I think Plumbing Express is trustworthy and I will continue to hire them. A few years ago they replaced the old tank water heater in my house with a tankless model for a reasonable price. I hired them again when I noticed that my outdoor faucets were leaking. The plumber they sent (Daniel Edwards) was very knowledgeable. He helped explain a number of issues we were having and did a great job replacing the faucets and our pressure valve.

I cannot say enough great things about Plumbing Express and Ed! He came out to fix a leak in the shut-off valve that appeared after installing a new smart toilet. Ed’s professionalism and dedication were outstanding.Despite not having the attachment that should have come with the toilet, Ed went above and beyond to find a solution. He carefully soldered and attached the pipe to the shut-off valve, making sure everything was secure and functioning perfectly. The initial service call ended up being mostly diagnostic. Daniel did a very good job of explaining what the next steps would be and setting my expectations. On the day of my service appointment, I had an initial call window of 4 hours. I received a call near the beginning of the window to give a more specific time and another call to let me know they were on their way.The service was great. Daniel took the time to show me what he was doing and explain the steps and how long it would take. He did a great job and left everything better than it was before he started. Great job! I will definitely keep Plumbing Express as our go to plumbing service.

I had a really great experience with Jason from Plumbing Express. Despite having a weird faucet and not being able to find the meter shut-off, Jason was able to work around that and fix my faucet quickly while still taking the time to explain everything he was doing for my benefit. Because of the weird parts, it took two trips but he was clear about what I should order and what to expect from him and I really appreciate how much stress he took off my shoulders in getting this job done. Shegra in the scheduling office was also fantastic and made sure Jason got to me as soon as possible both times he needed to come out.

The Plumbing Express folks fixed a leaking drain line inside a wall for me a few weeks ago and only when we went to replace the Sheetrock did we realize that the repair sleeves were too wide to fit the new sheetrock.I called PE and Daniel came out within an hour to troubleshoot and found the right fix for us in less than an hour, so my Sheetrock contractor could get straight back to work.Appreciate how fast and effective Daniel was helping get my project back on track.

We had a truly excellent experience with the Plumbing Express team.They recently completed a repipe of our entire house to replace our old copper pipes which had developed pinhole leaks. Rod, the plumber, did a good job of diagnosing the issues with my plumbing. He provided good recommendations to resolve my problem. And he cleaned up the work area well and left space exactly like he found it. He was courteous and showed-up on time as expected. My one gripe is the cost of the service. He put in a good amount of work, but I didnt expect that cost. But it had to be done.

The service I got from Plumbing Express was enough to warrant a 5-star review, but beyond the service, the cost was less than half what I was quoted by a competitor. Jason, the technician plumber from Plumbing Express came on a Saturday. We have been having slow drain with the laundry room and kitchen since we moved in (drain pipes are on the same path). I have snaked this in the past but this time, it is really stuck so Professional Plumber is needed. Jason with his professional tool was not able to get further as well, so cutting the 3 drain pipes was done. We discovered the pipes were 85% full from the previous owner due to their remodeling project. Needless to say, Jason was super helpful as he listens to how I troubleshoot this issue in the past and he made the best judgement and also most beneficial economical solution to resolve this long last drain issue. Heres a sample of the 3 pipe, see picture. I am super glad Plumbing Express came to resolve my drain issue and now both the laundry and kitchen are draining beautifully like I have never seen before!

Daniel came out to give me an estimate for a sewer replacement. He was professional but friendly, knowledgeable, concerned, thorough, answered all my questions, and explained in easy to understand terms what the sewer replacement would require. Daniel’s estimate was fair and in line with another company’s estimate I had received. Daniel pointed out the need to replace the back flow flap (required by the county I live in) that the other company didn’t mention or even know was present and would need replacing. I recommend Express Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.The work has been completed. Daniel and his crew did a great job! They left the job site clean. Daniel explained everything to me as the work progressed. He saw to it that the site was roped off at the end of the day because the trench had to remain open overnight. He made sure all my questions were answered before he left. When Daniel returned the next morning to fill in the trench, again he informed me what he would be doing. He asked if I had any problems overnight, and if I had any questions. Daniel made sure I understood the process all the way from start to finish. I appreciate the level of customer service Daniel provided me. I am satisfied with the work that was done and would not hesitate to call Express Plumbing in the future.

I recently had a slab leak, and reached out to 2 other plumbing companies, who in total wasted a month of my time to not resolve my issue. I found Plumbing express on Google spoke with Ty who had Ed out the next day to conduct a leak detection. Ed also provided me with a same day estimate and scheduled a repair date. Jason was scheduled to do the repair on Monday. He showed up on time and keep me updated on what was going on with the repair. Once the leak was spotted he showed me where it was and what cause it and had the leak repaired within a few hours. This team made this nightmare issue very smooth. I cant take them enough for moving so quickly to get this done before the holidays.

I was in a panic about a water problem. I got my water bill and it was almost double the previous month. I checked everywhere and could not find any leak. I called one plumbing company, and there was a charge to come out to check, and that fee would not apply to any work. I called Plumbing Express and their lesser fee would apply to any work, so I made an appointment. Their rep, Antonio Yin, came to help me. He was on time, very pleasant, and listened when I explained my problem. He checked in the crawlspace, and said he could hear water running. It was an upsta.irs toilet that I rarely use. He had the parts on the truck, showed me the cost, and I was happy to get it fixed. He made the repair in no time, and even asked if there were anything else I needed help with before he left. Antonio Yin was absolutely great. I highly recommend Plumbing Express.

Unfortunately our 30 year old PVC potable water feed pipe to our house started leaking near the foundation last week. Called Plumbing Express to come review and help determine the best path forward. Daniel came out and looked at it and recommended a new water feed in HDPE rather than trying to repair the old. The cost versus the benefits looked better for the new pipe so we decided to go that route. After our utilities were marked, Daniel and a team of guys came yesterday and installed the new pipe while also installing some new shut-off valves and taking care of one other minor plumbing issue. The install went well with no damage to our utilities or shrubs/trees. The trenching was minimal and there were only two places where our unmarked irrigation system was damaged. We are very pleased with the install and would recommend Plumbing Express and especially Daniel for anyone needing this type of repair.

Jason was prompt and communicated well throughout the process. They diagnosed the issue more thoroughly than other companies. This was a significant job - repair of 10+ feet of sewer line and removal of intruding tree root. It was also an expensive job, but the price was reasonable in comparison to other quotes, and considering it required digging down 7.5 feet to the sewer pipe. The work itself was done well, with all turf replaced and covered with straw. Will likely use this company again!

Dylan came out and explained in detail how he suggested to replace my house main line water valve, which btw was pushed up right next to my foundation wall and looked gnarly. There was also my pressure regulator downstream that had to move a bit to make space. It made sense and I agreed, and maybe an hour later he was done.I’m very happy with the work and would definitely work with Dylan again.The only downside is that the price was quite high. Plumbing jobs are never cheap, but for an hours work, one ball valve, a foot of pipe, and a few couplings, I think it should have been lower.

(Its long so skip if you like, but note it explains why I noted above!!)We have had issues with a hybrid tank less waterheater, that no one could seem to figure out. After 3 companies later we went with Plumbing Express. Tammy answered our call, scheduled us an appointment.Dave was our tech he came out listened to the issues we were having, took interest in the previous troubleshooting steps. Downside...we needed a whole new heater. The whole tell people bad news in a good way, really works.Dave explained the situation, we had discontinued unit, that Rinnai was no longer supporting, and that the error codes were going to persist. He was not pushy about about sales, he was definitely more informative. He even pulled up the Rinnai info showing us that it was discontinued and support was stopped. Offered to try to fix it as best he can, but basically informed us he or someone else would have to come out routinely.We opted to just replace. He gave us plenty of options. We narrowed it down and had our instal scheduled with in a couple days later.Day of install, Tammy called confirmed and notified us that Dave would be later after another call but his partner in installation Justin was on his way now and I should expect him with in 25-30m.The whole instal process was exceptionally smooth, Justin made setup a breeze, was super polite and friendly, outlined the work he was going to do while we waited for Dave, and then outlined what Dave was going to do.Dave showed up, he double checked everything. Triple checked with me on the holes he would need to put in the walls and in the side of the house. Made sure I was comfortable and understood the process.The two had us up and running in no time. Helped setup the new heater, showed us how to make changes. And cleaned up the area probably better then they found the space!!Plumbing Express has knowledgeable and personable personnel. I had a problem with an old toilet not retaining water in the bowl. Toilet would flush and tank did what it was supposed to but water would slowly drain out after a few minutes leaving no water in the bowl. Rod went to Home Depot and got a new toilet replacing the old one. He was timely, he replaced the old one and he cleaned everything up. I am very satisfied and will request him again as I have more work to be done.

We had a great experience with Plumbing Express. Our Navien tankless heater had stopped recirculating. Initially Dave Tzikas, a really nice guy, came out and determined that the problem would be best handled by a Navien specialist. So he called on Daniel Perez to take over. Daniel was very good. He did some re-plumbing to improve the installation that had been done by another company. He then did some troubleshooting with Navien support to verify that the circuit board was damaged and ordered the new part. A few days later everything was working better than ever. We’ll definitely call on Plumbing Express from now on.

Anyone who lives in East Cobb knows pin hole leaks in copper piping is a major issue for homes in our area. I’ve been fighting a losing battle for years and finally decided it was time for a complete repipe. I called Plumbing Express and they sent Ed out to give us an estimate. I knew from talking to Ed that Plumbing Express was the right company to hire, but got a competitive quotes to be sure. They weren’t the cheapest, but they were pretty darn close, and after Ed’s thorough inspection and explanation of how the project would proceed, we signed the contract. A few days later a crew led by Lucia came out to begin the work. First they put tarps down over all the flooring and covered all the walls and cabinets with plastic sheeting. Then they started cutting holes and doing the repipe. To my amazements they completed the work in one day and had everything working, the tarps and plastic down, and thoroughly cleaned. But that wasn’t all. The next day their Sheetrock repair man came out and again put down tarps and plastic. He patched the sheet rock in one day, came back the next day to tape and mud and to match the paint colors. The next day he sanded the sheet rock and painted everything to a perfect match. I work in commercial construction, and honestly I couldn’t believe how seamless and perfect the sheet rock repair was. Then entire project was a 5 star experience, and I cannot recommend them high enough. Take it from a construction professional, Plumbing Express is the company to use for complete home repipe.

Whole house water repipe. Ed Torres explained the project and had it scheduled in less than a week. Donald and Lucio cut out the old pipe and repiped in two days. We had water over night, too. Major destruction of walls and ceilings. However, it was well organized and everything was covered. The next three days after the inspection, Flaniel replaced all the wallboard and painted. The quality of the job was better than expected. We were able to get back to our routines very quickly. Well done.

We were having problems with an existing tankless water heater. After a few estimates, we chose Plumbing Express to replace it with a Rinnai model and it was a great decision! The price was great, and Gareth was incredible. He worked quickly, efficiently and he was really friendly. We will definitely call Plumbing Express in the future if we have the need.Update: we found our water heater leaking and Daniel was able to come out same day and found that we were missing a condensation drain. He got us fixed quickly.

We recently had a tankless water heater installed by Plumbing Express LLC, and our experience with the two plumbers involved couldnt have been more different.The first plumber we hired did a poor job, leaving us quite dissatisfied.Fortunately, we then had David Tzikas come in to fix everything. The difference in professionalism and quality was immediately apparent. David did an outstanding job, meticulously addressing all the issues left by the previous plumber. He re-did all of the piping with high-quality copper, ensuring the gas pipe was secure and safe, and properly sealed the exhaust pipe. His attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right provided us with peace of mind knowing our water heater was now installed safely and efficiently.In addition to Davids excellent work, the customer service we received over the phone was exceptional. Needed to have a PRV replaced. It was in a difficult location and I was concerned that drywall would have to be cut. Called Plumbing Express again and Rod Anderson came out to provide a quote and was very pleasant and professional in providing the quote. He did not have to cut dry wall and did some fine work in less time then I anticipated. Once again, Rod Anderson and Plumbing Express exceeded my expectations. I will continue to use them for any plumbing needs.

This is in regards for a complete water main replacement effort. I cant say enough good things about Dylan! From our first meeting over a month ago (when he came to my house to quote the job) to the way he completed the all day project--he did so with urgency and professionalism. He is unique because he took time to carefully explain all of the steps he would undertake, the materials he would use (and why) and did not exceed the time he estimated he would need. I will not hesitate to hire Dylan again to help with a couple of other minor plumbing projects I need done in the next month or two. In the end, he exceeded my expectations!

THIRD REVIEW 11/05/2024 - Daniel did a tankless flush and all went great. Also had him install a pressure reducing valve for an espresso machine. The work was once again flawless. Appointment was set quickly, service technician Daniel did a great job and was awesome to communicate with, and pricing was reasonable. I still highly recommend.I had a great first experience with Plumbing Express. Getting an appointment was easy and fast. They came out to troubleshoot some water heating issues I was having with a Rennai tankless unit. My technician was Daniel and he was fantastic. He diagnosed the problem quickly, serviced the unit (needed a good cleaning and had a bad check valve in my system), and corrected the issue. Ill definitely call back for future issues.
