I hired Harolds to replace the valve on my house main water supply. They (Tom?) showed up on time and did a great job. The job was complicated by the fact that the citys valve doesnt turn off completely, but they figured out a solution and got it done. I didnt get competing quotes since they were highly recommended by a friend. I dont think that the price would be considered low, but with how hard it is to find competent companies that wont gauge you, it was worth it knowing that the job would be one well on the first try.

We contacted Harolds Plumbing after a rave review from a friend, boasting really nice plumbers and decent prices. After jobs done by 2 different plumbers, and then Harolds Plumbing, we would agree.From the get-go, Tess was very responsive and kept us in the loop. It only took a few days before the two brothers came and added a laundry sink near our washer/dryer. It was done well and efficiently. Their prices are the best around...and we love supporting smaller businesses. They sort of make you feel like you have a plumber in the family! We recommend them unreservedly.

Great, honest company. Seamless to work with. Tessa very Dave came to my house, confirmed a time, followed up before he came. I asked them to come inspect my hybrid water tank. I thought it was failing and had a leak and I sent videos/pictures ahead of time. Dave was thorough in identifying that my water heater was actually in great shape, but that I had an issue with too much condensation. He checked the lines to make sure they were clear and ruled out major problems with water heater. He recommended that I contact the manufacturer as my model was still under warranty. Although no work came out of the visit for Dave, he was honest, gave of his time freely, and very friendly. I could tell he was very knowledgable and highly skilled in his trade as well. Ill definitely be going to Harolds plumbing for any future plumbing needs!

I was in town visiting my in-laws and noticed their garbage disposal unit wasn’t working. After calling around after Christmas, which is as you would expect hit or miss. I luckily stumbled upon Harold’s plumbing. The reception (Tessa; super nice), to dispatch, to the onsite work was easy, clear, and smooth. I was quoted the exact hourly rate and approximately how much it would cost to replace the garbage disposal unit and do some minor work to replace a faucet with a new one. They were also able to get a plumber onsite next business day. All told it took about 2 hours as was quoted. Most other plumbers won’t even give you a quote over the phone. Dave arrived on time, and was extremely polite and professional. He made sure to check in with my sister in law to assure she was happy. And their rates are fair and competitive. I HIGHLY recommend them if you have any plumbing needs.

We had a leaky outdoor water faucet. My wife called Harolds Plumbing and got an appointment for the next day. We have done business with this company before, so we know they are reliable. Tom showed up promptly on time and went right to work. Tom is very pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. It didnt take him long to figure out the problem and replace our faucet. Yesterday morning we woke up to a pretty severe water leak in our water heater. I googled local plumbers in Auburn and Harolds was one of the first results. I called and Dean answered - very pleasant, very helpful. He asked me some questions about our situation and then asked me to email him some pictures. He gave me a quote(very reasonable, I expected much more) and ordered the new water heater and said they would fit us into their schedule. A couple of hours later, Tom and Dave showed up. The level of teamwork I saw between them was very impressive. They worked cleanly and efficiently. They installed the new water heater and took away my old one. Ive had to call plumbers before but obviously none left an impression on me since I didnt save their contact info. I am definitely saving this one and will highly recommend Harold Plumbing to friends and family. Thanks guys!!

Harolds Plumbing re-piped my whole house. I did cut out the drywall to save time and money on the day of the re-piping. The water was turned off around 9am and was turned back on around 330pm the same day with new PEX pipe throughout. I highly recommend Harolds Plumbing.

I have used Harolds plumbing in the past. They have been excellent. They are on time, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, very professional & nice people. I mistakenly called Harts plumbing 2 weeks ago instead of harts. (Miss dial) harts was also quick to respond, found several things wrong from tipped tank to sewer water seepage in basement, leaks, new grinder motor for 6,000 etc etc. $13,000 bid resulted that day of which they wanted 50% now. Service the next da4y. I called Harolds and explained our situation. Although they were booked 2 weeks out he suggested a trusted company whom we called. They came out that day with a camera and looked our system, and under our home and we explained all we were told needed to be done. They said non of that was needed. Our system was fine we just needed a new float. They came out 2 days later and installed the float and our system is fine. Harolds saved us $13,000. Thank you again!!Ann Thompson

Great service!!! Called yesterday because our hot water heater was leaking. It was old so I just wanted to replace it. I sent pictures and measurements, they called and gave me a quote. They were able to come by the same day and do the install. Said they would be there in the afternoon, called and asked if they could stop by earlier! No drama, prompt, reasonable prices for their level of expertise and professionalism. The gentlemen that showed up to do the work were quick, friendly, and personable. Cleaned up after the job. 100% would use again! Great local business!

Called Harolds Plumbing to see how soon I could have someone come and replace a section of copper pipe which had been punctured by a nail from hanging a picture. It was a Friday afternoon so I figured we would have to shut off the water and hope to get a plumber out to fix it after the weekend. When I explained the situation to Tom (Who had answered the phone because their office manager was out for the day.) he agreed to come. He arrived about 20 minutes later and replaced the leaking section of pipe. As a bonus he adjusted a shutoff valve which was so close to the wall that it was difficult to get a hand on it to turn it on or shut it off. Thank you Tom!His service was above and beyond my expectations. Harolds Plumbing will be my go-to business for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service and a good price. I could not be happier with the service.I had to wait one week for my appointment. It was no emergency so that was ok with me. They did ask if we had another toilet so I got the feeling they would have scheduled sooner if necessary.I was given a ball park estimate of $325 to replace the wax seal on my toilet. This was $150 less than another plumber had quoted me (after paying the other plumber $50) for the estimate. The man who can out was very nice, wore a mask, and got right to work. He was done in an hour and billed me $215. Then he even showed me on his phone what part to buy so I could fix my leaking garden hose faucetThese guys will be my go-to plumbers from now on. I am almost regretting writing this review since I dont want them to get too overbooked but they deserve the credit.

Honest and professional plumbing company and definitely recommend.We are selling our house and during inspection the buyers asked us to replace the piping in our crawlspace because there was some green residue on the pipes. We sent an email to Dean at Harolds Plumbing about what we *thought* was corroded plumbing. We sent a picture of our pipes and Dean called us immediately and told us to hold off on replacing any of our pipes. He said it was flux residue from the plumbers that installed the pipe and didn’t wipe the fittings after soldering, which can easily be cleaned off.Although we did not need to use Harolds Plumbing, they were honest and saved us possibly thousands of dollars if we had gone to someone else. Thank you so much, Harolds! If we need a plumber, we will definitely use them in the future.

They keep you informed as the job progresses and make sure they understand your expectations. They are honest and punctual. They even offer free advice if youre a DIY person. When our household has a plumbing issue, Harold’s Plumbing is called. We have used this company for over 40 years. They know plumbing issues and how to solve the problem. This week our kitchen faucet needed to be replaced. And there was a leak below the sink. Two issues taken care of in one visit. Our plumber went the extra mile. When he saw that the faucet I picked out wasn’t going to cover the mineral deposits left by the leaking old faucet he went to work removing those ugly mineral deposits before installing my beautiful new faucet. I strongly suggest Harold’s Plumbing for your plumbing needs; easy or the more complicated ones. 😊

Harolds Plumbing is a great locally owned plumbing company that has been in Auburn since the 1950s. We just discovered them two years ago and have had great experiences with this business. The employees and owner are very fair, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I like the fact that they are very invested in the Auburn community and enjoy supporting local youth and local sports teams.

Very competitive pricing. Replaced 2 toilets & 1 shower cartridge for $1100 total including the cost of both toilets, seats, shower cartridge, labor, tax. NO annoying hidden fees. Southwest Plumbing wanted $2200 for just one toilet and recomended cutting into the wall to totaly remove and replace shower piping.

Quick turn-around to get out to the house to fix my burst waterline. Cost of repair was way, way, way lower than I expected. Consulted Harolds Plumbing to do a non emergency Hot Water Heater replacement and had a top-notch experience. Our place is a little further away outside of Enumclaw so wanted to be sure we had the right heater and parts before the crew showed up. Dean was amazing - he went back and forth with me multiple times to ensure we had right heater including gallon size/dimensions/specs and all the parts by looking at pictures, calling the manufacturers rep. The installation was fast and easy and we were back in hot water business in a few hours. The price was reasonable and fair. Highly recommend!!!!

We had a horrible jetted tub in the house we just bought. Harolds was able to remove that fungus farm and install a wonderful usable bathtub, fix the placement on the drain (which was, for reasons no one understands, at the opposite end of the tub from the faucet.) cutting through tile and making all the faucet/drain, etc hardware match up perfectly in a few hours. They were fast, efficient, very friendly and courteous, wore masks (as Im immunocompromised and my Mum who lives with us is elderly and asthmatic, this was big for us) cleaned up after themselves and charged fairly for all services rendered. Would 100% call them for anything plumbing related I needed again, and would recommend them highly.

Got a cracked faucet pipe fixed several weeks ago (which caused a nasty nasty in-wall leakage). Works as charm now. The plumber did his work in half the estimated time even though some extra work was necessary -- basically, cutting through the wall to get access to the pipe. All that was done very neatly. I wanted to tip the plumber for the quality work but he refused to accept. Highly recommended!
