I would recommend JCCM without hesitation. John replaced a 30+ year old 40gal Bradford White gas hot water heater with a new 50gal Bradford White heat pump unit. The old chimney vent was removed, the gas line was plugged, and the ancient leaking galvanized connections to/from the hot water heater were redone with new copper lines. Communication with John was easy throughout the entire process, and the price was reasonable. He showed up on time and was done in a few hours.

Our experience with JCCM was of the utmost professionality from beginning to end. Our home is over 100 years old and had the old cast iron pipes that were beginning to disintegrate. John came in on time, replaced all the necessary pipes and cleaned everything up pristinely. We had other estimates about a year ago and they determined there were other areas that were detrimental for us to replace as well. John inspected those areas as well and told us it was unnecessary and that they were still strong. We truly appreciated his honesty. You dont find that much anymore these days. If we ever need a plumber in the future we wont go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

After a service call appeared to be a water tank issue a new one was ordered to be installed just before Easter. Upon a return visit to install the new tank it was found that a water valve was open causing the issue. Instead of moving forward with a $2,700 repair, John fixed the valve and charged us only for the service call. Hes honest, explains issues in laymans terms and punctual. I would highly recommend.

We had a lot of trouble finding a plumber to come to our location on short notice, but JCCM was professional and understanding from first contact. Amazing communication and service, and highly recommended.

During a time when its difficult to find a reliable and honest contractor, John and team differentiate themselves beyond belief. Ive had great luck in getting same or next day service for both jobs. I can not say enough good about the outstanding service I received from this company! After trying to get another company to repair my sewer line and not showing up I started calling around. I was told I will call you back or I will come by from more than three other companies. I waited for weeks for nothing. I got nothing but the run around. THEN I called JCCM! He said I can be over in ten minutes. WOW, I was not expecting that. He came over to my house and boy did I have questions. He worked with me and was so professional and patient with all my concerns and questions. He showed up as promised EVERY TIME.When they came to install my new sewer line from inside my basement rerouting all my pipes to the street he brought a crew with him. They were ALL curtious and professional. They cleaned up my basement after drilling a hole through the basement foundation wall. They cleaned up my driveway where they parked their equipment. I was shocked at how they talked with me each of the step of this complicated repair and explained everything. They are really hard working, honest, kind, and professional men. Not your typical plumbers from my area. They worked well with the city about the repair as well. I really didn’t have to do anything. He said he would be back in a couple weeks to finish fixing the lawn and it was best to let the dirt settle for a couple weeks. He came back as promised and smoothed out the dirt, seeded it, and put straw on it. It was such an easy process. I was really blessed to find them. They will be taking care of all of my plumbing needs from now on. Without any doubt you can not go wrong with John and his crew. I recommend them very highly. I feel confident in telling anyone you can’t go wrong with these guys. His price was excellent. Also I was very fortunate to have a rider on my homeowners insurance to cover most of the expense. I recommend everyone call their insurance companies and get it added for a mere $20 a year. It saved me thousands of dollars! I hope this helps anyone needing repairs! He was there approx. 1/2hr. after I called. His work was excellent hedid not try to sell me anything, extend his time or do anything to mislead me. He is knowledgeable, professional and most of all HONEST, these qualities seem to be harder & harder to find.I also had him look at some other things that could use attention and are in his area of expertise which he agreed to take care of in the near future. This gives me some peace of mind to know the repair will be done correctly.If anyone needs plumbing, heating, etc. work done I highly recommend JCCM you will certainly not regret it. Our furnace went out around 5:30 one night. We called the company that installed it, no response, and as the night got later (and the temperature continued to go down) we called a few more companies. No response from any. The next morning woke up in a very cold home and called the person that helped us with other issues in the past and found out he had over 16 years experience in HVAC. He came out in less than 45 Minutes and we had heat again less than an hour afterwards. John Sanford (JCCM) was awesome. If you have any issues and want someone that cares about helping you get things fixed. Call John you wont be sorry.

Last week while NYSEG was at my house to change out my gas meter, a few items were found that were not up to code& a hazzard. They RED tagged my furnace & water heater. I needed a plumber asap.All the people my husband had used in the past were either retired or dead. Googled plumbers near me. Found several & called the 3 with the best given ratings.JCCM - John Sanford answered the call immediately; he talked to the NYSEG inspector first; came to my house; checked out the situation; told me what was needed to correct the situation ALONG with what options I had & gave me a ball park cost...ALL before the other companies called back. One plumber NEVER did call.John told me what he would do & when - followed through as promised. He did the best to keep the cost below his ball park estimate & did. A friend that is NOT a plumber but does house repairs looked over his work & thought he did a great job. Just have been quality because NYSEG removed red tags immediately.I hope I never have the need for a plumber again but it will be JCCM that I call, if I do.

My ice maker water line was leaking like a sieve today. Since my old plumber seems to be AWOL (grrrrr!) & never gets back to me, I read the reviews on John & took a chance. He came out this afternoon, quickly & reasonably replaced the valve with a new one & honored his quote. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable & a pleasure to work with. I am happy to report that I have now found a new plumber! Thank you, John!!!

I cannot say enough positive things about John and this company!!!! I called on a Monday at 415 about leaking pipes and a sewer issue that I was literally having a breakdown about. John personally called me back within 15 mins and said he was on his way and he was there just as he said in 15 mins. He spoke with me and showed me several issues that were against code and what our major issue was. He gave me an estimate that was very fair and said he would be back tomorrow early afternoon to get it done after reassuring me it would be ok🤣. As he stated he was there on time and completed several jobs that needed attention , fixed my main issue and called me after also to let me know what he had done and estimates for other things I want to take care of as well! Seriously if you need an HONEST , FAIR , PATIENT and not pushy at all this is your plumber!!! You will not be sorry and I have found my plumber for life! John is amazing and calming when you feel that everything is against you. Highly highly recommend without any reservation at all! Thank you John!!!
