    Jazz and his team are awesome. I had a lift station pump burn out and multiple competitors quoted me prices that were much more expensive and I would have had to wait at least a week or more for installation of the new pump. Jazz came onsite to provide a free quote. Once there, he said he had the perfect pump for my application in his shop and had me up and running 3 hours later. This work was done in February 2024 and my lift station has had no problems over the last 6 months. I have also hired them to do quarterly maintainence of my lift station and they charge a very reasonable rate.

    I am happy with the service provided. Everyone is nice. They were prompt and fast working. They fixed my backed up septic tank. Take it from me. Have your tank pumped every three years, I waited too long. I would suggest using this company.

    I had planned on getting our tank pumped later this month(we’re at the outer limit of time for it), unfortunately it decided to back up late Saturday of a 3 day weekend. This was the 4th company I called & I immediately spoke with a person, she texted me the info they needed, after that she texted me a very complete quote - & surprise of surprises there was no “emergency fee” tacked on!The driver called me when he was w/in 20 minutes of my house to let me know he was in the way. There were two drivers, one in a regular van that looked over the site so that the pump truck would be ready to go when he got there (just a couple minutes later). Both gentleman were friendly, informative & helpful with some things we could do to help the system.The price was exactly what I was quoted, checks only though!I very highly recommend this company. They were friendly, helpful (also asked us if we’d like a reminder call in 3 years!) & the price was exactly what I was quoted - unusual in this day.

    A friend of mine had a lift station problem created by another company. We found AAA Septic and Plumbing through a mutual friend. The picture is of the building.Jaz and his team showed up on time and ready for action ( to include an appropriate size excavator. They werent sure what the problem was ). I am a commercial plumber by trade and have been for over 40 years. I have installed and serviced many lift stations over the years. Im mostly retired now.I asked Jaz a series of questions. He had the right answer for each question. His price was very reasonable and his crew started work within the hour! The problem was fixed in a couple hours!Jaz said we have many pumps and other supplies in our warehouse so we can handle off hour problems. Make sure you give these guys a call if you have any septic or sewer problems!They were great!Ron

    Best service with knowledgeable crew!!! Good prices, reliable, and professional.Moved into the house in 2006, septic was pumped before we closed on the house. In 2012, I called someone to pump my septic. Now, 2019, I called Jazz for pumping again. I told him where the lid was from where the guys in 2012 dug. He came with a map of my property, looked and looked and told me the lid was not there. After a short debate, he started digging and exposed the 2 lids of my tank. Turned out in 2012 the other guys exposed and pumped the pump chamber, not the tank. I remember they even mentioned that the tank was unusually low for 6 years usage.Needless to say that today the tank was almost full to capacity, but if I would have called again someone who would not pump it again or if Jazz would have listened to me instead of using his knowledge, not very long from today I would have had on overflowing septic tank.Jazz has best prices, he installed risers on both lids, and did an inspection of the tank and site and advised me about potential hazards around my system (trees, shrubs, etc.).

    AAA septic and plumbing is absolutely fantastic. I’d never use anyone else. We bought this house several years ago. We were under the impression the septic didn’t need pumped, well one day we learned the hard way that it was in fact full when our washer emptied into our kitchen. They came that evening at 9pm to pump it for us. They were kind, responsive and informative. Highly recommend

    Our experience with AAA Septic; We were doing a load of wash inside our house around 5 PM. While in the garage we observed our utility sink was filling up with water. Used a plunger with no effect. Checked toilets which did not flush properly. I checked the three tank septic and observed all three tanks with abnormally high. My neighbor had used AAA before and on his recommendation I called. The owner offered to come out that night but as it was now late and they would be working in the dark I put it off to the following morning. I was given a time of arrival at 1100 and that is when they arrived. They cleaned the lines and we check the drainage; it worked perfectly.AAA septic has my business and I have already recommended them to others. They are prompt, professionally and reasonably priced. 5 stars!

    When our 45 year old gravity septic system failed we had AAA replace it with a complete two tank, pump and pressure system (due to Health Department requirement changes). I had three companies evaluate and work on the existing system before deciding to hire Jazz with AAA Septic and Plumbing to do the project. I found him to be easy going, flexible, and honest. I was a little concerned at first as I thought there might be a language barrier as most of the crew is from India, but there was absolutely no problem as everyone was extremely patient and courteous. And all very hard working, often into the evening.I felt the company was responsive and dependable considering they worked a lot of emergencies, and obviously had multiple jobs going at the same time. Jazz always returned my calls and explained what was happening. Also, when the Health Department made a decision on part of the drain field that caused some re-work, Jazz and his crew accomplished all the work without any additional costs ro me. I will use them again, and recommend them to anybody that asks.

    Found AAA Septic based on the high number of high reviews. I’d recently bought a house and the septic system backed up. They were able to get out to me same day, and identify the location of the clog extremely quickly. They identified various parts of the system that needed improvement, or they’d likely cause problems down the line. They showed me the issues explicitly and asked if I wanted them improved. They showed me the improvements after they had completed the work. Very high quality work. I felt much better about the state of things after their help. Their work ethic is commendable. Their pricing is totally fair. I can’t recommend these guys enough. Absolutely stellar service.     I used AAA Septic in June to remove a large section of my concrete patio and install risers to my old septic system as it was required by King County Health Department to clear my Health Permit for my remodel. His crew worked hard all day in the rain. They did a great job cutting and removing the concrete. They also repaired and replaced the outlet baffle, the pipe from outlet baffle to D-box, and replaced the D-box because they were so old and decayed. They did a beautiful job installing those pipes and systems. I decided to add a riser and a lid to each access point (4 in total for my septic), so I can access when we need to do any maintenance. Jazz also uploaded the report of the work to King County website within 2 days from the work. I received a clearance of the permit from the County the next day!After calling 5 companies, Jazz was the most responsive and informative person. Im very happy with their work and the decision I made to work with AAA Septic! Highly recommended for your septic needs 😊

    Great service. We had an emergency situation with our septic system and needed it pumped and resolved quickly.     Jazz was absolutely amazing! He quoted us a price, but when the project took longer than expected, which was not his fault, he not only stayed and finished the job that day (11pm), he gave us the price he had quoted even though it ended up being way more work for him. On top of it all - we havent had to do anything else to our pump! Weve unfortunately had to have it fixed many times since we moved into the house, but Jazz fixed it for good. He was also a great communicator and came on short notice. I am so grateful to Jazz, would recommend him to friends and family, and will only use him going forward.

    My master bathroom toilet was running for at least 3/4 weeks while being out of town. Where I got home I decided to do a load of laundry. All of a sudden all 3 of the toilets where back up and the tubs, sinks and showers, what a mess!I turn off the main waterline in the house.     Jazz is fantastic !!!  The main is a brainiac - he knows his stuff!!!!  In fact he knows more than he advertises.  I am so thankful my neighbor recommended him  I brought him out to pump septic - and then he figured out an electrical issue in seconds and was able to fix it then and there.  His prices are very competitive.  He is easy to talk through things with, great at explaining the problem and how he knows what the problem is.  He will even give you options to address it.  He will help you through what you think is a mountain of a problem, and show you it is really an ant hill and calm your nerves.  I am truly amazed to meet someone like Jazz in the septic and plumbing industry.  I see why he is so booked.   And his folks were upfront  on what needed to be addressed and what could wait...and funny.  His scheduler is very sweet.  They are a great team.

    Septic tank backed up on Sunday morning. Called numerous companies no one available to come pump out the septic tank.     Gury and Karan, the technicians that were dispatched to my home were prompt, informative, clean, and thorough. Jazz, the manager was my 1st point of contact.     The work these guys do is fine. I would make sure to stay on top of them and make sure if you have deadlines to make a wide berth. My main complaint is that they can miss deadlines and not communicate very well, so getting ahead of that is important!Overall they did a good job and got the job done.

    My garbage disposal wasn’t working for a while to where it was starting to smell, my faucet was also leaking to where it was flooding my kitchen. I reported it to my property management (third time I had the same problems and they sent a different company out and every time it was getting worse) these guys came out, and saw what the problem was and changed out the whole garbage disposal to a brand new one and also found where the leak was coming from and had me put in a new order for the faucet to get changed. The same guy came out to change the faucet and I’m so happy with their services, thank you guys so much.
