    I cannot recommend Z Plumbers of Auburn Hills enough. We have had quite a bit of plumbing work done at our home in Oxford. Im glad that we eventually found Steve and his team. Just today we didnt have hot water and they worked their tail off to get someone here and resolve the issue. They are always fast, reliable and the customer service is top notch. Thanks to Melissa and Jason for their hard work today. You all are a great team!

    Jason and his partner showed up within 30 minutes at 3:30 just 30 minutes after I called. They removed and replaced the new hot water tank and cleaned up and were finished by 5:30. Fantastic job gentlemen. Happy holidays!!

    X Plumbers is awesome. They were very timely with their arrival, explain their approach to diagnosing the issue. Amber gave me all the details upfront and Nathan arrived, assessed the situation, told me his approach and handled the business that was the source. He stayed with it until the plug was resolved. 5 stars to Nathan and Z Plumbers. I would highly recommend them.

    I had Plumberz come to my home for a sump pump issue and very glad I called them. They explained everything that needed to be done to me and as they worked answered all my questions and even gave suggestions so the same issue wouldnā€™t occur again. I would highly recommend these guys for all your plumbing needs

    I hired Z Plumbers to do an inspection for suspected sewer pipe vent damage. When I called i was told the inspection is FREE. Got scheduled, the Plumber came out, did a very very painstaking inspection, and discovered it wasnt the pipe, it was a bad boot on the roof that attached to it.I dont want to understate how well he inspected everything. We will definitely use Z Plumbers again. However -My only issue is when it was done, he asked for $400+ for the bill. At no point were we told it cost anything for an inspection. We did end up paying $100 (that was fine) but I think better communication would benefit everyone here. No issue paying a fee, but to be told it was free, (not free if we do a repair) just free inspection, then being told $400+ was a bit of a blind side.

    Had Ethan came out in Nov 24 for my clogged sump pump discharge line--after confirming the extremely slow but still flowing water in the discharge line, Ethan concluded that the cloggage was the calcium builtup over the years and recommended to clear it with acid cleaner, instead of the much more expensive snaking. Yes it did work--Thanks Ethan!

    WHAT A CLASS ACT!!!!!Our toilets backed up at work...We calledZ Plumbers of Auburn Hills, they were here in 30 minutes...FAST ! FRIENDLY !     Ethan at Zplumberz Auburn Hills is the most knowledgeable young plumbers that I have ever met. He is unbelievably kind, and really informs you and makes you feel comfortable about knowing what he needs to do to be successful while educating the customer. I cant recommend him enough for anything related to the bigger projects like inside wall drains, (Which he did for me!), We spoke a lot about full sewer lines and he also informed me about his knowledge of smaller plumbing tasks! I will be contact Ethan again for any sort of plumbing needs, and you should too!

    Loved the service and communications of Jon who respects the questions I ask in order to educate myself, I had all copper waste pipes that were not pitched correctly to allow waste to exit properly, so it sat in the pipe since 1969.Both Jon and Nick were very nice and professional while answering my concerns on why my plumbing was compromised.They were very clean in respecting my space.I found my new go to for plumbing.

    Needed a plumber - a 2nd time in less than a month for a clogged sink this time. I wasnā€™t home but my husband said the guys were good and determined to unclog our sink. It wasnā€™t easy but they did it. Guys were polite and they were able to come out next day of our call. Would use again!

    Although it took a few days for the company to get a plumber assigned to me, I appreciate the job Jason did on my leaky ceiling problem. First Jason correctly found the pipe causing water to leak onto my ceiling tiles causing them to collapse. Then Jason did an awesome job cutting out the faulty pipe section and replacing it. Jason warned me to monitor the ceiling for dryness for two days before replacing the ceiling tiles. Great work!

    Had a small leak that needed repair. Licensed plumber Adam showed up and assessed the leaky pipe. He kept me informed the whole way through. He was able to complete the job in about 1.5 hours. Very clean work and most importantly No drip!

    The two gentlemen that came out to replace my water heater were friendly and nice. A different plumber said 5 to 10 thousand to fix my problem. They made sure my plumbing pipes were in good shape. Saved me money by going with them. I would recommend these plumbers and I would call them again.

    Jon did an outstanding job in replacing all of the components for a bathroom shower and faucet. The project was especially difficult because there was no access from the backside since there was a wood wall for a closet in the way. This required an opening to be cut in so the old components could be removed and replaced. Jon accomplished this in a very professional fashion by installing shut-off valves so the water for the entire house no longer needed to be shut off if work is required in the future. An easily removed wood cover was then installed which looked very good.Most importantly, the shower system worked perfectly and eliminated the problems we were having with weak water flow. We were very pleased with the approach Jon used and the professional workmanship he displayed while working on this for 5+ hours without a break. We highly recommend Z Plummerz and Jon for your special plumbing projects!

    I cannot say enough about the quality work that Steve and his crew performed! What was initially estimated to be a 1-2 day main sewer project turned into a 5-day adventure. Steve, JD, Kyle and Frank (Ready Dig) professionally answered all of my questions. Explanations and recommendations were spot-on. I was on-site for the duration of the project. At no point did any of the guys show aggravation about my involvement - cant overestimate how important this was, to me. As a military retiree, I have high expectations - sometimes, a little too high. The finished product exceeded my expectations. Organization and site cleanliness was top-notch. It was a complicated and frustrating job. I know. I was there. Steve and crew maintained an outstanding level of professionalism, all week. Again, I can HIGHLY recommend Z Plumberz for anything plumbing related!

    Ethan from Zā€™s Plumbing came today to hook up my laundry tub, washing machine, dryer, and refrigerator. He not only did a great job, but he graciously gave me the opportunity to spin mob behind the machines before putting them back in place. I was very pleased and worked quickly out of respect for his time. When he pulled out the refrigerator, he offered to wipe off the top without me even asking. I was pleased and pleasantly surprised.     Bought a gas dryer from Home Depot and paid to have it installed. The delivery person refused to install dryer and told me to call a plumber, even though the gas line was right there.     Jonathan was here on January 4 to replace a damaged kitchen faucet. He was very helpful explaining what needed to be done and efficient at finishing the job. He removed the old sprayer which was no longer needed. He cleaned up thoroughly. Today he came back because the hot water was not coming out at full force - only a trickle and he also brought a device to fill the hole where the old sprayer was. Again he was very efficient and thorough. He explained the problem which was with the old hot water attachment valve which he replaced. He came this time with Jason who was also very friendly and efficient.

    Thought I had a somewhat major problem. The serviceman had fixed the problem in a hour. Seems that the contractor 7 years ago had installed bathtub faucet for temperature upside down, and water would never really get very hot in that bathroom. So glad that he was able to reverse the fixture on bathtub side of the wall and didnt have to cut a hole on the back side.

    I found this company on Thumbtack by accident. So glad I did. Had a old leaky garbage disposal replaced with a new one. Jon was the installer, did a great job & a very nice young man & knew exactly what he was doing. Long story short-I recommend this company & would use them again. Very happy.This is a new review regarding a installing a dishwasher on May 14th. One day after my dishwasher was installed I noticed a 2 inch gap between the bottom of my counter top & the top of the dishwasher. Long story-short, another plumper took a look, turned out the person from First Class Plumbing didnt adjust the 4 legs on the bottom of the dishwasher, that was the reason for the big gap. He also didnt ground the electrical wires under the dishwasher. Tried calling them 4 times, no one answers the phone & no way to leave a message. No way will I ever use them again.This is a second review-had them unclog a bathroom sink & replace a old toilet. Very happy, NO problems at all & James was very helpful explaining a lot of stuff about plumbing (easy stuff) that I could do instead of calling a plumber. 5 stars.

    If I could give them 10 stars I would. Our 5-year old water heater just stopped working. First Class Plumbing tried to help my husband troubleshoot the problem over the phone after hours. They even recommended we call the company that made the water heater regarding the warranty and told us what we needed to ask for (the water heater company was not helpful and extremely difficult to deal with). They came out the next day to see what was wrong, then spent a good amount of time researching to make sure that they were fixing the actual problem rather than assuming it was something else. While in the end, we just decided to get a new water heater (we felt it was more cost effective after all the possibilities were presented to us), through the whole process they worked hard to get us a fair price and the best deal possible. They also communicated through every step of the process which helped us feel like we actually knew and understood what was going on. I think the most interesting part of the experience was when I apologized to Steve for having to take up so much of his time with just this one job and he replied with a thank you back to us and explained that it helped him learn something to help him with his job in the future. Only someone who is interested in doing the best job possible for their customers would respond that way. I will definitely call them if I need a plumber again and I would recommend them to anyone else who needed one as well.
