    Jay Jay is the best professional, transparent, and thoughtful plumber I have ever met and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy plumber. I needed a plumber to fix my parents plumbing issue and he did an fantastic job twice in a row. He ran into an unexpected issue on the last time but handled it like a pro then stayed an extra hour to handle it. I also had a great experience with one of the office managers, Brandy, shes sweet as pie. Ill definitely book them for feature plumbing issues and you should too! The communication is amazing.

    Peach plumbing has great customer service. TJ, Robert and the crew were very professional. I had a major sewer blockage that they diagnosed and repaired within 24 hours. They even fixed an issue with my hot water for free. I would use them again.

    I don’t know where to start! I was a customer of Palette Plumbing prior to the merger and was a little skeptical because I thought the team dynamic changed however after working with Jackie and Billy, I’ll be a forever customer. The service was amazing! I ended up getting additional service done after Billy finished the first one. The prices are excellent and it’s quality work. Billy has a wealth of knowledge and informed my husband and I of the process and how it would improve draining in our sinks. So happy we went with this company.

    Billy and his assistant Drew was great. I commend these young men for their respect and their workmanship. I had a gas line leak in crawl space leading to the fireplace.The repair was well done. I asked if it was possible to install a small heater outside of my fireplace in family room.I am very happy with installation. I highly recommend these guys.     Peach Plumbing was great! They gave me a great price and were very responsive. I had them add a cleanout line to my house and Johnathan did a great job! He hand dug the hole to access my homes main sewer line and installed the cleanout all within a day! Would use them again for any future plumbing issues!

    Complex detection of 2 leaks in a hot water pressure valve and a toilet were causing $150 per month water bills in our condo. Our plumber Eric Hart from Peach Plumbing and Drain spent as much time as was needed to address this issue, explain the proposed services needed, and perform them. We are confident he fixed the problem and look forward to much lower water bills. Eric Hart defines plumbing excellence, is a very nice and friendly person. We will not hesitate to call him again for future plumbing needs. My wife and I recommend him enthusiastically and appreciatively. Thank you Eric Hart - the plumber with a wonderful Heart!

    Billy is a great plumber with many years of experience and knowledge. He is also very polite and explains plumbing issues and solutions in detail. We always get a heads up if the plumber is running late and a follow up call from the manager of the company/ office as well. Glad we found a great plumbing company that serves midtown Atlanta!

    TJ was our technician and did a great job!! We had two toilets replaced and two bidet seats installed along with the pressure gauge changed. He checked our water pressure and it was over 90 psi (should be 50-60) which was remedied with the new gauge. The toilet install was totally painless and quick. Everything was done in about 3 hours. Chris the manager was super nice and easy to talk to. TJ was super sweet, very understanding of our noisy dog, clean, and professional. I highly recommend this company!

    Peach Plumbing was called to give us an estimate for replacement of our hot water heater.We spoke to Chris who set up the appointment for the next day.The following day Kevin arrived to inspect & give us an estimate.The first thing noted was his timeliness (11:00 am, he was on time). He came prepared with booties to cover his shoes so as not to bring in dirt into our home. (for some reason that must be showing our age because that seems to be a non concern from other business who look at you funny...like...booties...What?).Kevin proceeded to go over everything he was doing & explaining what he noticed as well as what needed to be done.He was extremely knowledgeable & explained himself where we could fully understand.Kevin then went to his truck & came back with an estimate for the work. Because we were packing to leave town the next morning we frowned upon getting it done that day.....but after talking with Chris (who guaranteed he could get it done) we signed the contract & he got to work.Kevin had installed our new 50 gallon hot water heater the same day.If we had questions he took the time to answer them thoroughly even showing us pictures.Kevin also looked at an issue we had with the bathroom faucet & got a price to repair.After returning from our trip Kevin returned to complete the faucet repair.Im a stickler for good customer service....their service was OUTSTANDING!!.QUALITY WARRANTED WORK!!Thank you Chris & KevinI would highly recommend Peach Plumbing.

    I recently had an issue with my jetted tub that caused a downstairs leak. I immediately went through water mitigation, but finding a plumbing company that services jetted tubs proved to be a difficult task. I finally found Peach Plumbing and Drain and I am so grateful. I received stellar service from the very first call to Chris in the office to the excellent on-site service provided immediately after by TJ.TJ was very knowledgeable. He assessed the situation, answered my questions, gave me my options, and provided very reasonable estimates for each of those options. I chose the right option for me, and TJ began completing the repairs! Some of the parts had to be ordered, but this was done in a timely manner and in coordination with other repairs being completed from the water damage. Peach Plumbing and Drain remained in close contact with me throughout the entire process and made a stressful situation so much more manageable.Peach Plumbing and Drain is my go to plumber. I won’t be using anybody else!

    Peach Plumbing was great! We had a pipe burst at 8:30 am and they were able to come out within 2 hours and assist. I called many plumbers and all were unable to help until the following day, but Peach was able to bump me up in line as an emergency and come to help ASAP.     Doug came out early to our appointment and he was very knowledgeable and kind. We had 2 other plumbers come out before him and they both told us to replace the water heater without even looking at it. We were trying to not replace the water heater because we were moving soon.Doug gave us all of our options and told us that after trying a few things it still may have to be replaced. Thankfully he was able to fix it without replacing it which saved us over $1000. I highly recommend Doug and Peach Plumbing. Great experience and they are very honest. Hard to come by these days.

    It was a Saturday night at around 11:00P.M. when my wife noticed that the toilet off her bedroom was leaking on the first floor. Upon further investigation we found that other water outlets were also backing up. From the smell we realized that we had a major backup sewer problem on our hands. We went to Google to search for a plumber advertising 24-hour service and fortunately found Peach Plumbings listing. We called and our call was immediately answered by a very pleasant female voice.. We described our predicament to which she responded she would have someone at our home within the next hour. Peachstechnician arrived within the hour and was able to clear the sewer line by 4:20 A.M. Sunday morning .He did advise us, however, that he detected some leaks in our lines under the house and that the line from the house to the street was badly corroded and needed replacement. We live in a HOA and only responsible for our plumbing fixtures. The line from our house to the street is the HOAs responsibility. At first the HOA Board balked at replacement but was convinced of need to so by the owner of Peach Plumbing, Chip Weimer. In order replace the outside line, a five foot ditch had to be dug which had to be done manually due underground utilities. This replacement was accomplished in one days time. We our forever grateful for Peach Plumbings quick response and professional response when desperately needed..Sweet Family

    My toilet would not flush due to a block in the line and Peach Plumbing & Drain came out that same afternoon. I did have a small issue, but I do not say that to reflect negatively as mistakes happen. I say that to address how the issue was handled. Chip, the owner, personally came out to my home and I was extremely impressed with the level of care and service he provided. When issues happen it is all about how you handle those issues and Chip is a phenomenal business owner who truly cares about his customers and the quality of work performed.     I called Peach Plumbing & Drain after we found a water leak under our house in our crawl space. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the plumber (Jeff) who showed up promptly to identify the problem. He immediately greeted me with a smile upon his arrival. As for the water leak issue, he quickly identified the problem and offered me various solutions to fix it.     We were out of town when we saw on our Nest camera that our basement was flooding for the third time thanks to the City of Atlanta’s mistake. We felt helpless being away from our house, while we watched our basement flood via camera. We called Peach Plumbing and Drain and their owner and two of their plumbers were at our house within minutes. They took care of the situation until we could get home, and liaised with the City’s crew when they arrived on site.We had to have some plumbing repaired because of the issues caused by the city, and they took care of us in the best way possible. Their impeccable work, attention to detail, and thoroughness resolved our issues completely. They’ve been our first call for everything in the weeks following our problems with the city. They even found some things that the city hadn’t repaired correctly on the city’s side when they ran a camera on the line. We were able to send this footage to the city and have them fix everything once and for all, all thanks to Peach Plumbing and Drain.Chip, Daniel and Steve have saved us from what could have been an even bigger headache. They truly go above and beyond, and I would recommend them to anyone in need of an exceptional plumbing company with reasonable prices!

    Peach Plumbing is the only plumber I trust -- and I am so thankful for their fast response, honest and fair estimates, thorough work and trustworthy technicians! I called Peach Plumbing at 6pm when my master bathroom faucets began leaking and I was unable to fully shut off the water with the shut-off valve. They made an 8am next-day appointment, I received a text confirmation immediately -- and I really appreciated that they called, texted, and sent me a photo of the technician when he was on his way so I knew exactly who would be arriving to my home and when. The technician immediately flagged to me that he was concerned about my water pressure -- and within 3 hours he had diagnosed that my water pressure from the city was 2x what it should be (broken regulator valve in the crawl space, which needed to be replaced), showed me photos and walked me through everything that needed to be done with an itemized estimate, replaced both of my master bathroom faucets, and replaced the two shut off valves that burst because of the pressure. The next day, they returned again with the new regulator valve to complete the remaining work in my crawl space. When the work was done, the technician walked me through everything in person, sent me photos of the repair work, and he thoroughly tested every faucet to ensure there were no issues after turning the water back on.I cannot recommend Peach Plumbing enough -- there was never any guessing about the work they were doing because they walked me through everything they identified as a problem, and walked me through everything that needed to be done, and documented all issues with photos and repair costs. And best of all - they are a local, family-run business. I will call them for all future plumbing needs!!

    Hands down the most professional and thoughtful service experience Ive had to date. recently purchased a new condo and had a body sprayer in my shower get stuck so that the only way to shut if off was to shut off the main water valve. Chip, the owner, was wonderful.     Asked for a veteran gas leak expert and Ramon was sent. He FINALLY figured out what the faint gas smell under my stovetop was, it was a tiny leak. And that is why Im giving them five stars. Because I had had three other tech visits from other companies (including the gas utility company) who THOUGHT they had figured it out, but the smell persisted. But along with my five stars, just know you get what you pay for. Theyre not cheap, and it is annoying to pay $250 for a visit that was less than an hour. But I gladly paid because Peach resolved what other repair places did not
