    Great service! Kyle was able to come out within the next day of scheduling to fix my toilet and diagnose any other issues that might need attending to.     I needed a couple of major outdoor plumbing repairs, one of which was particularly challenging to diagnose. They were during the summer (life has been hectic since, so this is belatedly following up on the job that was done then), and Joe and Matt and crews worked hard in the Hotlanta heat & humidity and did a great job, and on the phone Kim and Sean were very helpful. I chose True Plumbing based on all the 5-star reviews, so my expectations were high, and they were met!

    I had the best experience with True Plumbing. I had a defective shower diverter original to my 1969 house. They provided multiple options which was helpful in choosing the best one for me. Also, they identified 2 issues with my new water heater. It was not installed to code so they fixed that too avoiding a potential flood in my basement. The guys were so professional and nice. Would definitely call them in the future.

    The honesty, transparency, and well explained scope of work was better than any other plumber we have used in Atlanta. This is a team who truly puts the customer first and will not ā€œsugar coatā€ how they will get the job done right, on time, and using the right materials. We had our main water line replaced and during the quoting process discovered irrigation being plumbed into the main water line. True Plumbing was forthcoming on how to address the situation and made sure they did not cut corners to ensure the job was done correctly. We will be using them as our only plumber moving forward.

    Spoke to Sean and Paul and was impressed by their willingness to listen and understand my situation. Matt and Hunter were the technicians that came and conducted the inspection, and to the tee. They were nothing but amazing and generous. Price is also very fair. Im serious, this is the IT plumbing company to work with. They are my go-to from now on.Update: Matt, Hunter and excavation team completed the sewer replacement. They did a fantastic job.     Update- 4 stars- Although I still had to deal with the issue by myself, Paul, one of the owners, called me right away to apologize and take responsibility for their answering serviceā€™s overzealous promises. He was professional and helpful. I will use True again.I called their ā€œ24 hour serviceā€ late last night and was assured multiple times, throughout the call, that someone would call me this morning to get my plumbing issue resolved right away ā€œbefore the afternoon.ā€I received a call this AM, letting me know they in fact didnā€™t have anyone available until tomorrow, at the earliest. Had I known that last night, I would have called another plumber. When I asked for another recommendation for a 24 hour service, she couldnā€™t/wouldnā€™t even offer that. Their poor communication, false promises and unwillingness to help was super disappointing. This was not my previous experience with their regular scheduled service, so perhaps they are simply unequipped to handle emergency service calls, but I would look elsewhere for help so you donā€™t waste the precious time I did because of their poor service.

    True Plumbing cleared a clogged sewer line for me, and showed me videos of where the multiple issues were, necessitating a new sewer line. They came out when they said they would, did everything in one day, and covered the disturbed area with wheat grass. Also gave me evidence of another issue on the county side, and gave me advice on how to handle it. They asked multiple times if I had any other questions and sincerely wanted to make sure they explained everything to my satisfaction.Professionals in every sense.

    Have brought the team in for two separate plumbing fixes. Professional, quick, have a really convenient online appointment request form. Give you the total job cost right on the spot so thereā€™s nothing unexpected. They might be a tad more expensive than others, but the experience overall is worth it for us.     We will use True plumbing every time! We had a sewage line burst and needed someone quickly. We were referred to True and they came out within an hour of our call. Gabriel was amazing to work with and helped walk us through the solution and insurance hurtles. The team that installed the new pipe was quick and very skilled at digging up only the necessary areas.     This was my second time using True Plumbing. The plumbers arrived on time and provided excellent communication throughout. There was some question as to whether the pipe that was leaking was a common pipe that would fall to the HOA for responsibility or a pipe serving my home individually. True worked with me and the HOA to determine that the pipe served my home. Sean and the two plumbers that were sent out, in particular, worked to ensure that everything was appropriately documented so that I could make an insurance claim and the adjuster commented on how responsive Sean was. In short, everything was as smooth and easy as it could be when dealing with a significant unexpected expense, and my insurance adjuster commented that the total cost was more than reasonable considering the scope of work that needed to be done.The first time I used True was a year or year and a half ago. They were able to send someone out on the same day to diagnose a small leak in my walls. Other companies were wanting to charge me an after hours fee that exceeded the total I paid for True to come out and fix the leak.I wholeheartedly recommend True Plumbing for any and all plumbing needs.

    Wonderful experience with True Plumbing. A friend of mine gave me their name when I asked for a recommendation. From the office staff to Kyle, my plumber. He checked out some possible issues in my crawlspace and then also came back with the replacement of an older water heater in our new townhome. It wasnā€™t leaking or non working, but didnā€™t want any possible issues so went for a new one. From very clear estimates and timely appointments, I will certainly use them again.     Gary and Ryan from True Plumbing came today to fix a leaking disposal in our kitchen sink. It was 15 plus years old and had served us well! He explained what it would take to fix the issue and promptly scheduled a repair date and time.     My recently-purchased townhome came with A LOT of plumbing concerns that were not quite fully realized during the inspection, and as a first time homebuyer I was feeling pretty uneasy. I had received a quote from someone else that was super expensive and didnt quite seem right, so I called True Plumbing and can now say Im extremely grateful I did. Not only did they find things both the inspector and other plumber did not (which were clearly issues), but they were fantastic to work with from the get-go, reasonably priced, and were able to find a less invasive, more cost-effective and frankly better all around way to get my plumbing in shape and up to code. Shout out to Cody and Emiliano for the plumbing masterpiece they created in my basement and also for being so great to work with.     I canā€™t overstate how grateful I am to the good people at True Plumbing. Literally a week after I closed on my new house, the expansion tank on my water heater busted a leak and water was spraying out all over my kitchen at 6:30pm. I was the only one home and literally felt helpless in the chaos as my kitchen started to flood. I called True Plumbing and the very compassionate and kind woman on the phone got me help right away. This is after hours, mind you. I had two field managers call me within 30 secs. One, Paul, kindly and patiently talked me through turning off the water to my house as I was panicking and then had a technician come out within 30mins. Gary replaced the expansion tank and fixed some of the wrong piping right away. By 9pm, the crisis was over. I owe my piece of mind and new houseā€™s well being to True Plumbing.     We had a small leak that I tried to fix but I just made it worse. I called my usual plumber but he was busy. He recommended True Plumbing and they sent out Gary the same day. He was great! Very professional and even wore those little shoe covers while he was in the house. After a visit to the hardware store he was able to fix the leak and also installed our bidet while he was there. We spoke about doing more plumbing work on the house (once I save up some more money) so heā€™s going to set me up for a quote. It was a great experience.

    I wish there was an option for 6 stars. This team of plumbers is a group of people who genuinely CARE about the people and places they service. We were experiencing an issue with a product installed in our house (note: product issue, not an issue with the way the product was installed) and the owner of True Plumbing made it a point to come to our house on several occasions spending hours to solve the problem to make sure we would be set up for success. This is not something he needed to do by any means, but he said he did it because he genuinely cares about his customers. I really cant recommend True Plumbing more highly, and hope if you are reading this you will consider working with them!

Since you cant leave 2. reviews for the same company -- I am editing mine from 4 mos ago;July 3rd - we realized our washing machine was leaking - we called True Plumbing that night (night before a holiday) - Paul called right back - and they were at our house the next day on July 4th -- Kyle was amazing - they didnt charge the way other companies do on a holiday and/or emergency call - it was a regular charge - sevicing their customer with the greatest example to others in their field --they fixed our issue with grace and kindness.     Update: We just used true plumbing again for a water pipe leak and they nailed it. I was referred to True Plumbing, and I am absolutely thrilled with the outstanding service I received. From start to finish, the entire experience was top-notch.First and foremost, Sean was incredibly professional and punctual. He arrived right on time, ready to assess the issue. What impressed me the most was his thoroughness in diagnosing the problem. He took the time to explain everything clearly, and I felt confident in his expertise. Out of four estimates, Sean was the only plumber to actually hook up a pressure gauge to my home to show me that my PRV was in the correct operating range. Similarly, he was the only plumber to properly diagnose my expansion tank. Additionally, he took clear pictures of service locations and diagnosed problems which were attached to the estimate email.Sean provided a detailed explanation of the steps needed to replace my main service and additional service they could perform at the same time.     I am a loyal True Plumbing customer. This weekend we noticed a water stain on the ceiling just under an upstairs bathroom and I called Monday morning to get a diagnosis appointment. Had one of the team, Gary, here in just under an hour this morning.He concluded it was likely a simple shower head issue causing water to penetrate through the fixtures and not an actual broken drain. Since I am handy he advised how I can try fixing it myself first, then if it doesnā€™t work and still leaks I can call and have them return to determine if itā€™s a behind-the-wall problem. If it requires a return within 30 days I will get a credit for todayā€™s reasonable $65 service fee. Thatā€™s a nice deal.I very much appreciated Garyā€™s honest assessment and counsel. I should know in a few days if I fixed the issue.Once again these guys proved to be prompt, professional, and honest, confirming my decision a few years ago to use True Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.     Shawn the office manager and Kyle the plumber at True plumbing were awesome! After dealing with TWO other plumbers this week, all of which tried to sell me a bait and switch of a certain price which doubled once they arrived and told me Iā€™m not a member, or since I wasnā€™t buying something else, I sent on their merry way. Shawn quoted me a certain price based on me already knowing what the problem was and Kyle arrived with that price ready to work. Kyle did tell me about a few things I should do to my plumbing to ensure the life of the system, but I declined because we may not stay in this home much longer and it was nice to finally have someone accept no as the answer.     Highly recommend these guys for your plumbing. I needed my water heater replaced, as it was 20+ years old and started to leak. We got quotes from 3 different vendors. From the start, they clearly wanted to earn my business. I spoke with one of the co-owners, Paul, who originally couldnā€™t get me in that day, but called me later and said the other co-owner, Ryan could swing through and take a look. Ryan was on time and professional. He did an inspection, came back a few min later with an iPad and a quote. The price came out cheaper than the other two and they provide a 6 year warranty on the labor, which matches the 6 year warranty on the heater from the manufacturer. I could tell that they really wanted to earn my business. Ryan looked at a couple other plumbing jobs I would potentially need, gave me some advice, and went on his way. After evaluating the three quotes, I called Paul and they got me an appointment for 3 days later.The plumbers came out and did an excellent job. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They were very respectful of my home. They completed the whole job in about 3 hours and cleaned up after themselves. I was very happy with the service and the quality of the work. And I feel secure knowing that the owners of the company are still so involved with the way the business runs and operates. The needs we had, including a small gas leak, a leaky pipe and work with an old shower cartridge required quite a bit of creativity.     Ive used True Plumbing a few times in the past and will continue to do so as every service theyve performed has been done speedily, the quality of the work is always excellent, and weve never had any issues that required follow up work. In the past theyve replaced a water heater, hose bibs, and pressure relief valve, and today Gary worked on several issues in one of our bathrooms including a clogged drain, overflow drain issue, and fixing a toilet with a few issues.     The issue we were having with the upstairs toilet inner workings could have been handled through our home warranty service; however, I didnt trust them to take care of it properly and without a lot of drama.I called on True Plumbing and Max was scheduled to come by from 10a - 2p on Tuesday. He was on time; assessed the issue; determined that our PR valve was reading high; and looked at the downstairs slow draining water. The PR valve reading is now high - he presented a snapshot picture of the reading and also found a leaking shut off valve to the upstairs bathroom. He provided pricing for all the work. I chose to have him repair the upstairs toilet internal plumbing, upstairs cut off valve leak, and the downstairs bathroom sinks slow draining problem.Max worked efficiently and quickly to resolve the problems I had him address. All is working well now as it should. Im going to make my home warranty company replace the PR valve. They will do so including any and new zoning requirements. Of course I wont be using the prior plumbing service they sent. Im so thankful True Plumbing is now handling items that my home warranty will not cover. Their workmanship is top notch and they employee competent, ethical Plumbers. In todays market plumbers like Max are tough to come by. If youve got plumbing issues in your home then I highly recommend True Plumbing.

Matt and his assistant Kyle were utmost professionals in every respect. Is True Plumbing more expensive than the shady plumbers that will give you an estimate and then ghost you? Oh yes, they are, by orders of magnitude but they will also get the job done as promised, arrive on time and and complete the work impeccably, in fact, above expectations. From the customer service who fielded my call to techs Broderick and Cody who performed our installation, the team was professional, courteous, and answered all the questions we had about the gas hot water replacement service. I feel fortunate they were able to come on the same day I called requesting an appointment. They even provided a quote range on the price over the phone, which other plumbers were unwilling to do. The techs took extra care to cover their shoes as to not track clay from our crawl space through the finished basement, which we really appreciated.     My experience with Max Ososkalo of True Plumbing was excellent and deserves a higher rating than 5!!!He came on time, looked at the piping layout with me, convinced me that I did not need to make the piping modifications I was contemplating, showed me that the easiest approach was to just pull up the toilet and auger out the plug that he found with his camera. He did the work quickly without any need for supervision from me, put the toilet back on line looking better than he found it and left me with the feeling that all was well. Everything was clean when he finished, no debris or dirt anywhere. He wore booties over his shoes while in the house to prevent tracking in any dirt.He charged me the exact amount that he quoted me (no add ons at all), and provided me with a clear receipt and a copy of the video he made of the pipeline.Well done Max!!!     My garbage disposal went out and my kitchen sink drain clogged on Thanksgiving Day while I was preparing dinner. My plumber of thirty+ years has retired, so the next day I was searching frantically for a plumber because all the pots and pans and dishes from the night before were still sitting, unwashed, on my kitchen counter.I was referred to True Plumbing by another company who (along with all the others Iā€™d called) wasnā€™t able to send anyone out until the following week. True Plumbing sent a technician (Max) out within an hour or so after I called.Max installed the new garbage disposal, but wasnā€™t able to completely clear the drain. My house was built in the 1960s and the clog was in the cast iron pipe in the wall. He did tell me how they could rectify the problem by installing a separate drain pipe. He said heā€™d have Kim, their dispatcher, call me. She did, and I scheduled an appointment for the following Wednesday, giving me time to try using an enzyme drain cleaner to clear the clog. It didnā€™t work.The following Wednesday, Max came back and did the work, bypassing the clog in the cast iron pipe in the wall, which saved me a lot of money because he didnā€™t have to tear out the wall or risk destroying the old cast iron pipe. On both occasions, he was right on time, professional, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and left everything spotless when he was finished. He even thought to turn out the lights in the basement when he leftā€¦something no other workman has ever done in the thirty-some-odd years Iā€™ve lived in this house. Kudos, Max! šŸ˜ŠKim, the dispatcher, is also professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She wasnā€™t able to answer a question I had, but she had their field supervisor, Billy, call me back (which he did right away), and he was able to explain to me exactly what was going to be done.I also appreciated not only their very reasonable prices for both visits, but the fact that Max was able to tell me what the total was going to be for both visits when he came the first time. It was nice to know up front how much it would cost without having to wait until the job was completed so the worker could see how many hours it had taken him/her.Great company. Iā€™m happy I have a plumber again, and I heartily recommend them.

    We had a leak in the main water line at our commercial property. I called several companies and decided to go with True Plumbing because simply they are the best and they care. I had called the office and Kim had a plumber out the same day. An estimate was prepared the following day and the owner, Ryan, contacted me to go over the estimate and questions. He even met with me at the property to go over his plan for our project. As it is a commercial property, there were factors to take into consideration so as to not affect the on site businesses.     Everything broke on a Sunday evening. The toilet wouldnt stop running, the cut off valve didnt work, then the house started rattling off the foundation when the water ran anywhere in the house. We had to cut off the water to the whole house. I was so stressed. We contacted 4 different plumbers on Monday morning, and True Plumbing was the first to respond. EVERYONE we spoke to: Brittany who answered the phone and took our info, Paul who texted us back quickly, Kim who called us to schedule the appointment and, when she heard our situation, got us an earlier visit, and Gary, the wonderful young man who came to the house...all of them were so kind and helpful and patient and responsive. When Gary arrived, right on time, he listened patiently, told us exactly what the problem was, gave an estimate, fixed it super fast, and also pointed out some other areas of concern, gave an estimate for those, and also completed those very quickly. He made sure to put covers over his shoes so he wouldnt track anything in the house, he pointed out some features of our plumbing set up that would have helped us out if we had realized it sooner (we are armed with it now!) And, their work is guaranteed.We had never used True Plumbing before, but saw the recommendations from neighbors on NextDoor. We were thrilled with their great service, and will definitely use them again!

    Owner returned call shortly after speaking with an answering service late over the weekend. Had a next day appointment and the technicians that arrived (right on time) called to let me know they were on their way with an accurate ETA. They told me exactly what to expect before the work started, took care of my issue and gave me a lot of information on why clog happened and how to minimize the chances of it happening again (without ripping open ceilings to address a sagging PVC caused by initial build/pipe install).
