I was able to get an appointment for both plumbing and heating estimates so quickly through Heritage, within a week, after months of run-around and unreturned calls with local contractors. Jake was very helpful and did a great job efficiently identifying the problem with our newly installed furnace. It was concerning to say the least that less than 3 days after installation, one of the heating zones wasn’t working so we appreciated Jake getting things running properly again. he also troubleshot a couple of other things and identified a separate issue that we weren’t even aware of, so his thoroughness speaks to his going the extra mile to make sure he covered everything that needed addressing.

I just got a new Central Air unit, furnace, water tank and humidifier installed in my home, it only took them two days, they were here at 8:00AM sherp and stayed well until after 5:00pm. Jimmy and Joseph did an outstanding job, they were extremely courteous, careful and very thorough, they both came in with smiles on their faces, and at times, I enjoyed light cheerful conversations, I really looked forward to their arrival. I just lost both my parents within the year and they were a delightful distraction, they both explained everything to me through the installation of each unit. When they were done they showed me the work they did and made sure all the books and information were easily accessible for me. They straightened out and cleaned up after themselves after they were done, and during the whole process they both went above and beyond their responsibility to provide good customer service. They truly are a credit to the Heritage Home Service Company! I couldnt have asked for better workmen, it was an outstanding experience. Im so happy I went with this company, I was told not to hesitate to call them if there were any problems, which there hasnt been. Thorough, professional, and explained everything he was finding along the way. He fixed my issue in less than a hour and we will enjoy a dry Holiday. Dealt with numerous plumbers over my 74 yrs a can honestly say Brandon is awesome. I learned a lot and highly recommend.

Thank goodness for Bernie from Heritage! We called as our thermostat had become loose from the wall. Bernie fixed it quickly and then asked if I wanted him to look at the boiler. The boiler had shut off, it was leaking oil and there were other issues that he recommended be repaired. Bernie was very efficient in his repair work. As he was ready to turn the boiler on, he noticed that we were completely out of oil! I called our oil company and was told that they could not give me a time for delivery but that it would be delivered sometime. Twenty minutes later, while Bernie was still here, the oil was delivered. Bernie kindly stayed and finished the job for us. We have heat! We are very happy with today’s service by Heritage.

We came across several serious issues after moving to our new home. Today we completed phase 1 of updating our electric service. Oliver and Jacob arrived right at the scheduled time. After letting is know how the day would go they got to work. Both men were personable and professional and worked diligently all day to complete the task. They were extremely thorough and considerate of my wife and I. They completed the tasks, worked with Eversource technicians and the inspector for the town of Chester who was impressed with the work he inspected. We have worked with Heritage several times now and have been extremely satisfied with the character, professionalism, and expertise of Heritage and its employees. Oliver and Jacob were a pleasure to work with and we had the utmost confidence, and trust as they went through our home seeking to make sure the job was completed to the highest standards. He reviewed three different proposals with me over the phone. He covered all details and answered all questions within ten minutes. After the approval was given we had a permit pulled and a water heater installed in four hours. The system is running perfect now.

With Heritage, I can always expect necessary work to be done efficiently and professionally.Yesterday, it was time for routine maintenance on my Heritage-installed heat pump hot water heater. Prior to inspection, Heritage sent a text with the name and photo of who to expect. In addition to an appt window for planning my day, I received a call when he was 20 minutes away. These small details are appreciated. Because I have dogs, I asked for a text on arrival. All requests were accommodated.I appreciated that Noah arrived on time and did his work efficiently. He gave a thorough explanation of what was done and why, photos, and other necessary details. I was informed on options to improve my existing system in the future. He was both friendly and a consummate professional. All my questions were answered clearly.This is why I choose Heritage. There may be cheaper alternatives, but I’ve found Heritage to be the most dependable and professional. They are truly the best.

We had Paul J. Come and service our mini-split system. We just bought our house and didnt know the condition of the units and Paul was very thorough and great at explaining to me how things worked and how to maintain them. There was a squirrel nest in our outside condenser that he cleaned out and explained how to prevent. He did a deep clean on one of our units because it was absolutely disgusting with moldy gunk and he did an amazing job. He didnt make a mess of any kind and picked everything up and didnt mind our house filled to the brim with boxes.He was also very kind to my kids who were curious and like to talk. I had Noah and his assistant at my house the day before thanksgiving to fix a leaky waterline and install a shut off for my bathroom sink. I live in a 1969 Schultz mobile home that my uncle and my family helped me fix up. True to form what was supposed to be simple job turned into a 6 hour project. Noah and his assistant did a great job of f getting the pipes and waterlines and shutoffs installed despite my house fighting them every inch of the way. I now have new faucets and piping with no worries of the coming winter. We celebrated with some of my aunties homemade fudge at the end!

At the end of November, I bought a Chevy Equinox EV. Because I had no charger in my garage I contacted several electricians for quotes. Heritage sent out Patrick Taylor to determine what I needed to do to install the level 2 charger. My circuit breaker panel was full. Patrick explained that they would need to install a sub-panel and offered a nice design for the complete project. I ordered a charger from Amazon. Exactly at the scheduled time, the electricians, Oliver and Ryan arrived and got to work. Both were efficient, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They answered any questions I had. The installation was done in about 3.5 hours. We then set up the charger to connect to my phone by bluetooth and to my wifi. We plugged it into my car and it worked perfectly. I highly recommend Heritage Home Systems.

This was my first experience with Heritage and Paul met all my expectations. He arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. After completing the tune up on our burner he explained its condition and set expectations for service needs which could arise in the future. Heritage has been great working with is and our home. We initially joined them about 10 years ago at another house in Concord. After moving to our new place 3 years ago, I was happy to learn they expanded their service area and what they do. We have worked with them on a number of projects.This is including furnace, forced hot air and later forced hot water including hot water on demand, oil tank. Hot water heaters, electrical, water pump, tank, softener. Our newest project was inverters, also known as mini splits. We have been enjoying these with the unpredictable New England weather! Today was our water system inspection and UV bulb replacement. I was treated nicely. All questions were answered. One problem was dealt with the same day with a quick run back to the shop for a part.All in all I am very happy to work with Heritage for my houses needs.

When you call Heritage, you get the best techs anywhere. Weve been customers for four years and glad we switched. We were so fortunate to have Chris Ferland assigned to our furnace issues. He diagnosed the problem after careful testing, went to pick up the parts, and came back to do the repairs in one afternoon (from thermostat to fan.) It has never worked better and believe me, it needed attention. He also got our AprilAir humidifier up and running that we thought was inoperable from when we bought the house four years ago. (It was our assumption about the AprilAir...) He knows everything you could ask for about furnaces etc. and he explained some important operations and maintenance tips. Chris was caring and helpful and never rushed through the job, making us, as customers, feel important to the Heritage company. You certainly get the quality service youre paying for. Chris was very knowledgeable and fixed my problem with two broken shower handles. I would have rated higher if not for the cost. Of course there is labor involved and any parts needed. I was charged $1700 for this job. We repaired what was in place so he used some parts he had to repair the valve and handle. Those parts go for about $80 each on Amazon. The job was done in 2 hours so other than it being over $500 an hour in labor I cant really justify the cost.Update - Originally rated 3 stars, I have updated to 4 because the owner Eric reached out to me regarding the cost I was unhappy about. He listened and refunded part of the cost which I thought really showed he cares about building relationships with customers. I am very appreciative of a company showing that kind of care.

I was in desperate need of emergency plumbing assistance during a very difficult time for my family. I called Heritage and they were able to shuffle appointments and bent over backwards to help. Everyone from the wonderful woman that answered the phone when I called, to dispatch, and Kyle who did our repair was absolutely amazing. We were able to get our shower repaired within 2.5 hours of calling them on a Friday evening and was not charged ridiculous fees. I had called 5 other plumbing services before calling Heritage and everyone said they could not help until Monday - even when they claimed to be 24/7. In the future, if I or anyone I know ever needs plumbing assistance I will make sure Heritage is my first and only call. I am so truly grateful.

My AC and water heat both went out last night. I called at 9 PM and a technician was at my place this morning at 8:30 AM. The repair technician, Jake, was polite and did an excellent job diagnosing both the AC unit and water heater. He presented me with a quote to repair both units. In the process of repairing the water heater, he requested his supervisor’s assistance, who was also extremely polite and patient in explaining the repair to me. They were able to repair my water heater for less than they quoted and saving me almost $500.00. Both my AC unit and water heater are working again and I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by these gentleman. We did an oil to propane conversion for our heating and hot water. Working with the gas company was infuriating. But… that was not the case with Heritage! Zach and the installers (affectionately known to us now as The Guys) were amazing! They adapted quickly due to the gas delay as well as some of the logistics of the install based on how our basement is set up. They work quickly, neatly, finished on time and on budget - true to their word. However, we unfortunately weren’t getting hot water two days later (it’s just our luck) and our new combi boiler was giving an error code. I reached out to Zach and Jeremy at 7am this morning and AJ was here just a few short hours later to take a look. He showed up earlier than expected, he was very nice, courteous, and personable. He troubleshot the issue, made a few adjustments, and tested everything again, which thankfully got us back up and running within an hour! We couldn’t be more grateful and we highly recommend Heritage if you want high quality work and knowledgeable installers and technicians.

I needed a tech to evaluate a non working central air conditioner at my house. I had a different company come out several weeks ago and was told that the unit was fine (at a cost well over $350.00). Adam Primeau from Heritage quickly discovered that the unit had zero R22 Freon in it. It should have been diagnosed properly the first time.

He was then exceptionally thorough in cleaning the drain and flushing it to test that he had resolved the problem. Nick was both highly professional and pleasant to work with. I plan to hire Heritage and Nick on a regular basis in the future to keep the drain clear.

Kyle was Outstanding in all aspects of his service. He was patient and kind and listened to the story of what happened, ( even watching a little video of my cousin putting the cap back on)and then offered 3 different solutions that could be used to solve the problem. He was went above and beyond and took a few moments to make sure I knew where the main water line was if I ever needed to shut it off. ( I thought that might be it, but wanted to make sure.) I grew up in this house but left when I was 18 and just recently moved back. My dad had also taken apart the wall in back of the tub ( & had it hidden, like its a set of doors) and Kyle explained that if anything like that happened again, I could shut off the water from this hidden area as well, that way there it would just turn off the water in the shower area, instead of having to shut off the water to the whole house.

Heritage was able to schedule an estimate the day after we called. Joe Tucker, our technician, was friendly and professional and prepared an estimate quickly. He explained all the steps involved and was able to get us a repair appointment for the following week. We had a delay in one repair after we found asbestos in a pipe chase. Joe and Heritage were flexible and worked with us to reschedule once the asbestos was removed by an environmental services contractor. Our job was finished the day after the asbestos removal. Excellent work!

James from Heritage Home was knowledgeable and helpful re: problem with my Nest thermostat. He made adjustments and stayed almost an hour extra to see how the thermostat responded to each adjustment. He fixed part of the electrical problem though, unfortunately, the Nest will need to be replaced.
