    Great experience with JN HVAC & Plumbing. They responded right away to two requests I had. One to replace a toilet and another to install a washer & dryer. Friendly, professional service and communication. Very accommodating to rush requests and schedule changes. Their use of Jobber for appointments, confirmations and invoices also made things very easy. They also responded positively when asked to fix a part that needed attention after installation. I recommend!

    Mario, who came this morning 10/22/24, is a great guy, very friendly, and a great worker. He did a fantastic job. He went above and beyond. The pricing was great, and I will definitely recommend JN service to others. Will definitely keep them in mind for any future plumbing or hvac work I need done . Junior, the owner who came the first time also a great guy and nice to work with. They are a great team.

    This was one of the best experiences I have had with a service call. First off all of the people I worked with amazing 10/10. All props to these hard working young men. We had an issue we called Thursday. Friday we had someone to look it over. Then Monday morning they were here on site! I am so grateful for them I finally have HVAC right before winter! I went to look at the job this morning great service. No mess at all nearly impossible to come across these days.Also as they worked, I was studying for finals this week and they able to complete the job fast and quit! Can’t thank them enough.

    JN Service came out on short notice to replace our water heater when it broke. They were extremely polite, professional and got the job done in 48 hours! We originally had a tank and wanted to switch to tankless which was a more complex process to do and they did a wonderful job. We had hot water back within two days and got the tankless system we wanted. These guys cut no corners, high quality work!!!

    I recently purchased a home, and to my surprise, the heat wasnt working and no thermostat was installed. After weeks of me trying to get the original contractor to come out and remedy this. I finally gave in and sought outside help. I ran into JN services, and they came out sameday! Robert and Mario were awesome and got everything going. They even stayed late to make sure I had heat for the weekend. I really appreciate their help and look forward to only working with them!

    I recently had a fantastic experience with JN Service HVAC and Plumbing. They did annual tune-up for my oil heating system. They were prompt, professional and clean. I hope they include the oil filter change in the future. I highly recommend JN Service to everyone.

    I highly recommend JN Service! After two weeks of having had a different technician “repair” my air conditioner unit, i called JN Service to get a different opinion. Junior was very responsive and was able to come to my house very quickly. He recommended to replace the condenser, which he was able to do in less than 24 hours. Junior is very professional, responsive, and punctual, which I have struggled to find in prior technicians. My air conditioner is working perfectly now and couldn’t be happier with the service i received!

    My wife and I found our AC and Plumbing guy !.We both thought that there must be a smaller company with hard working honest guys around that do AC work. Google brought us toJN Service HVAC & Plumbing.Junior actually answered his phone on a Saturday and he came out right away to assess our unit. Our 27 year old Carrier was on it`s last legs. He made every attempt to fix the problem with the old unit but in the end the rust and corrosion won out.He was on time and professional. Fair price, good work and personable. We had a new Trane installed and working withina week and a half of my first call to JN Service. NO WAY would alarge company have that quick turnaround !I would absolutely recommend Junior and JN Service to my friends, family and neighbors.Thanks again Junior for all your hard work,John Carey

    I called JN HVAC with an emergency call this Saturday 6/1, and a guy named Junior (who happened to be the owner) answered and although his schedule was already busy, he was kind enough to fit me in late afternoon at 5pm to repair a Freon line that I accidentally ruptured on a hot night to start June.He couldn’t have been more professional and kind and thorough with the repair. He was able to replace the tubing and wires and test everything and had our central AC system back up and running in under two hours. He did a fantastic job and saved our weekend!And I want to mention that JN Service was far more affordable than some of the other calls I made to HVAC companies, that although were bigger companies, they couldn’t come out for an emergency call….But Junior and JN did.It honestly could not have been a better experience as Junior was a fantastic guy. I will definitely be referring Junior and JN to any and everyone that I know. Thanks so much for going the extra mile!I will be calling JN and Junior again in the future for any work I need with HVAC or Plumbing that’s for sure.Highly recommend!!

    Right before a big storm, our furnace completely died. We were dead in the water with no heat in December.I called one of the larger companies first and paid almost $500 in a dispatch fee just to come to the house and to troubleshoot .Realizing I would likely need a new furnace, I contacted a couple other places for quotes.One I couldn’t even get to answer the phone.The difference between the original company and junior was very clear.Junior came out the same day, and was able to get the furnace installed the next day. It was a big job and he didn’t leave until it was completed and we had heat.The AC unit was completed the next day.It was a pleasure to work with someone so professional, neat and motivated to do a good job. My husband is in the trades and was very impressed by his work. I feel we got better equipment than the other quote and the price was lower.I’ve told all my neighbors to contact him when they need their furnace or AC replaced, I highly recommend him.

    I recently had to replace the entire A/C system in my home, which included the A/C unit, condenser, and both main and sub-tranches for all air ducts. Junior provided a fair and competitive quote for the project.What truly impressed me was their execution. We were living in our home with a newborn throughout the entire A/C installation, but the crew took extra precautions to tape off the work areas and minimize dust. They consistently cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day, ensuring a tidy environment. The project was completed on time and within the agreed schedule.Their after-sales service is also notable. When we discovered a faulty pump, Junior promptly sent a crew to resolve the issue.In summary, Junior and his team are highly professional and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend them for any HVAC needs.

    Excellent service, on time, reasonable price, but most importantly, previously I had two different contractor worked on my AC and they were not able to fix the problem. From the moment they arrived they knew where to look and found the problem ( the other contractors had not even been close to that area)

    In December my heating system failed. I called 4 plumbers, none of which returned my call. Finally, I contacted JN Plumbing. They quickly returned my call and were at my house as soon as they finished up on another service call.They assessed the job, gave me a fair quote, and completed the work professionally. Junior, kept me informed while he did the work and actually did a couple of extra repairs. The job was completed for the agreed upon price.I would highly recommend this company.
