Where can I start, the initial call setting up the appointment was seamless and flexible. They worked with my hectic schedule and came out as soon as available. The plumbers Billy and Kevin were awesome! Very informative, courteous and professional! They should give a class on professionalism. They also respected my home by being clean and tidy. They answered questions and gave their professional opinion about other minor issues related to plumbing. Brandy, the technician I spoke to on the phone was extremely courteous and accommodating. She was able to help me pick the best option for my plumbing issue and price range. The entire team was patient with my questions and extremely knowledgeable. I worked with Billy and his manager Jackie on a few calls where I needed work done in my condo unit. Billy is personable, explains things easily, and if the root cause of the issue isnt within the purview of a plumber, he and Peach are not going to find some made up reason to charge you, not even for coming out in the first place. Ive had ruthlessly efficient service and when I did need work done, the cost made me smile more than it hurt my wallet because I knew I was getting a great deal. Absolutely recommended him and the team that supports him. A+!

Raheem was one of the best technicians I have ever worked with. Our tub started leaking through the ceiling and the first company we tried somehow made it worse? I’m glad we had Raheem come in afterwards. He always let me know he was on his way, usually on time or early.He was clear communicating about what he was doing and even when we ran into parts issues, made sure the situation was fixed quickly and did a fantastic job on our tub fix and reinstall. We will definitely use this team again if we have any plumbing issues!

We have been dealing with a slow draining sink in the kitchen for years. Weve had several plumbers come out and no one has been able to resolve the issue until Raheem Roach from Peach Plumbing finally resolved the issue and finally figured out what was the cause. Turns out it was a defective air inlet valve that no other plumber had discovered or thought about checking into. Our kitchen sink is running well now for the first time in a year. We will recommend Raheem from Peach Plumbing from now on.

I was able to make an appointment easily using their awesome online system for a leak issue. They provided a timeframe, and I got a call 10 min out letting me know what time they’d be arriving. I had a chance to work with Gabriel, who was knowledgeable, very kind, educated me on several things, and provided very clear explanations. Then, he presented a couple of options with pricing, I chose one, and I was able to get the service same day. All in, it was 3 hours and I was able to pay with card once everything was complete. I love working with Palette! This organization always over performs and provides a great service.I worked with Armand Leone for this particular project and he was amazing. He got there on time and solved all the requests and went above and beyond to solve other challenges around the house as well. He fixed a clogged drain, a leak at the water supply at the street, replaced the water hose line and spiket, and then executed additional findings along the way. He was true professional with experience and used the appropriate petite rooms to keep my home clean while working.I love working with this organization and plan to use them for a future project (addition) as well.

Love, love, love Palette Plumbing! Gabriel was awesome. Since we moved into our home 2 and a half years ago, we’ve had issues with laughably low water pressure in the shower in our guest bathroom. We chose to ignore it because we’ve never really needed the shower, but it became more and more irritating over time and we finally decided to contact a plumber. Gabriel was honest with his diagnosis (gave us 3 estimates actually and clearly talked through all 3!). At his advice, we went with the most expensive estimate, which I think will save us headache in the long run. He ended up being able to fix the issue the same day he came out, which saved us a lot of time!Doing the work itself, Gabriel was quiet, tidy, respectful, and unobtrusive. My husband and I were taking work calls and hardly even noticed that he was here, despite the fact that the bathroom he was working in is in the middle of our modestly sized home.10/10 stars all around. Palette came referred by the HOA in my community and I can absolutely see why they are the communitys go to plumber. I had a sewer system back up and originally called them for a second opinion and a work estimate. Within a day Gabriel arrived at my house and provided me a very thorough evaluation of the work, including multiple approaches for the work that had to be performed.Gabriel was incredibly professional and was able to walk me through the process and possible next steps. He was able to answer all my questions and provided great insights in doing so.Palette quoted me to perform the work the same another company had billed me to diagnose the issue and provide no resolution. At no point in the process I felt like Gabriel was trying to take advantage of me and my naivete in the world of plumbing. Instead he made sure I understood all steps in the process.The day after the quote Gabriel and Jyheim arrived to start working at 7 am. Within four hours they had dug out the pipe, cut out the old rusted clean out, installed the new clean out, cleared the sewer obstruction, and replaced the dirt.I am incredibly grateful for the service provided by Gabriel and Jyheim, and the quality of work Palette provides. Ive already recommend them to some friends.

We have had a few plumbing issues in our home. We had a great experience with palette plumbing. We signed up for the annual plan and had them install the smart system that will detect a water leak. They were professional, courteous and honest. Our home is newer and we had a terrible experience with a previous plumber who tried to charge us triple after coming into our home. It was such a relief to work with someone who was honest and reasonably priced. Also after coming home to a leak it’s nice to know that in the future the smart system will detect and hopefully prevent future leaks. I highly recommend this company!

Both said, heres a drain liquid, use it once a week....but I knew something was major wrong and finally the sink because unusable.....and that very day, I was at the Va-Hi christmas market and Palette had a booth there and I thought, well, what the hell. And boy are we ever glad we called them.
