I can’t say enough good things about the job Seagraves did at our house. Our main water line from the street burst. Mike was quick to come out day of and give us an estimate. The team got the job done (replacing the entire line!) in one day. Their clean up job was amazing. I expected to need to replant my entire flower bed, but they put back all plants and mulch just as they found it! You’d never know they dug 5ft down. The team was respectful and honest. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Seagraves originally installed the septic system 52 years ago when our home was built. They just serviced the tank again and in the 52 years the system has been in place, it has always functioned perfectly. The recent pump out included the addition of an access chimney, which they accomplished quickly, without heavy equipment to dig, and with no trace they’d been there when they were done.Very happy with their service!

Ive used Michael Seagraves and Seagraves Plumbing several times on a home I took care of in Roswell. My client was a gentleman in his 90s who had a hard time keeping his main drain free of things that probably shouldnt have been down there and a 60 year old cast drain system, with a section of the pipe that was depressed. Michael came out about 5 times to scoped and water jetted the drain lines. Seagraves was always easy to schedule, sometimes on very short notice. They always showed up on time. Michael was always very thorough and always a nice guy. He even had one of his men show up on a Saturday morning, for an emergency call.My client has since passed away at 96 1/2 years old and he always was very appreciative of your work.Homebuilder and residential general contractor for 43 years.

Upon acceptance, he detailed the steps to be taken and the projected start date. On the start date Mike was there, introduced Fabian and his crew and again explained the process for this job. Fabian then went to work and his crew completed the job in a very timely manner.All of the Seagraves personnel were professional, timely, and communicated well as to what was being done throughout the project. The original plumbing in my old house is getting worn out here & there, and Seagraves has come and fixed a few things for me. Most recently, I had a homeowners chore involving the water line to a toilet get away from me. They were able to send someone out the next morning, as it was not an emergency, and he arrived about 15 minutes early--convenient for us--and got right to work. He had to cut into the wall to replace a failed section of pipe, but helpfully suggested that he cut into the bedroom wall, rather than asking us to send for someone to cut into the tiled bathroom wall. While we were moving furniture he installed my toilet float & flapper. Got done in an hour & fifteen minutes, & charged a very reasonable hourly rate for the job.
