able to find and resolve the issue within 15minutes. Very professional, extremely prompt, and understood the emergency aspect of our situation! Will absolutely be using them for the future!!

Chris came out and repaired several things that the contractor who finished our basement did incorrectly, I called the day before and they said we should be able to be out there tomorrow morning. I was surprised at how quickly they came out. Chris is a true professional, I explained what was going on, he said no worries I’ll get this handled for you. A few days later I got the invoice and it was lower than expected even. They have done some work at my place of business in the past and I’ll continue to call them in the future for my HVAC needs!

Theses guys are the absolute best. They did a complete heating/air conditioning system and installed duct work & vents in several parts of my very old home that never before had service. Its an extremely hot day and all rooms are a comfy 72 degrees. I love Auburn Heating and Air Conditioning!!

Amazing service! 7:30am I discovered the water heater was not working. 8:12am I called Auburn Heating and Air, talked to Denny. 8:45am Mike arrived, 945am, new gas valve and we are good to go!This isnt the first time Auburn Heating and Air helped us out with great service. This last winter we had an old furnace go out on a Saturday afternoon. Cody showed up in a hurry and he fixed it by that evening to get us through until they could install a new furnace. When they did install the new furnace, Cody and Jeff were on time and did a great job.I dont write posts enough, but these guys and the owner Rick Purdy deserve a solid thank you from us!

I called on a Sunday expecting to leave a message. To my surprise someone answered on the first ring and took my information.I was told the earliest time they come out would be Tuesday, to my surprise I was called by Monday mid-day. The workers were great, they were able to diagnose and fix the chipmunk chewed wiring quickly and we were back up and running an entire day before my official apt. I would highly recommend their services.Thank you!

Collin was friendly, listened to my concerns, fixed the problem and serviced my furnace. Auburn Heating and Cooling also installed the furnace and AC in 2019 and did a great job, was very informative, and they came in at a lower estimate than three other local companies. We are thrilled with the furnace and air conditioner installed in 2019, have had zero mechanical problems, and the cause of the issue Collin fixed was not a furnace issue, it was a gas valve issue. I have recommended Auburn heating and cooling to multiple friends and family, and all have been very satisfied.
