Matt is literally the best. We had an issue with water backing up in the sink downstairs when the toilets flushed. He came out quickly and figured out where the stoppage/clog was in our piping and then he used a water jet to clear it out. Now everything in our house runs better than when we bought it!! Matt is the best plumber I’ve come across in Atlanta and it’s not even close. He can handle the big projects that other plumbers can’t. He really is an expert. He’s also honest: he has come to check issues I’ve had multiple times just to show me that there was a faulty sensor or something small, whereas other plumbers would likely tell me to make a big expensive fix. And on top of that Matt has not charged me for coming and running diagnostics and making small fixes.

Zippy Plumber was referred to me by another repair person that was called out to our location. Our job was very unique and had multiple problems and possibilities. Our building was built in the 50s so all of the cast iron had failed and become brittle. Matt and Ben did a lot of troubleshooting and thinking to figure out the best route for such a repair. Between the two of these guys there was professionalism as well as knowledge of their craft. They answered any and every question I had throughout the project and also they didnt mind. They had the ability to do everything I needed to repair my sewerline and all of my plumbing in the entire building. Matt, Ben, Brad and all the others in the site crew were great. I would recommend these guys and their team to anyone who needs any plumbing repair.

Matt and his team at Zippy Plumber are all excellent. We had serious plumbing problems with old cast iron pipes in a home we purchased last year and needed to replace essentially ALL of the plumbing under the house all the way to the street (city sewer). I reached out to Matt at Zippy after a series of bad experiences with another company. Matt was kind, responsive, professional and highly knowledgeable about the issues we were experiencing. Hes one of Atlantas few Master Plumbers (license number: MP210053). He thoroughly assessed our situation and made thoughtful recommendations for the repairs. He and his team kept our home practically spotless (which is tough to do when it comes to plumbing!) and despite the repairs taking about a week, they somehow managed to re-hook up our plumbing every evening so we could still live life normally (wash dishes, flush toilets, do laundry, etc.) while the repairs were being made. He and his team communicated clearly during the entire process and always showed up on time. They even fixed other minor, unrelated issues just because they noticed them while they were here. We are so thankful we found Zippy Plumber and will continue to use them for any future plumbing needs. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Given how difficult it has been for businesses to retain employees during COVID, etc and knowing how in demand Zippy is in our community we were surprised at how quickly they responded and were able to get out here to diagnose and fix the problem with a lifetime guarantee. When it came time for the invoice Matt was very fair for his time and effort. Almost to fair and we offered more but he declined and would not accept it.Oh, did I mention, that this was a Sunday? Not to often in our experience will the owner actually come do a house call, especially on a Sunday.We have been using Zippys since we bought our house as they are always easy to work with, knowledgeable, and will to come when needed. I was having issues with low water pressure and Matt helped me diagnose the issue quickly and efficiently. We inspected the Water main and found that there was muddy water coming from outside. I called 4 plumbers on a Sunday afternoon -- Zippy (Matt) responded within a half hour, and even came out that same day to turn off the water to the house and let me know what to expect whether I chose to use them or someone else. They lined me up with the people who helped to set up the leak detection, remediation, and restoration (I would never have known who to call for all that). So I chose them! My slab leak turned out to be a 2-day job, but they promised theyd have the water to the house turned back on by the end of the first day they were there -- and they did!!! Matt is very knowledgeable about plumbing, and he explained all my options and answered all my questions (and I had a lot of questions). His associate Ben was also awesome -- Ben is like the concrete whisperer -- go ahead, ask him about the chemical compound of concrete!I highly recommend Zippy Plumber to anyone dealing with a slab leak. They were very professional, and even worked within a plastic bubble so the house wouldnt get all dusty from the jackhammering. I contacted Zippy Plumber to come by my house to investigate whether I had a leak (my water bill had skyrocketed but I did not notice any signs of a leak). The plumber David was very nice and knowledgeable. He was thorough in his investigation and even gave me some tips for the future. He was able to narrow down the issue to the irrigation sprinklers in the yard and luckily I did not have a leak inside the house. If I do in the future, I now have someone I can rely on! Ive used Zippy Plumber twice now, and have been more than pleased both times. The company (and Robert specifically) has impressive professionalism and deems incredibly helpful. When my disposal jammed and backed up the first time, Robert personally sent me YouTube tutorials on how to fix the jam and back up myself without the need for the $85 visit fee. After messing up the disposal again (many months later), Robert was able to come out the next day and address the issue very quickly. The communication, availability, knowledge of craft, and genuine willingness to not take advantage of people naive to the plumbing field makes them a go-to company for me. 10/10 without question.

Matt actually answered the phone when I called which is a rarity in the service business where you have to leave multiple messages and hope someone calls you back. I was able tell him about the plumbing issues I had and schedule my appointment without any issues. As the owner of several properties I have dealt with all kinds of plumbers before and all of them fell short. We all want a great experience with a service company. Most of the time you get someone who comes in and does the work and leaves. It is always a 50/50 shot if they are competent or you have a disaster on your hands. Zippy Plumbers (Matt, Robert, & Alston) are the golden standard in their field. We’ve hired them three times now for various jobs around our 107 year old home. Matt pays attention to the little details of his company with an efficiency that always kept our best interest in mind. He and his crew worked nonstop with a main waterline break we just had the other day. He dug up our front yard but wasn’t satisfied until the yard was back to its original appearance when they finished. They even power washed our sidewalk to remove the evidence they had been there. You could select any company and receive great work but, nothing compares to a company that provides old fashion customer service values. That in itself is priceless in our opinion and we will defiantly be calling them for any future work.

I called Zippy plumbing because after seeing the excellent reviews. I spoke with Robert regarding my ceiling leak issue and what I believed was an associated a plumbing issue. Robert showed up the same day and at the time he quoted me. He was informative about what he checked and how he came to his conclusion. He even offered to do additional inspections if I felt it was necessary. However, he was 100% positive regarding his results. I own several properties, have consulted with several plumbers in the past, and none was as clear, confident, or informative as Robert. He left me with no questions his assessment was correct and trustworthy. I am very happy with the results and will definitely consult Zippy Plumber again.

Excellent and pro service all around! We needed the entire outside line of our house replaced and Dave and his team were out the next day to start work. I cannot say enough about Zippy Plumber! I had a problem with a major blockage that cause sewage to backup in my downstairs toilet. David and Dan the Man arrived promptly and were courteous, professional and knowledgable. David is a Rockstar! He used their top of the line Camera and Location Technology to diagnose the problem and walked me through every step and explained the process. He provided options and gave sound advice. I ended up having a clean out installed which took most of the day to complete. David is a perfectionist and paid close attention to detail. Dan the Man is a very hard worker and did an excellent job. These men took such pride in their work and me confident that everything would be done properly. David went above and beyond to make sure pipe obstruction was cleared (it turned out to be extensive tree roots in the sewer line) He kept me updated on everything he was doing and gave me sound advice for what to look out for in the future. This was a major deal for me and I am grateful that Zippy Plumber was able to come out and remedy the problem. Good Service is truly a blessing and I can say I received the best from Zippy Plumber. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We thought we had a pipe leaking in the basement of a new house we just bought, which didnt concern us terribly because the water was literally landing on asbestos tiles we planned to have removed later in the week. Still, I had nightmarish ideas of leaving the house and coming back with the entire basement flooded if the leak worsened. So after a couple of days of the leak barely leaking, I decided to call a plumber anyway. I called Zippy Plumber because I had previously had a good experience with them at an emergency at a rental property and they had been great on that occasion. So I called and spoke to Robert and he said he would be at the house in 20-30 minutes. On the way my real estate agent, responding to an earlier text about the situation, called me and told me that my home warranty should cover the problem and not to pay anyone for anything. So I immediately called Robert back and apologized for canceling, which he understood completely, but then he said Im only 6 minutes out, do you want me to at least go over and turn off your water? I said that would be great if he didnt mind. He couldnt turn the water off at the road, so he ended up going inside and quickly informed me that the leak wasnt in the basement at all, it was actually coming from a toilet in the upstairs bathroom and the water was running all through the ceiling and walls and making its way down to the basement. He found the leak and turned off the water supply to the toilet, all after I had rather rudely sent him to the property and then canceled on him, and didnt charge me a thing! Like I said, this is my second great experience with the company, and I definitely plan on calling them for whatever plumbing needs (inevitably) arise in the future.

Got into a spot of trouble on what initially was supposed to be a simple task. I was changing out a worn shower faucet cartridge and could not get the new one in as the assembly was not secured to anything. At my wits end and with my water shut off to the house, I called Zippy and it lived up to the name! I was contacted and in 5 minutes was showing my issue via Facebook Time. I was given a solution of how to proceed and what tools to do it with. A trip to Home Depot and a couple of hours later and I was back in business! I even got a follow up call to make sure I was ok! Even though it wasnt necessary for anyone to come out to save me, just the fact that they gave me valuable advice was enough for me to really recommend these guys!
