I have been a very satisfied customer for over 20 years. My 26 year old furnace stopped working on the weekend, within a few days I had my new furnace installed. Lots of great communication on what the next steps would be to install my new furnace. They are always there to receive my calls and always call back as promised.

They are willing to work out any kind of payment plan and will come at the drop of a dime if you need help.I cant express enough how much better my oil service and furnace service was improved working with WH Riley. Annual oil burner performance tune-up & efficiency measurement was just performed by WH Riley. The technician arrived on schedule. Inspected and cleaned the burner, checked that the burner exhaust vent was secure. He replaced the air filter, ran an efficiency test and was on his way. Job well done.

Our 30+ year old central AC finally failed so we had to have it replaced. The team at W.H Riley was able to get us a replacement installed and running. The new unit is a huge improvement on our older one, and does a great job keeping our home cool. Once the unit arrived, they had it installed and running within a few hours. They removed the old unit and cleaned up the site afterwords. Im really happy we called Riley on this, they always do great work.

I have also had complete furnace replacements on two occasions, the last of which only took about six hours. You folks have my vote!

My AC was leaking so I had to shut it off. It was so hot, I tried to use the AC later. It still leaked water so I shut it off. I waited a couple more days and tried the AC again and it still leaked. I was afraid to call to have it checked. I was sure, a technician would trouble shoot for a long time and end up telling me to replace the central AC for probably $4,000.I finally just called my oil supply company, W. H. Riley and was glad to know they work on AC units. They came promptly that very afternoon. The technician immediately diagnosed the water pump was not working. He had a new pump installed and running perfectly in about 20 minutes. I was amazed. Thank you for saving us from this heat wave. Thank you for being honest and knowledgeable. Now I know I can count on W.H. Riley for heat AND AC! I recommend them to anyone with HVAC issues. Dont suffer and be afraid to call them. They know what to do and get things fixed in a very timely fashion. Excellent service!

Our aging A/C system was not coping with the heat waves of this summer. Called Riley at 8:15 AM and the A/C tech Mike showed up in about 15 minutes. He inspected and cleaned all the components, added some refrigerant, effectively doing a long overdue tuneup. A prompt, courteous, and professional service call. Mike patiently answered a bunch of questions regarding its care and feeding.The system ran all day through nearly 100 degrees, gradually getting the house down to 72 degrees. It cycled as expected during the night, and is efficiently keeping that set point today during another mid 90s day.As a related aside, our furnace had its annual service today and it was conducted in the same professional manner we have come to expect over the years from Riley.Bottom line - never had a complaint with Riley for oil drops, nor with the furnace replacement, the A/C installation, nor any repair, or service of either.
