Cant say enough great things about FAST Water Heater Company. Had an estimate within a couple of hours of calling and they were able to schedule very quickly upon acceptance. Very thorough on their pre-install inspection and the installers were on time, in and out in about 2 hours and did a great job. Chuck was the main installer and I was impressed with how he worked with and guided his helper/trainee. Shouldnt need them again for a good long while, but wouldnt hesitate to call them again!

My electric water heater was approaching 20 years of age and wanted to change it out. Had 4 separate companies come out to price replacement costs. Fast water Heater and Brendon specifically, was the most knowledgeable and quoted the best prices at nearly half the cost of the other 3. He was able to come out the following week and install the new one with no issues. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a water heater, fast!

Our 40 year old water heater started leaking and they were able to come the next day to replace it. Tim and Sarah, the technicians, were absolutely wonderful! They were thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and even kind and patient with my toddler who wanted to know what everything was and how it all worked. My daughter went to bed with a piece of the pvc pipe they cut for her on her dresser and we have hot water and peace of mind. Thank you!!!

Setting up appointment was easy & quick, getting information about product, set up and when was great. At home set up was done quick and efficient, friendly in explanation as well as new regulations we were unaware of. Q&A great. Water heater installed perfect, clean up most appreciated and removal of old handled nicely. Did a very good job replacing our water tank with a tankless water heater. Brendan, the tech, made sure to communicate with me on key items such as placemt of piping and was professional the entire time. Very happy with the final product and it looks great! Freed up some space in my garage too.

Fast is right! The whole transaction took less than a week. Referral by Home Depot on Monday, Site survey was on Thursday and a professional installation on Saturday. Earthquake straps, drip pan, and a thermal expansion tank. Jay B, our technician, was fully prepared to install a fresh set of water and gas flex hoses. We were able to enlarge the vent from 3 inches to 4 without any modifications. Jay was able to answer all our questions. Overall we are very pleased with the entire job.

My 13 year old water heater went out on Sunday. I called and they gave me a preliminary quote over the phone and scheduled to come out the next day. Trea Morrison was the tech. He was super friendly and explained everything. He tried to do a repair first, but it was still having issues. So after receiving the final cost, we moved forward. He made some fixes to bring it to code, tested everything and was on his way within a couple hours. Everything looks so clean and FWH was at least 2k cheaper than another plumber who quoted me for a replacement. Appreciate the fast response.

They were very helpful and responsive in setting up the same day service appointment. The technician “Chuck” was very knowledgeable and efficient. He determined that we did not need a new water heater as he discovered leaks at the water intake and outtake flex hose connections. He replaced the defective parts and solved the problem. The heater works fine and should have another 8 years of life.I would highly recommend this company and certainly use them again if we have another H2O heater problem.

First, its so nice to work with a local company and not a big chain where its hard to talk to anyone. They answered the phone after a short wait and were very pleasant to talk with, very helpful and wanting to understand my issue. When I had to be transferred, the person I was speaking with checked to make sure someone was available and transferred me directly to the other person rather than sending me to a call queue. I was scheduled for a visit for the next day and told the service window was 6 hours - 11am-5pm. That concerned me a bit but, the next day, I was contacted by 11:15am that the tech was on his way. He was at my home by 11:45 and completed work approximately 1:30pm.Brendan was very friendly and knowledgeable, and patient with my questions. I thought I was going to have to replace my water heater but, after some diagnostics, Brendan determined that the unit was in great shape, I just needed a replacement part.He had everything he needed to do the job and was quick and efficient.My experience with Fast was positive from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend Brendan and Fast to others.

HE WASN’T AVAILABLE TO DO ANY WORK AT NO FAULT OF HIS AND I’M OK! He explained what he was there to do step-by-step in laymen’s term and why he couldn’t complete the job. It sound funny and even surprises me that I’m 100% satisfied with what he accomplished.My water heater original install was probably “to code” in 1999 but it’s not anymore. Instead of telling me this, he explained why in terms I could understand. He completed ALL the pre-install work/test, then rescheduled and confirmed with dispatch that an appointment was scheduled for tomorrow.It will a different installer tomorrow, however, if his/her professionalism his even half of Vinland Yandall’s, Fast Water Heater Co and the next technician has more 5-stars headed their way.

Vineland was a fantastic water heater technician. He replaced the water leak detector which did not initially resolve the issue. He continued troubleshooting the problem by draining and removing the water heater to be able to closely look for any moisture at the bottom and underneath the water heater. Finding no moisture, he blow dryed the leak detector compartment and then reassembled everything. Needless to say, Vineland cleaned my water heater from top to bottom and all around where the water heater is installed.Once everything was back together and in place, my problem was resolved.

The physical, in person, service was spectacular. The gentleman that were were kind, considerate and above board in everything they did! When I called there I was told that they do not service my specific type of hot water tank and that I could get a quote on a replacement and was directed to a different department. That department said they do service my brand of hot water heater and to call and book an appointment. When I called again to book the appointment, they refused to book the appointment. But I insisted, based on my talk with the actual service technician, so after some heated discussion and asking for clarification from management they finally agreed to book the appointment. They were able to service/fix my hot water tank and did a great job. Just wish it wouldn’t have been such a head ache to book the appointment because the actual service was fantastic!

I had an absolute positive experience with the entire FAST Team from the time of my first call regarding my nonfunctioning gas water heater to when the tech, Brendan, left my home. Brendan was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He was very patient when answering my many questions, especially when I was writing down the instructions for lighting the pilot light, and never attempted to upsell me. He is very knowledgeable and has a charismatic personality. I have to also note here that the hot water heater was working within 5 hours of my initial call. There is no doubt that they are “FAST” and I would recommend going with FAST Water Heater Co. for any needs that might arise with your water heater.
