This morning around 1:00 am, my water pipe burst. After calling Atlanta Plumbing, Brian, arrived around 2:00 am. He was really professional and polite. After looking into it, he switched off the water and promised to come back at nine in the morning to complete the repair. At roughly 2:30 am, he departed. He returned on schedule and used a carpenter to find the leak. Purchased materials and labored until 1:00 pm to replace the pipe. This person, in my opinion, never slept or even had lunch. seemed to be in a good mood overall and to be composed, self-assured, and laid back. Thank you so much for your efforts. Definitely suggest! I had reached my wits end trying to figure out how to fix the leaking drain in our do-it-yourself sink. After leaving a message on Steves phone, I got a return call less than 15 minutes later. He was pleasant and helpful as he asked questions to determine the severity of the emergency, and because of a cancellation, his crew was on the way to us in under an hour. The guys Steve sent (I think Steve and Brian?) were punctual, efficient, and skilled. I admire that, given the current pandemic outbreak, they all opted to wear face masks. When they were done, they patiently went over the changes with me and addressed any questions I had. I am glad I paid for their quick and professional service, even though the drain leak was rather minor. After they fixed my botched do-it-yourself attempt and reviewed the remainder of my work, I finally feel comfortable with our new sink setup. Instead of trying to fix it yourself, call in the pros.

Steve was the plumber who arrived to fix our dripping faucet and malfunctioning hot water heater. I was able to get an appointment the same day I phoned, and after he arrived, all he had to do was adjust the bathroom sinks faucet before moving on to inspect the hot water heater and conclude that we needed to replace it. Amazingly, he returned with the replacement at 8:30 the following morning. We had a serious problem with our lack of hot water, and it was swiftly resolved. The cost was also reasonable. He was a true expert in his field. If you need a plumber, call him!

The manager, however, was fine with the idea of being reimbursed for the expense of the fix. Overall, its a competent and satisfying effort.

During a remodel, I encountered a major snag when attempting to remove Grohe hardware from a removed vanity top. The rust was so terrible that I had to use a sawzall to remove the handles. The problem was that I wasnt able to readily produce one. I wanted the top back in the cabinet quickly because I was supposed to put up walls that day, so I texted Atlanta Plumbing on a whim and asked if they could come remove the handles. Within the hour, they had arrived. A complimentary price quote was provided. Knowledgeable. Professional. Used masks. I had already prepared the new hardware for installation, so they volunteered to remain and assist. The old ones are easily removed. Helped install the brand new. And in that time frame, everything was completed. I didnt expect it, but the assistance was very appreciated. Atlanta Plumbing is the only plumbing service I will ever use again. The simplicity of payments is also noteworthy. You can leave your email address and be invoiced when you leave, then pay at your convenience. Simple as pie. Strongly suggest.
