Very satisfied. Erick responded to my contact request promptly. Came in a reasonable amount of time for the repair. He communicates great! He was able to remove the stubborn Symmons Temptrol seats with patience and persistence. He also installed a new Symmons trim kit for me. I will continue to use his services as needed. -

Gould Plumbing was referred to me by a friend, and since then I have used them 3x - For my hot water heater, my boiler, and my kitchen plumbing. Each time they were super fast to respond, completed the work quickly, and charged a very fair price for the work. The owner even talked me through a quick temporary repair over the phone to hold me over until he could send someone out later that day. The crew is very friendly and professional, and their work is excellent. I intend to use Gould Plumbing for as long as I can, and I highly recommend you do the same. -

Hes extremely polite, very professional and the work I had done, he did to perfection. I will never go to any other plumbing business, only to Goulds plumbing. If I could give Shane a thousand stars, I would. I never do reviews unless someones done an outstanding job. I always look at reviews before I hire anyone to do work in my home. I felt the need to let others know how great this business really is. Shane was a pleasure to be around, he explained in detail, any question I had. I am amazed how fast Erics crew responded to a very severe leak in No Attleboro. In the same day another leak was found. The plumber Shawn had responded with in a half hour. All problems resolved. The worker was knowledgeable and very professional. Needless to say, I had a tool has as toilet problem and boom!!! They were there with in the hour. So...if you have a plumbing problem Eric Could is the plumber to use!!😀 -

Eric Gould has repaired an old shower for me in the most cost-effective way, he has installed a sink with all the plumbing necessary, and he has unclogged a drain for me. He comes quickly, works efficiently, and is very reasonably priced. He has my highest recommendation. -

So there are times in your life when you just need an angel*. I found mine in the form of Eric and Dave Gould. I had no working heat in the house and the job required installing gas lines inside the existing walls up 3 and a half stories into the attic. Not only did they respond immediately, they did a fantastic job at a competative and fair price. When I was concerned about cutting holes in the walls, Dave did it with the precision of an artist and put it all back together with minimal disturbance. When the HVAC guys could not startup the new system because it was a holiday weekend, Eric insisted that I not be without heat and came over on that holiday to get me going.As if that were not enough, my 91 year old mother had a stopped up kitchen sink and Eric dropped everything and fixed it for her within a few hours of my call.I have been a local realtor in this area for over 40 years so have had interactions with many tradesmen. These guys are now my go-to company for anything plumbing related. I recommend them without hesitation! -

Service is always fast, reliable and fairly priced. Eric has installed faucets, fixed toilets, converted a gas dryer to propane and installed, installed a pedestal sink, replaced a hot water heater, and replaced two vanities at my homes over the years. He is as good a plumber as you will find! -

Great response time! I came home to find the valve on our boiler had let go. Gould arrived with all the necessary parts (yes, it was more than one valve!) they quickly replaced the necessary pieces to our 15 year old system and it is running like new! Very professional and thorough work .... they will be our go to company and not just for emergencies! -

We used Eric Gould Plumbing to replace a faulty sump pump.I contacted him on a Monday night and he was at the house Tuesday morning. The pump was replaced at a reasonable cost. Eric and his coworker were courteous and respectful. I would definitely call them again. -
