We had to have our sewer line replaced (the house is 80+ years old and we had cast iron and terracotta pipes that had roots growing into them). Spencer Sarjeant and his team from Plumb Works did a great job for us. They showed up on time, clearly communicated with us from start to finish, and were professional. I discovered a sewer line backup in our commercial building this morning. I called Plumb Works at 11:30AM & they were present & working on the problem within 2 hours. They even had to bring in a large pice of equipment to jet-blast our water-waste lines & clear a major clog. They were very efficient & profession. Jacob was the lead on the job & went the extra mile to make sure the system was working perfectly before they finished. Then they cleaned & sanitized the whole area in which they worked. I was very pleased with the response & the cost of the excellent service from Jacob & his associates. I recommend Jacob & Plumb Works for both commercial & residential plumbing needs. I’ve used them before & will use them again unreservedly.

My experience with Plumb Works was great. Had a leaking water heater that needed to be replaced, called around 8AM, there was an available slot in the schedule and the team was here and done before noon. Andrew provided a good selection of options and as part of the replacement also re-plumbed a badly-installed sub-meter. I definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Plumb Works tech Kim Johnson provided Friday-night, after-hours service for a basement drip. He stopped the drip that night and returned Saturday morning to complete the repair. Kim was knowledgeable, efficient, clearly explained the work he would do and was meticulous to clean up his work area after. We opted to have him do a few additional fixes while he was on site. 100% pleased with his work. Plumb Works will now be my go-to for plumbing needs.

Andrew was great. Knowledgeable and professional. He gets 5 stars, but the company only 4. We thought the price for a standard kitchen faucet install ($450), when we supplied the faucet, was a bit expensive. We had no idea what the cost would be until we paid $89 for him to walk in the door, Kind of a captive audience at that point. The install took a half hour, so $900/hour seems excessive. First rate and competent service, though, by Andrew and his assistant. Thank you.

From my first interaction to the service call with Spencer, everyone was friendly, courteous and helpful. He called me in advance to let me know his ETA and after I explained my concerns he conducted a thorough inspection, providing an explanation at every step. He was very knowledgeable and provided recommendations to remedy my issue. The service fee was reasonable and I appreciated that I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of given that my issue turned out to be a minor one that didn’t require an extensive fix. Highly recommend if you are in need of a plumber!

The technician, Alex, called me when he was 30 minutes from arriving at my house--which I had been told he would. Alex was on time, courteous, efficient/timely and a great communicator. Alex Robison provided outstanding customer service both the day that he came to review our need to have our septic tank pumped and the following day when the work was performed. He had determined that our tank did need to be pumped and that we should also have the tank hydra jet cleaned and have a camera inserted to check the integrity of the lines. He was able to get the work scheduled for the following day when I would be off work. He arrived about 20 minutes prior to the pump truck and the hydra jet truck. Alex was on site throughout both procedures, assisted the technicians and made sure all was done professionally and thoroughly. He explained what was happening at various points during the process and when all was done was able to confirm that our tank and field lines are all in excellent condition and should remain in excellent condition for years to come. I would recommend Alex and Plumbworks to anyone needing septic tank servicing.

Our family has been using Plumb Works for 12 years, and we’ve always been happy with the response times, services, and prices of all the plumbers working for this company. Today Terrance Ashcroft came out and replaced two old faucets in our master bathroom with two new faucets I’d bought. The work looks beautiful, and both work perfectly. Terrance was also polite, kind, and helpful regarding moving stuff, cleaning up afterward, and answering my questions about our pipes in this old house (built in 1927). The price was reasonable too. I could not recommend both Plumb Works and Terrance more highly!

Water heater replacement. The quote was done on Wednesday by Alex from Plumbworks. He explained what would be done in addition to replacing the water heater (shut-off valve, expansion tank) and the written quote was very detailed too. It was a little more expensive than another quote, but I have used this company for a long time and I decided to trust them one more time. The next day Alex came on time and did the job in about two hours. I believe Plumbworks did a good job.

Customer service was excellent. Called on a Saturday morning and spoke with nice lady. She had one of the plumbers give me a call. After describing the issue he scheduled for his “underground pipe” specialist, Spencer to come out that Monday. They came up with a solution to fix our kitchen drain line that was non-invasive and their quote was significantly less than another company. After replacing 90 angle pipe segment and descaling the rest of the cast iron line under the slab, a significant hole was revealed about three feet down the line under slab. They came the next day and patched it with a product that has lifetime guarantee. They also provided me video footage of interior pipe before and after patch. Their solution was more cost effective and less invasive. Another company wanted to dig up my living room floor and concrete slab to access the pipe. Another company willing to replace 90 and descale pipe but not willing to reline/patch a 3in pipe because they only reline 4in plus. 3in pipe reline can be challenging, but Spencer did it successfully. So thankful we did not have to dig up floor or run new drain line through yard. Spencer and his colleague Justin were very professional and responsive; took the time to explain things to me so I was comfortable and confident before they dug into concrete wall in garage. They also had a good financing option/process. 0% days interest for 12 months. See cast iron before pic leaking at wall and new pvc pipe and wall patch after.

Josh and one of his guys came out and explained to me in-depth what was causing my toilet to leak water from underneath. Then showed me where the original plumber from my house being built cut corners and did not install the flange and drain line properly. They were very quick and very clean while working and cleaned everything up when they were finished (even cleaned the inside of my toilet). The price was more than fair and I will be calling them with any other plumbing issues.

Once again, we are thrilled with Plumb Works. We have been customers for 40 years!! We needed a quick service call to replace a broken kitchen faucet. They were here within 8 hours. They are always punctual, professional and knowledgable. Alex was especially trained to get in to the tight space under the farm sink. He was careful to keep the area clean and took his time to be sure the new one was working properly. The associates in the office who handle booking appointments and billing are extremely customer service oriented too. These professionals take pride in their work and stay until the job is done correctly. Cannot recommend them more! Love the annual maintenance plan - saves us money and they found a leak and another important part that needed replacing.

He was detailed, explained what he planned to do before doing it and made me very thankful I didn’t try to fix my own “bathroom” leak when he immediately determined the leak was actually the waterline to the ice maker and did NOT require tearing out the drywall and reconstructing the entire bathroom (as I was planning to do myself this weekend) but could be repaired by simply sliding the refrigerator away from the wall! Will 100% request Terrance the next time I’m considering trying my hand at DIY!!

Terrence Ashcraft did the annual plumbing inspection today. He noted the aged and malfunctioning toilet and suggested it was time to replace instead of repairing. Several of our plumbing issues are due to original fixtures/fittings from 1938 construction. He was professional and honest in all of his recommendations. I had one bad experience with Plumbworks after many years of excellent work. Today I tried again and I am pleased to say I can go back and recommend - specifically - Spencer. He was the plumber involved in an earlier episode that determined the gas company had cut our line resulting in serious damage that they eventually paid for. Today, years later, he determined another serious problem is connected to the City line issues. He called the city and arranged an appointment and then called me back to reassure me that this should a City problem. This is the kind of honest and professional care that we need in todays world.

I highly recommend Plumb Works!!!!! I had a very fast moving leak on the exterior of my home that I noticed right before the temperatures in Atlanta plummeted below freezing. Brandon at Plumb Works worked with me to help identify the origin of the leak and he and his team fixed it as quickly as possible. They even cleared their schedule to fit me in sooner because the job was extensive - requiring they lay 60ft of new pipe. They also took great care in making sure that my landscaping was minimally impacted. I live in an older house with multiple renovations. I had used Plumbworks in the past for some work on my sewer ejector pump for the detached garage apartment behind my house a number of years ago. Had another issue so they came out and fixed my problem. At that time, although I am not normally a fan of warranty or maintenance agreements, I signed up for one at that time. Am I glad I did!You can never anticipate when you are going to have plumbing issues and they tend to go in stages, well this has been the year of plumbing fixes for me. Sewer ejector pump replacement, leaking faucets, running toilets, failed shower valves..... That maintenance agreement has actually saved me money.Now, plumbing work is still expensive, regardless of who you call. But there is a reason - you want good quality work. I have been able to get appointments quickly and Spencer, although I joke that I would rather not see him as often, is personable, professional and knowledge. Highly recommend!

We have used Plumbworks for our plumbing needs for 30 years now, and they continue to be reliable, do good work, and are easy to get in touch with and get appointments in a timely manner. The office staff is always great. We just had them replace a drain stop in a sink, replace an aging garbage disposal and clean out a drain in our shower. Terrence was our technician and I was super happy with the work he did. He was personable, explained things that needed explaining, and worked expertly and efficiently. In fact, I will request him in the future.

Excellent service is tough to find these days in Atlanta however, I was very impressed by Andrew from Plumb Works Inc. He showed up with the right tools and was able to get my new gas line connected to my grill in not time at all. So glad I called and left it to the pros, I didnt want to be messing with a gas line!

Plumbworks was the first on the list, and with one call I was able to get the help I needed. Jacob was thorough, he didn’t try to oversell me at all; but he found the issue and got it fixed. I’m extremely grateful for everything he did and the information he provided me.

Jacob arrived within the scheduled time frame and quickly evaluated my requirements related to replacing my hot water heater. After I agreed to the cost of the work, he was able to get the new hot water heater delivered to my house and installed that day. All work was explained to me and after finishing the work, he cleaned up all wrappings, parts ,etc.I highly recommend both Jacob and Plumbworks.
