My house has three connecting rooms, two of which had an old, sad, beat up sheet vinyl floor and the third had a laminate that with water damage. Under all three were sub floors, and at different heights. Eric & Jonathan had to rip up the current floor coverings and all the sub flooring before being able to put down a new waterproof laminate on all three. The destruct was really tough, but they powered through and removed the ton of debris. Once that was done, they prepped the base, then laid the new laminate down pretty quickly, and they paid a great deal of attention to every detail. The finished floors look great and made a huge difference in the look and value of my house.

This company provides other services including painting, electrical, and construction, so I’ve been able to call Eric when I’ve needed that type of work done, which has made the move into my new home so easy.Every interaction I’ve had with Eric & his crew has been great! Bristol Floors LLC was one of the best home improvement experiences that we have ever had. I had gotten his name from my best friend who is a perfectionist and everything she does in her own home comes out amazing. Eric is knowledgable, easy to work with, and when you meet him you feel as if youve known him your whole life. His communication skills are excellent and he makes you feel like you are his only customer (except for the fact that he does book a few weeks out, because he has many customers!). The day of the install, everything went so smoothly. I had bought some tile that was difficult to work with due to imperfections in the tile design, and he installed with with ease. He left the house as clean as he found it, scrubbing floors on his way out. The other people on the job were his family, and they couldnt have been nicer. I really hope to work with Eric again in the future. He is a class act and a talented person. Thank you so much Eric! (I have attached some pictures, and there is one before/after).
