These guys are great. We had an emergency with our main water valve breaking and were without water overnight. I called them in the morning and they got someone out to me immediately. Took the town longer to get someone over to us to get the water shut off on the road so they could replace the valve (and actually locate it once they did get here). Germain had the valve replaced in less than 10 minutes once the town got the water shut off. Reasonably priced and everyone was very friendly. Definitely will be calling in the future when I need a plumber again!

Very happy with their service. Used Germain a few times now for upgrades and replacements in our house and have always had a great experience. On time, no surprises, no-up selling (in fact the opposite - saved me from unnecessary expense), friendly, clean, etc. Our go-to for all plumbing needs.

I cannot give Germain Plumbing a better recommendation. They installed four (4) Weil-McClain boilers at our two facilities. Work was clean, neat and professional. These guys do the work the tried and true way to prevent problems in the future.Germain Plumbing is excellent.

Germains plumbing team installed a pressure reducer on our incoming water line and installed a new outdoor water spigot for a gardening hose. They showed up exactly on time and they cleaned up the area when they were done. The bill matched the estimate. They worked quickly and efficiently. We plan to use them again if the need arises. We paid a reasonable price for a good service. We did not find better pricing from other plumbers.

I recently had a faucet installed and the old one removed. It was rusted solid. Their estimate was around $200, and pretty spot on. (Another plumber wanted a flat $400 which was ridiculous. I was beginning to feel like I was at my mechanic where they charge by the job, not the actual effort worked!)The final bill was $149. I suggest paying attention to the pre-estimate you get from their office. I know its an usual way of doing business, as I thought everyone wanted immediate payment, but realize it also relies upon them trusting you to pay your bill as well as holding up their end with a correct estimate. Its a two way street.My suggestion is to keep track of when the work starts and ends. Their work is precise and gets done right. I have no complaints

Steve and Bob came by and assisted me with my A/C that was semi faulty. They were very professional and helpful. They both remained with a smile on their faces, which was pleasant to see. Will be using this company again and hopefully the second time around will be just as great!

I had a great experience working with Brian and his crew at Germain Plumbing. The company worked with the City of Attleboro on a fairly large project on our commercial property. I had zero issues and Brian handled the entire thing start to finish. I couldnt have picked a better plumber in the area to use for the project. Good people.
