They services are truly exceptional and run by trusted folks.During a pre winter visit, they their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail impressed me. Gabriel was thorough, gave me honest recommendations and did not hesitate to walk through the house, going way above and beyond than he needed to.Very prompt, thorough inspections, transparent communication and outstanding service.

    In April 2019 I replaced my old gas boiler with a new gas boiler.Dempsey Energy surprised me with a perfect service. Their people were very professional and I had my thoughts. It is now 12/2024 and I had my first falter which was simple due to 5yrs of a warn part. It took them 1hr and a few minutes. I would recommend them to everyone. Letting them do their work without you standing over them is a very good thing. Asking your equipment questions is good. No question is stupid even though you may get a snicker. Theres no mistake if you cant afford the mission. But it doesnt hurt to ask or maybe negotiate.

    Overall a great experience! I got a text from Dempsey promoting a $99.00 hot water tank flushing special. I pressed one to sign up. Got a quick reply and scheduled an appointment. Very easy. I got a call the day before to confirm the appointment. And they easily adjusted the appointment to fit my schedule. On the morning of the appointment, I contacted the office as I had a meeting I had to attend. I got a person on the phone right away and coordinated to have the tech text me when he got to my house. The tech came by at the appointed time, and texted me when he arrived. He and an assistant did the flush. They were professional and there was no mess problems with their work. Payment was easy.

    I like how they keep in touch with you. Once a customer, a customer for life. I received a phone call from Dempsey asking if I would be interested in their promotion of $99.00 water tank flushing special. Robert was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. He informed me of a water valve that may need to be taken care of. No pressure to purchase or do anything at that time. I asked for an estimate and sent email that night.

    I had a cooling system replaced and a heating system tune-up done. Both jobs was excellent! The technicians were great and they did the extra with the cooling unit outside by putting landscape rock under and around the unit and securing 12 month interest free financing - And no surprises with the estimate and job completion.The heating tune-up also did not disappoint - checked and reviewed the heating system with me - complete with tips and insights on the system.Highly recommend Dempsey

    Great service. Fast and reliable. When we had an emergency last winter, and practically every other company gave us the cold shoulder, Dempsey came to the rescue ASAP. We happily had them back out here for a tune up this year. Will and Gabe were amazing, and they made sure we understood the best ways to keep the system running smoothly.

    Love this company. They have serviced my HVAC for years. There was a scheduling issue with my service this week but Dempsey was vigilant and polite about reaching to me and rescheduling.     Fantastic work! I cant be any happier with their service. They are kind, hard working and professional. They helped install a furnace in an extremely difficult location of my house (an antique).     Robert Eugene came to our home as our gas furnace was not starting up. Robert immediately found and solved the issue. It was a dirty flame sensor. (A few days prior to this, we had another company come out and that person diagnosed incorrectly). Robert was able to give a correct diagnosis and solved the issue in 30 minutes. He was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. We used Dempsey in the past for a different property with an oil burner and were very happy with them back then as well. I gave 5 stars for that service call too. I highly recommend this company whether is a gas furnace or oil.

    I called Dempsey Energy over the weekend to get a second opinion on my in-laws central air-conditioning system. They came out first thing Tuesday morning in the rain and worked on the unit outside. The first thing the technician Tim noticed was the company we had out a few weeks ago had installed the wrong capacitor so the system wouldn’t even turn on. They told us it was broken and was going to need to be replaced. Tim installed the right capacitor and the unit came back to life. After about 15 to 20 minutes, we went back in the house and checked the air conditioning coming out of the vents in the ceiling and they were all blowing cold. I can’t say enough for Dempsey Energy coming out so quick and getting the job done. We will be customers for life.

Ive had other HVAC companies work on my previous system that miraculously last for 19 years, but when it finally gave up the ghost, Dempsey came out, determined that the system was DOA, and sent in a crew a few days later with a new replacement system that they installed in a day.     We had our entire heating and domesric hot water systems revamped by Dempsey Energy 3 years ago and have had no complaints ever since. In doing so, going with a tankless Viessmann Combi Boiler. In doing so our natural gas utility bills have decreased! We recently had our system checked out and tuned out recently by Dempseys Jose Rodriguez and its all-systems-go! Excellent service by an excellent company.

I have a pca who takes care of my handicapped she was there with my check. He said no problem. He kept in touch with me by phone and kept me informed ,he solved my problems and fixed my air.     Our heat stopped working at 9 o’clock at night I called in for service request they called me the next morning. They were in my house by 11:00 AM. They diagnosed the problem it needed exhaust fan.William Patey the technician he made couple of phone calls he found the part he picked it up and was back by 2 PM and fix the problem.     I called this morning and they arrived in less than two hours. They assessed everything and fixed the problem right away. William Patey explained the problem and recommended only what I actually needed. After they left I had a warm house and a better understanding of how my heater actually works.     William Patey came to my house, checked what needed to be done and told me he and his assistant would be back at about 8:30 am to fix it. I was actually surprised when they were here at the time they said (that does not happen very frequently when I need service from other companies).     Heres an honest review if youre looking into these guys vs. other companies. We were getting out HVAC system replaced in November. It started with them pushing a week because their parts were delayed which was no problem, things like that happen all of the time. The day came and they were on time, but someone from the company ordered the wrong part, so they sat there for a couple hours doing nothing after setting up and removing our old equipment. That was foreshadowing of what was to come. The equipment came and they started installing the equipment which kept going until around 4:15 PM. The next morning they came back and finished the job, but almost left without installing the drain pump. Whats important here is that we had to mention it to the technician in order for him to finish it. He finished the job, left a mess in our house, and we called the next day to complain about it and the person said theyd bring it to the manager. Come to find out, they installed the outdoor condenser incorrectly and there was a cable loose, because we spent the next couple days without our heat working, and had to have them come back. The good thing is, they did come back and the owner himself took responsibility to fix our system himself. Much appreciated from him, and we are content with the job.

    Our central air conditioning unit broke down during the heatwave of the first week of June, 2021. We were also in the middle of a major indoor paint job which had to halt until the unit was fixed. Our original appointment with them would have kept us waiting about a week but when we called back and further explained our situation, Eric came out that very day. The actual work started the following day and was finished the next day. When Eric walked in our house and saw all the work that was going on with the painting, he placed us on a priority list. Eric was great to deal with as well as his mom who also helped us receive quick service.The installers were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Joe and Jeff answered all questions and patiently explained things we didn’t understand. There was a 3rd installer but I forgot his name but he loved my autographed pictures of Diana Ross! Both technicians were polite, respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Again, Dempsey saved the day. I thought the water heater had died, but Dempsy discovered that it was not yet dead, but while it is hovering at the pearly gates, it is slowly leaking.The Dempsey service, as previously, was prompt, professional, knowledgable, respectful, and friendly. The technician advised me of my options to address the problem, we agreed on a solution, and the work will resume and conclude 4 days from now.While I hope I never again need a plumbing service, I know I will, and it is Dempsey that I will call.

    We just had an awesome experience with Dempsey Energy. From our initial call to our plumber Mike. When we called they sent Mike out within a hour. He diagnosed the problem and came up with the solution on the spot. He wouldve replaced our outside faucet right then if it wasnt for us being built on a slab. Our water line to the outside faucet goes behind our lazy susan so we wanted to empty that and get it ready. Mike came back and was prompt, courteous, friendly and efficient. We now have a plumber that we can trust and can recommend.

    Boiler went out Christmas Eve afternoon. Super convenient timing. So I knew I was out of luck until Monday. I called the company I had previously spent a ton of cash with installing a new furnace at my old house. They told me a week. Called a few other places who all told me to kick rocks.Found Dempsey Energy and they were able to come out same day.Tim was awesome and took care of all my issues.When, I replace the boiler in a few years (hope it makes it that long) Dempsey Energy will be my first call.Cant recommend highly enough.

    The two technicians called ahead of time to let me know when they would arrive. They showed up on time. They quickly diagnosed the problem and had the parts to fix my central air unit with them. The techs were courteous and conversational. Great overall experience.

    Tim was awesome! Not only did he get me back up and running with heat as quickly as possible, he also took the time to explain exactly what was going on and how it needed to be fixed. In addition, he also saw a few other minor things that he just went ahead and tended to, including painting over the rusty pipes and securing the pipes from the boiler. Gerry, their dispatcher, was also very good at coordinating all of the work and making sure it was done in a timely manner. Great company, I would highly recommend!

    Was very pleased with Mike and his work. I now have Dempsey Energy on speed dial. I had called 5 plumbers to take care of my problem, 2 never called back and 3 said they couldnt do the job. Called Dempsey and a real person answered the phone and I was able to set up an appointment. Mike arrived on time and solved my problem.
