Ryan is super knowledgable, hard-working and professional. I feel fortunate to have had him help us in the emergency. Ryan came to service our boiler and went above and beyond. He serviced the boiler quickly. I mentioned that our radiators were noisy and some were not working well. He went through all of them and let out the air as well as adjusting them to heat our home properly. He offered us quotes to replace some of the parts but did not push it and asked that we see how these adjustments would do before having to replace any parts. The price was very reasonable. Another company quoted almost double for just a maintenance service. Im happy we went with this company and would recommend to others around the neighborhood.

Heritage Hone Services are heroes! The heat went out in one zone and no hot water on a snowy Friday afternoon. And we have a person under hospice care in the house. My experience with Heritage Home Services/Quail Service was great.The boiler install technicians, James and John as well as the electrician, TJ Perry and job consultant, Angel Miranda, were thoroughly knowledgeable, polite, conscientious and completed the job 100% as was explained to me. The area was completely cleaned when they finished (they even cleaned a mess that was left by an oil tank replacement company from a 2 weeks prior). I will definitely use this company again. We had an unusual situation where our 2 separate heating systems were wired to a common thermostat. The thermostat failed to perform the way I was told. I could not get the guy who installed and wired my 2 heating systems together using the same thermostat back to fix the problem. James took the time to understand the work done by someone else and figured out the problem. With his experience and expertise, James solved the problem for us. He also kindly shared with us his knowledge and experience how to run the heating systems to save cost and avoid water pipe burst. We are very thankful to James’ help!

Ryan arrived way early in the window given to us. He went right to work, checked all the functions, checked with a Carrier rep. who was not very helpful, since he was spezialised in commercial units. Ryan eventually figured it out. It was operator error. The filter should have been checked earlier. It was dirty and it restricted airflow to the point that the supplemental electric heat did not turn on to avoid a coil burn out.Very nice experience with Ryan.

Travis Snyder is not only a great service technician, he is a person with core values that amplify to his surroundings. He diagnosed the system, found the problem immediately, ordered the correct parts and the minute the parts came in he came right to my house and fixed our system. In addition he took the time to inspect why we had a sensor failure and found that my incoming water supply was the contributing factor to the sensor failure. It was heavy sediments in my water. Now he could have just fixed the sensor and left, however utilizing his experience he recommended a sediment filter be put in line to prevent a future failure. Thank you so much Travis for going above and beyond. Thank you Heritage Home Service for your quick response and hiring solid people. You now have a new customer for life. Thank you.

Excellent service. Steve was awesome to work with. He came in, took a look at the leaking expansion tank and realized that the water heater was also on its way out. He talked to Rheem and managed to get a warranty replacement. Hauled the old one to Shrewsbury Home Depot, picked up the replacement and installed everything. Kept me informed of the whole process and was very pleasant throughout the process. Highly recommend.

Great service by Ed and Ryan. Ed is a seasoned plumber. I needed to get my kitchen faucet and garbage disposal hooked to the new sink. They did a fine job and finished the job in less than 2 hours. The only thing I did not account for was how expensive it will be. It cost me a good $1000! I had to pay with credit. Plumbing repair is expensive people. I could have tried to get more quotes but I needed water asap.

I had a hot water line blocked in my finished basement due to scale build up and a faulty hot water shutoff valve. Travis showed up on time and was very professional. He diagnosed my problem quickly. He replaced a hot water shutoff valve and another ball valve. That fixed the problem. I got my hot water back to my basement faucets. Travis was extremely nice. The only issue was the cost. 1 hot water shutoff valve and a ball valve replacement and 90 minutes at my home was $1220.00. In hind sight that seems high. I don’t think the parts cost more than $75 combined.

My house has some crazy heating issues going on. I just bought my house this summer so didn’t get to test heat. Well when I went to use the heat for the first time it wouldn’t go on. I realized it was turned off at the furnace. Long st they the only way to turn it off also. I called Quale Services. They had two guys out within the week. Remember I’m a first time customer and this time of year is super busy. Right off the bat they are winning in my book. Once they got a handle on the issue they confirmed it was a mess. The whole time they talked me through each step they were taking and explained everything in detail. If I didn’t understand they explained it even easier so I would. They spent a few hours fixing my system. They got it working and for the amount of time they were at my house the price was really cheap. The issue happened again after they left. I called for another appointment and once again within the week they are coming back. This place is awesome. If you’re not a customer give them a try I promise you wont be sorry.

James was exceptionally knowledgeable, eager to educate me how to take better care of my ancient system,, and just a really nice guy to deal with. I can’t recommend him higher. This company has serviced my system since 1997 and have been invaluable. I was anxious when I heard that , like many of my local services, they’ve been co-opted by a bigger company. It’s already led to higher prices, which I was glad to pay today for such a quick and competent repair.I hope as things keep expanding I will keep getting such personalized service. And I will now continue to request James!

Sebastian was very pleasant. Clear about what he had done and very good about answering any questions. I was very happy with his service all around.My only complaint in today’s exchange was with Heritage scheduling. I was initially told the technician would arrive between 8-10. I called the night prior to confirm and request I be the first visit of the day. This was all confirmed. Turns out that the morning of, the technician was called in to help with another appointment and I was not notified, until I called them. They said he’d be here at 9:30. He did not arrive until after 10:00. Certainly Heritage should hold to their time commitments and if not possible, contact the customer.

Our first experience with Quail Services was such a satisfying one, professional consultation of our needs from beginning to end. We have introduced this company to many of our neighbors who have thanked us for our recommendation. We have hired an electrician who was and is exceptional.( worked with Quail Services). On October 27th Angel came to do amaintenance check of our boiler and cleaning.He was so helpful in explaining what he felt was necessary and suggested that since this boiler was installed in 1979, we may need to think in terms of a replacement in the coming year. He explained every thing he did while here.I recommend Quail Services highly.

We are very happy with the service provided by Quail Services! Joshua and his partner were very friendly and respectful of keeping our home clean. They showed up on time, gave a full quote with options before they started, and finished the work quickly. They changed a doorbell chime, replaced an outdoor electrical outlet that wasnt working and ran some new outlets in the basement, all in about an hour!
