I’ve lived in this area for four years. I’ve also been battling the sprinklers and irrigation pump on my property for four years. The guys at at Sierra pump are super knowledgeable and very patient with me when I show up with a picture of what’s broken. I know that they are going to have what I need no matter the situation.

These guys have earned my business. Water rite was my go to for plumbing needs until they decided to close at five rather than six. Which is no big deal, right… I plugged in my navigation and said I was going to be there at 5:04. I called them and ask them if they can hang tight. I’ll be there a few minutes past the new closing time. Even offered to pay for the item over the phone and have them leave it outside since they said everyone is out the door at 5 PM. I would’ve been there a couple minutes after they left it outside. no can do they said.So I frantically started calling contractors looking for the item I needed.Then I found Sierra pipe, which I’ve used plenty times in the past, was open till 5:30. I plugged in my navigation, and it said I was going to be there 10 minutes late. I called and talked to John. John waited for me an extra 10 minutes past their closing. Opened up the yard and walked all the way down and loaded the supplies for me.Thank you John for saving my day. Have a bobcat and a crew in the way which I’ve been waiting for for a few weeks. If it wasn’t for John I would have had to wait an extra couple weeks. Take notes “water rite”

In this day and age of Customer No-Service Sierra Pipe Co. has blown that practice completely out of the water! I traveled from Lincoln to Rocklin to Auburn in search of a run capacitor for an air conditioner condenser. Sierra Pipe Co. was my 5th stop.A young man with a neatly trimmed beard working the counter(I apologize for not getting his name) was the ONLY person in all those stops who tested my old capacitor with a meter, checked his shelves for a replacement, and even called his service department in hopes of locating a compatible capacitorin-house.When the gentleman could not find a compatible capacitorin-house amazing things happened! He called competitor businesses all over town looking for the part. Who does stuff like that these days? Sierra Pipe Co., thats who.Regretfully, I purchased a capacitor at another business but the mountains of goodwill I now have for Sierra Pipe Co. can not be measured.Thank you Sierra Pipe Co.

I have been shopping here for a few years now and this place is the absolute best for all things plumbing, irrigation, water wells and septic systems, including the electrical components. I use lots of this stuff on my 1.5 acres so I love the place.It really is a great store with friendly knowledgeable people and pro quality materials, and they always seem to have what I need. Its amazing. Do yourself a favor, check this place out.

There is nothing better than Real customer service. Only place in town, that knew what I was working on just by seeing a portion of a part, knew about the product and what they have and can offer, and had me out the door in record time with the small evasive piece I needed. Its easy to know where I shop for all my plumbing supply now.

Good selection of PVC parts and pipe. Better then most hardware stores or big box stores in the area. I went there to find some parts that I could not find in other stores. Should have just went there first. I saw copper fittings and a lot of other stuff like wood pellets and valves of different types. I really did not go through the whole store, so this review can be added too.

I don’t know of any supply store in Auburn or anywhere else that provides as good of customer service. I enjoyed dealing with Mark because he is very knowledgeable and helpful, plus he has a sense of humor.

I’ve bought a few plumbing parts in the past. Now I mostly buy the Idaho Energy Logs. I do have a question, why don’t they put the prices on what they sell??? Unless they changed that and all there merchandise has prices on them now. It’s annoying to have to ask how much something is before buying it, and really, who does that? That’s the only store in Auburn that does that.

Always the go-to place for parts and expert help with anything plumbing, irrigation, sewer, electrical or HVAC. Sure, the big box stores have loads of basic parts for the straight-forward home repair but nowhere near the expertise of the gang at Andersons nor the extensive inventory. Jerry has helped me design complicated water systems and Marc is the guy for sprinkler, drip and any kind of help with irrigation systems. The crew always takes the time to answer any question no matter how basic or detailed. Whether youre a weekend DYIer or a trades professional, this is THE place to go.

Good plumbing supply shop. Even good advice from staff. However they are not in repair business! Only parts. Lots & lots of parts. Also pellet stoves. And pellets. Swamp coolers in season. Vast supply if irrigation supplies and parts. Did I mention plumbing.? Staff helpful if you dont ask dumb questions. Can be busy at times. This is a statement about their popularity.

I have been doing business with Sierra Pipe for 30 years as a landscape contractor. There is no place in Auburn that out performs their service and knowledge. They taught me a lot when I was just starting out. I recommend to all my clients that they should purchase supplies from Sierra Pipe when they are working on their irrigation system. Commercial grade parts and fair prices.
