Cant say enough good things about the service we got from Zurn. No one ever likes to hear that their small leak will likely mean a new water heater, but Mitchell impressed us with his negotiation with the manufacturer for a warrantied replacement. We felt that his customer service went above and beyond, keeping us in the loop at every step of the way and making sure that we were aware of all of our options and expected timing. Mitchell and his team of Reeves and Simon did an excellent job of getting the problem diagnosed and installing the new unit. We will absolutely choose Zurn for any future plumbing needs!

The experience from my first call to Chris was superb. He sent Oswaldo and another gentleman to check things out and make recommendations. They then provided me with written estimates in a timely manner. I signed off on the estimates and a couple of crews arrived in a timely fashion and got their work done and checked in with me from time to time to have a look or simply to let me know how things were going. Id call them again in a heartbeat when I need a plumber!

Zurn is an excellent service, and I wish I had known about them before! I had an issue with roots causing a backup of my system, and they jetted the roots away. No Digging! I spoke with Shaun and Matt and they were so great at explaining what my issue was, what they suspected had happened over time, and laid out my options in a way that was friendly and didnt feel like they were pushing me one way or the other. I will for sure be calling them again if I need anything.

The technicians from Zurn who performed a fairly big job of replacing 45 feet of old, rusted cast iron pipes were fantastic. That extends to the techs who conducted the initial inspection and estimate as well. Not only did they do the work in a timely and non-disruptive manner — we had a newborn baby that slept through all of it — but they took time to explain how the repairs came to be needed and what steps could be taken in the future to ensure maximum shelf life. Most of all though, they were ethical and fair in their pricing, ultimately knocking a significant chunk off the final bill because the job ended up taking less time than originally expected. Finding a plumber is like finding a mechanic or barber — once you have one you trust, you feel so much better about whatever might go wrong. I have found that with Zurn.

An excellent team to work with! They scheduled me within hours of my initial call, the technician was ahead of schedule (how refreshing that was!), and fixed our issue in under 30 minutes. The customer service representatives as well as the technician, Matt, who helped us were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Zurn Plumbing was absolutely affordable and a pleasure to work with. Plumbing issues are a nightmare to begin with, but Zurn made the process easy and painless. Well definitely be calling on them again!

Matt and Bryan from Zurn came to our home yesterday and repaired our shower (it was only giving hot water). They had given me an estimate, but when they finished earlier than expected, they knocked 25% off the price. They were so friendly. I highly recommend Zurn. Talk with Sean (Shawn?) and hell schedule your appointment! Theyre excellent. This was the 3rd job theyve done for us.

Oswaldo Ramirez was an excellent technician. He arrived on time, was professional, diagnosed our problem and worked efficiently to take care of our leak. He expired each step, cleaned up nicely. So Zurn is not going to be the cheapest option. But honestly, cheap is probably not the right choice when it comes to plumbing anyways. Ive figured that out the hard way over the years. Zurn is extremely professional and prompt. Their techs are always super competent, polite and respectful and I simply have total confidence that the problem is being fixed and that its being fixed the right way. I dont do a ton of online reviews but Zurn is fantastic. They might be a bit more expensive but when its fixed right the first time you actually save money in the long run.

After trying other plumbers, we decided to try Zurn from the recommendation from our insurance broker. Ted and his team have always been upfront, timely, well priced, professional, and attentive. Weve had them do everything from fixing small leaks, replacing hose bibs, up to decommissioning our septic and connecting us to sewer. We will continue to use and recommend Zurn.

This company is EXACTLY who you want to show up for your plumbing needs. The people inside the office are professional and courteous. The people in the field are timely and very knowledgeable. After going through 2 very bad experiences, I was recommended Zurn by a friend and I will never call another company for my plumbing needs. Zurn unclogged a toilet drain line that was stuffed with makeup wipes that my daughter flushed. The clog was far down the drain from the toilet so they had to cut into the drain line to removed the clog. Our techs, Matt and Jacob, knocked out the problem in no time and when they left, youd never know they were there. NO mess. I expected to clean something after all that messy work. Nope. Incredibly great service and professionalism. This is the company you want to use!

I called Zurn plumbing for the first time to bring some of my plumbing up to code so I could have some new appliances installed. They were able to schedule me quickly and coordinate their arrival with my schedule. Zane did a great job telling me what he was going to do and stuck with his quote. He was very professional as was the office staff that I worked with. I would definitely recommend them to others in the future!

Matt and Cody came out to diagnosis a water heater issue and a drippy kitchen faucet. Matt was professional and knowledgeable. Additionally, he answered all my many questions with patience.A few days later, I dropped a piece of jewelry down the drain in my bathroom sink. I called Zurn and spoke to Eric. ( I think that was his name.) I felt he was as concerned as I was. He had someone at my house within 30 minutes. Lucky for me Cody showed up and became my plumbing hero. He recovered my jewelry and cleaned the pipe while he had it disassembled. Thanks, guys!I highly recommend Zurn Plumbing.

I had a sewer line leak at our home about 2 months ago that ended up being very challenging because the main fiber optic and gas lines for Dunwoody ran over the sewer. I had a dozen companies provide quotes - over half said they wouldnt even touch the job. Zurn ended up bidding immediately at half the price of anybody else, and they got the job done in days despite being fully booked for months. Just an awesome, professional, and affordable experience. OMG...First let me say, that I dont trust contractors. It often feels like they are attempting to get over on me. However, we have to deal with them. We had a leak. We very much though it appeared to be a leak that we just had repaired and went through our insurance company, had mitigation, had to stay in a hotel for a month for our house to be put back together in a livable status again. After calling around to various plumbers, I landed on Zurn Plumbing. Boy, oh, boy am I glad I did. From the first phone call, I felt like I was talking to family. The lady who answers the phone, Dawn, is the kindest person on the face of the earth. We literally talked for like 45 minutes. I felt like she was my homegirl. She scheduled my plumbers to come out the next business day. They arrived within the window of time given. They called 30 mins before their arrival to let me know they were in route. They listened to my call with Dawn to understand my problem prior to their arrival!!! Who Does That??? An Amazing Plumber like Joe at Zurn, thats who! When they arrived you talk about the sweetest plumbers you will ever meet in your life...thats right...Joe and Von. They wore their masks without me asking. They wore shoe covers without me asking. Joe gave me a recommendation that saved my husband and I at least $600, which clearly showed his honesty, fairness, and transparency. My husband and I literally fell in love with him instantly (in a professional way of course...no funny business here). What we needed him to repair, he did so, both quickly and professionally. AND he even noticed a small crack that he knew would cause us to need a plumber again in the future. He did not ignore it, or try to tamper with it to make it worse. No, he is not your average contractor that I told you I dont trust earlier. On the contrary, HE FREAKIN REPAIRED IT on the house, knowing the plumbing drama my husband and I had just gone through!!! I totally asked if I could tip him. He refused. He said even better than a tip is a review. Thus, it is my absolute pleasure to write this review! Randy Heimlich was the technician who serviced our home and he did outstanding work. He repaired (rather than replace) our out-of-production kitchen faucet because it fit perfectly in our space. He discovered a major botched installation by our remodeler on a toilet and repaired it. With a lot of work he repaired it without having to run new pipe, saving us a lot of money.Zurn is our go to plumber.

I am a long time customer of Zurn Plumbing and am so because of the people and the company. In this day and age there are so many people who claim to be quality, fair price, experienced, etc. but you find out that there are truly a much smaller subset of people and companies who are. Zurn Plumbing has done jobs ranging from basic repairs, to full kitchen and bathroom plumbing installs for me. Their technicians are knowledgeable, courteous and always want to make sure job is done right and to your liking. Additionally, I am very picky person and they leave the job site spotless.....bet like me youve had crews come in and leave a small disaster to clean up when done.....NOT Zurn.One item I bought and had installed recently was Tankless Hot Water Heater......my model is Rinnai RU98I. Ive had many 30G & 50G water tank heaters in past and always end same way...leak, noisy, heating water all the time you do not use. I did a lot of research and Matt @ Zurn came out and answered all my questions. The installation went great and weve had it a year now. I have two teenagers that seem to take multi-hour showers, along with dishwasher, washing machine and normal hot water tap...the RU981 keeps up with all the demand no problem...AND we never run out of hot water !!!! Also, whether weve gotten used to it or never was much of an issue the delay to get hot water it not noticeable. For items near side of house with the RU981 it is almost instant...the longest throws across the house are about 10second delay....and like any hot water heater it gets warm quick and hot in about 10sec. I realize these tankless water heaters come at a premium but there is a savings in your energy bill to help offset....but for me the premium for the benefits has been well worth it.....just divide the premium over the years youll have it minus the energy bill cost savings and it really becomes minimal.Hope this helps anyone considering plumbing services and/or tankless water heater.

Hot water heater went out. Home warranty company is slow as molasses so I looked for a local plumber who was close by. They came out that afternoon and identified the problem so I could report back to warranty company. Also showed me some things that previous plumber did wrong with installation that wasn’t to code. Both Joe who came out and the folks at the office I talked to were great. I would use them in a heartbeat if it wasn’t already covered under warranty with home warranty company.

I was sad to find out that the plumber I worked with for over a year had left. I wanted to find him, but ultimately decided to trust Zurn and their staff. My new plumber Nate is just as excellent as his predecessor. He does excellent work and listens to client concerns to guarantee satisfaction. You don’t need to compare plumbers, you simply need to hire Zurn. They will take care of you, and if anything for some reason their work doesn’t meet your expectations, they will listen and fix it. Good luck finding that anywhere else. Trust them. They will take care of you.

Noticed late Saturday that I wasnt getting much hot water, only to discover my pilot light was out. Tried to relight it unsuccessfully, and determined something else was going on. I called Zurn when they opened, (after having called another service who couldnt come until late Wednesday), and Zurn had someone here by 11a.m. Two really nice technicians, who not only repaired my heater, but cleaned the nasty dust, dirt, etc that was in the area where its located. Without a doubt, they will remain my go to plumbing service in the future.

After flooding part of our basement, we had a Nation brand company tell us they would need to dig up our basement floor to repair a bow in the sewage pipe. We were referred to Zurn Plumbing Service for a second opinion. Two guys showed up, were very professional, ran their camera into the sewer to check if the first assessment was correct.Thankfully they found no bow in our sewer pipe so we didnt need to sacrifice our new hardwood floor. Power flush was the recommendation. Saved us about seven thousand dollars.Call these guys, you wont be sorry.

Zurn had Master plumber Micheal out today to address my issue. I could not have ask for anything to be better about this service call. Micheal Introduced himself and handed me his card. He inspected the issue and told me what he could do to fix, got my approval and went to work. About 2.5 hours after my initial call the work was done for a price that was fair. He also asked me about any other issues i may be having that he could help with and there was a clogged bathroom sink we had been nursing. He fixed that too then Cleaned up the work area and wore shoe covers in the home. 5 Star experience from start to finish.
