I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Roarke. I have had 4 different plumbers to my house and none had the will or knowledge or fortitude to help me with a complex plumbing problem until Roarke arrived. They spent hours researching and coming up with a plan and unlike the others, returned my calls and showed up to work on it. They are skilled, courteous, and thorough. Finally have me a plumber in Auburn! Thank you guys!!

Kenneth and his helpers were very knowledgeable and were prompt. They solved several plumbing issues and installed a new disposal and water heater. Isaiah was especially thoughtful in cleaning or thinking ahead to gather upcoming parts and tools when he wasn’t directly assisting Kenneth. They went the extra mile for us and charged a reasonable amount for their high quality work. I will call JRoarke again!

I cant recommend J. Roarke enough! I had a terrible leak in my shower system and within a few days of the initial phone call, the leak was fixed and my shower system was upgraded as well. Pricing was very reasonable and I have to give a big shout-out to Carey and TJ who worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves, and were very professional! 5 stars to the company and 5 stars to the guys that came out.

I used this company when I purchased my house a few years ago and the sewage pump had to be replaced. Fast forward a few years and my dry cleaning business had multiple plumbing issues that needed to be addressed. J Roarke Plumbing helped us with several issues and the guys were really helpful with resolving everything. Professional. I highly recommend!

We are new to Auburn and needed a small plumbing job done (replace kitchen faucet and garbage disposal). We found J Roarke on a Google search.The first good sign was that they answered the phone promptly instead of having to leave the usual voicemail. When we described our needs they were able to explain their pricing clearly and set up a prompt appointment time.Dillon and TJ arrived on time, were polite, friendly, did the work very efficiently and were also very tidy.J Roarke are now our go-to plumbers and we look forward to working with them as we begin to remodel our house.

I live in Birmingham and Roarke put a full day of plumbing in at my parents house near Chewacla Park in Auburn - a mid-1970s dinosaur. The service men were extremely polite to my 80 year old parents and patient, reasonable and responsive. They stayed within their quote and I cannot recommend them enough.

Not only did he fix our problem but went one step further to help prevent a future ordeal. He didn’t have to go that extra step but he cared about his clients. I would use Roarke plumbing again.

Can we give them 10 stars? Called late Friday afternoon (when else does an emergency happen!) and was informed that it would be Monday before they could respond BUT if they had time that same Friday, they would call to see if we would be available. We scheduled Monday but lo and behold we got a call that if we were ready they could get a team to us in a few minutes! We were thrilled! The 2 young men did a wonderful job in record time. We know who we will call in the future., and will be letting any friends and neighbors who they can count on for all their plumbing needs. Thank you, J Roarke!!

I had a small water leak coming from the piping underneath my mobile home that I notice in the morning. I called them, and a few hours later they fixed the issue no problem. They Took their time and explained to me what happened and how they were going to go about fixing it. So happy I chose J Roarke! I had a water line burst under our house one night. Fortunately, I had somewhere else to stay. Shut off the water to the house and started looking online for plumbers. Picked J Roarke based on their 5 star Google reviews.I called the next morning and they said they could come out that afternoon, but ended up being able to come just a couple of hours after I called. Brad came out, assessed the issue, and fixed it quickly (even pointed out that the line was piped such that there was stress on the elbow and re-piped it correctly). He also fixed another leak I had under the house and fixed an incorrectly installed hose barb. Price was way lower than I expected as well! Will definitely use them again!

Pleased to the moon and back! J Roarke was the only gas plumber that was super communicative to call me back and be able to work me in within a reasonable timeline. I was initially disappointed that they charge $50 just for the estimate and don’t credit that to your bill if you move forward but the end result, I’m glad they have that $50! They were extremely helpful when they were here and due to some miscommunications with the city, they rearranged on a Friday night with their supply warehouse and one of their plumbers to come to my house and get our gas stove hooked up so that we could cook over the weekend… He had to be here well after 6 PM. I can’t thank their team enough!

I recently bought an older house in Opelika. The house had some plumbing issues after a week or two of living there, so I found these guys on the internet and decided to give them a call based off the reviews on Google.I was very satisfied with the work done, the professionalism and their prices. They arrived on time to do the job so I wasnt waiting around all day for someone to show up and they did the actual repairs in very timely manner. They also gave me a quote to replace my sewage line and then adjusted the price I paid to a lower amount because they finished the job sooner than anticipated.I will definitely use these guys for any plumbing issues I run into in the future and will recommend them to anyone that needs a good, dependable plumber.

Professional, knowledgeable, fast, friendly, fairly priced.They responded to an issue we had with our sump pump in a commercial building, which was causing flooding in our basement.Initially I called another plumbing company. They misdiagnosed the issue and flooding continued, so I called J Roarke. I am glad I did! J Roarke immediately noted the real problem and fixed the issue, some of which was actually caused by the other company. It was a relief to find a knowledgeable professional who could properly diagnose and fix the problem. No more flooding!
