George was highly professional - arrived exactly in time, came out on a Sunday afternoon to fix my furnace as the temperature was on its way to the 20’s. He couldn’t get the part needed at that time - so he worked until a temporary fix held my furnace working until the part would arrive. He went out of his way to make sure things were good! Much appreciated! You want to hire this company and know you have an honest and caring team!

Have used Advanced for years was a Mechum client and they acquired the biz when Mark retired. They have installed systems in 3 of my houses and do all of the maintenance. Couldn’t be more pleased. When u call for service they are there for you. Vicky in the office is a pleasure and all of there service guys are great, especially Ken who has done all my services and repairs. They are especially great in explaining what is the problem, they don’t jam you up with fee and repairs you don’t need. Top notch Team at this Company! Also, I hardly never give a review unless I’m impressed. And these group is beyond impressive!

The pump attached to my heating system broke and was leaking. I called at 3:30 PM and the service director said she could get someone out the same day. About two hours later, George, the HVAC specialist drove up. He diagnosed the problem, had a replacement pump in the truck and had it installed and tested in about an hour. He was quick, efficient, thorough and courteous throughout. This was the second time this year that I received repair work under my service contract. It paid for itself this year. I highly recommend Advanced Energy Concepts and their service contracts.

Tankless hot water heater went out. Advanced Energy Concepts came out, made sure the manufacturer covered the defective unit under warranty, and came back out the day after the new unit was delivered to install it. Bruce (??…sorry if we forgot his name) came out and did a terrific job installing the new unit. He was professional, kept the workspace clean, installed a new vent to ensure it was up to new code, and took the time to review the operation of the new unit with us. Honestly the best customer service I’ve ever received for a repair. Would highly recommend this company and will use them again for any plumbing needs.

I cant say enough about the work that was performed by advanced energy concepts. After receiving multiple quotes for my work, they were the one and only contractor that listened to exactly what I wanted and proposed an out of the box solution to get me exactly what I was looking for and at a cheaper price than the alternatives. I think that they were by far the best choice for installing my new combination boiler and mini split systems. They took their time to make sure the job was done well, cleaned up the mess left behind, and left me with a great new system. The crew was courteous, professional, willing to educate me on any of my questions, and left me feeling really good about my decision to work with them. 5 stars will definitely use them for future work cant recommend them enough!

These guys are top notch! We got 3 separate estimates on Mini Split A/C installation for our new home. Sean was the only one to make sure we got every rebate possible. On top of that they are Diamond Certified through Mitsubishi so your warranty gets extended. Doug, Alex and Andy did an exceptional installation. Looks as if it came with the home while it was being built. They were fast, professional and friendly as well. Vicki in the office was so nice and helpful throughout this process. We scheduled routine annual maintenance for our Geo-thermal Heating system and it was determined that there was a leak in the main coil which required it be replaced. The company that manufactured the heat-pump provided the replacement coil free of charge as it was a known issue with this specific heat-pump. The coil was installed by Aaron who had the job done in less than 4 hour, but was confronted with a difficult time getting the heat-pump performing well. He spent a considerable amount of time testing the system and resolving the problem. The heat-pump is working well and just in time for the first snow of the year. He was polite, responsible to our home and did an outstanding job repairing our system. Nice work, nice company, nice system!

Bruce was the tech who installed the new one and he was wonderful -very professional, let us know what he was doing, explained what happened and worked efficiently.
