I was amazed @ the attitude and spirit of excellence that was displayed by the owner. I had four toilets installed and the installation was completed by Desmond in record time. He also removed the old toilets. He made sure everything was working properly before he left. I would highly recommend Toilet Busters, and the service fee was reasonable. Desmond replaced my pressure regulator valve in my home. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to have anyone come at the last minute the day before Thanksgiving but he came out and took care of it for me. I was impressed with his professionalism, timeliness, and fair pricing. He explained everything to me throughout the entire process. He will definitely be my go to plumber from now on and I would recommend him to anyone else needing a plumber! Thanks Desmond!

I had an incredible experience with Desmond from Toilet Busters! He replaced the pressure regulator valve in my home, which required re-plumbing pipes for both the main valve and the water heater. Desmond also took care of a clean-out drain that needed a new top, skillfully cutting and installing a new cap and fitting. His work was nothing short of amazing—extremely professional and thorough. On top of his excellent workmanship, Desmond is personable and genuinely nice, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend his services to anyone in need of top-notch plumbing work!

I had an emergency leak with my toilet which was caused by my septic tank. Desmond came promptly, accessed the situation and gave me a game plan for correcting the situation .Pricing reasonable. Also he inquired to make sure I was still satisfied. Hope I won’t need to but if I have to I would definitely use him again. He is competent and compassion. He worked me in to his schedule as this senior citizen was stressing over this leak issue. Thank you so much for your quality attitude and work.

Desmond was AMAZING!! My repair was a complicated one requiring multiple trips (not his fault)! He fixed it with expert precision. What I liked most about working with Desmond is his honesty, transparency and generosity. He made sure I didnt do any unnecessary repairs, told me straight up what was going on and even offered alternatives that saved me a ton of $$. After preparing the work on the first day and helping me order the hard to find parts, he left until the parts came in. I offered to pay him for the first days work (3 hours) and he flat out REFUSED to take any money, instead insisting, pay me when I complete the job to your satisfaction. Another plumber quoted this job at $2k. Desmond completed the job for less than $300 (I bought the parts).Desmond and Toilet Busters are now locked into my phone for all plumbing issues. It was a pleasant surprise to see a young man with such high character and work ethics.Thank you much Desmond!!!

My entire basement was flooded from a sewer line backup and while on the way home to assess the issue, radio host Ryan Cameron shouted out Toilet Busters as the best plumbing service in ATL and I immediately called. Even though he had a tight schedule, Desmond kindly squeezed me in and had me up and running by nightfall.Its a no brainer that Ill use Toilet Busters for all my future plumbing needs!

Probably the best experience I’ve ever had . Plumbing isn’t a strength of mine and an area where I’m not too knowledgeable but it’s Desmonds! He was punctual and came the next day after the pipe connected to my washer had broken. Upon arrival and some inspection , he not only found the larger issue but explained to me the pipes purpose , why the breakage occurred and how he could fix it. In addition to that , the larger issue required some restoration after discovering some major water damage . He already had a company on the line ready to speak to me and set an appointment. The company was certified , highly rated and was able to fit me in the same day. Desmond communicated that he had other appointments but would return to fix what he could post restoration input so I could at least turn my water back on. Which he did . He came back later on the same day , with new, better quality piping and had me back up and running , from a plumbing perspective. I was able to continue my routine the following morning . Lastly, he was so helpful by speaking with my claims inspector while I was busy at work. The inspector didn’t even need to come out given his input and pictures he provided. Desmond does great work, very communicative and was some solace to this hectic weekend and process. His knowledge and expertise is greatly appreciated .
