    Pipedreamz strikes again!!We really appreciate Shawn and Fitz. Pipedreamz did a great job fixing our plumbing issues. It was a messy, tough job and these guys worked hard to get the job done right. It was raining off and on for the two days they were here. We hoped the job would be just a main line snaking, but our old house has funky lines and no clean-out, so we decided to install a clean-out to set us up for the future and install a new toilet.On top of the honest, clear communication during the process, these guys were a blast to work with. They enjoy their work. We’ll be working with them again.We highly recommend.

    Well, let me just say, searching for a license plumber in Atlanta, the quantity is plenty, but the quality is few. I search and came across PIPEDREAMZ PLUMBING. I read their reviews and they where great. I must say their reviews are correct. If you want quick and professional services, then call Shawn at PIPEDREAMZ PLUMBING. I call them this past Friday on Oct 18, 2024 and the next day he came to my house, evaluate the plumbing problem and rectified it.     We called on Good Friday with an emergency issue where our kitchen sink would not drain. We were hosting Easter dinner at our home that Sunday and it was important that the issue be resolved quickly.     I recently experienced very low water pressure from the cold water in my shower. Initially, I thought I needed to replace the entire shower valve mechanism.     I’ve never called a business that I specifically found through google before but after American Home Sheild sent Best Way Mechanical to my home to do a pipe repair and after two attempts the issue wasn’t resolved and I attempted to work with a different plumber that they contract with outside of the contract independently I was then informed that there was a clause in their contract that didn’t allow that. So, after googling plumbers near me this business popped up and I called and got an appointment the next day and I just checked the work and my issue appears to be resolved- Thank you Shawn!

    My pipes burst in the ceiling in one of my closets and I needed immediate help. I found this company looking on Google . I wanted a Black owned business , but the one that was in my area reviews weren’t so good . Because of his excellent google reviews , I took a chance and called Pipedreamz , even though he wasn’t in my area. I called Pipedreamz Plumbing at 12:30pm and he said that he would service my area. He arrived at my home at around 2:30pm and was done before 4pm. His customer service was excellent and he got the job done !     Perfect score. I could not rate Shawns service any higher. He cared for my home over the three weeks he worked here. The previous contractors (before I purchased my home) really did a number on my shower. The strangest occurrence was discovering a second shower floor. (Neither one of us has ever seen that before).Shawn was very thorough with repairing my shower, helped me deal with my home insurance provider, and was educational throughout. He showed and provided input and directed me through each repair step for understanding and awareness. Shawn protected my floors and closet so that dust wasnt strewn about, which made cleanup easy. As others have said, he takes great pride in his work, and Im delighted with the finished product (specifically the Bluetooth-enabled shower speakers)!

    Shawn was great and had availability on the day l reached out to confirm l had purchased the toilet. When he got here (on time) I showed him another project l had wanted a quote for and although he confirmed it wasnt the type of projects he worked on, he did refer me to another contractor that could quote it.     Shawn is THE BEST!!!! I actually reached out to him after hours as I couldn’t find anyone else that was still open. A pipe in my basement was leaking. I showed him pictures and a video and I think he could hear the desperation in my voice so he said “I’m on my way” . He got there in about 10 mins, and was extremely professional. He located the issue, went to get the part, came back and completed the job. I am so grateful for him going out of his way to help me after hours.     Both my mom and I had a pipe burst on this bitterly cold Christmas Day 2022 🥶🎄 Larger plumbing companies were not picking up phone but when my brother tried Pipedreamz Plumbing Shawn promptly responded. He confirmed he could come help my mom the next day. At that point my pipe hadn’t yet broken but when it did I reached out to Shawn, told him he’d been in touch w my brother and mom today, that I live 4 blocks from my mom and I too would greatly appreciate his help on Dec 26. He texted back and confirmed! Shawn came to our homes the next day and did the necessary repairs (different from one another). We enjoyed talking to him and his rates were better than the larger companies. Hope we don’t have anymore plumbing emergencies but we will certainly keep Shawn in mind for all our plumbing work in the future!

    Yo I had Pipe Dreamz come out to take a look at what I thought was a leak inside the house he took one look and said thats outside the house. They dug the hole fixed the outside pipe and we were off to the races..couple hours later drip came back. Put the call in they came back the next morning...On Saturday!!!! Found out that I had a bad sleeve..thats plumber talk...lol...they replaced the sleeve...put some quick dry..something..more plumber talk and guess what..we fixed for 5 days straight. Long story to get to this...they went above and beyond the call of duty and stood by their work..any plumbing issue I have I am calling them..HANDS DOWN!!!! 5 Stars!!

    What can I even add to 129 reviews that are ALL 5 stars? Shawn takes huge pride in his work, and it makes a big difference. He really is a house doctor. I called him after coming home from vacation to a dripping pipe and water under the sink, nothing urgent but he showed up almost immediately. Turns out the prev owners had made some DIY plumbing choices without understanding that the guts of the house need to work with gravity not against it. Shawn came back on the weekend and completely re-piped the sink in just a few hours, very reasonable price for beautiful work that also gave us more storage space.

    I called Pipedreamz to get a serious clog in my main sewer repaired. Id taken the time to get a few different quotes and theirs was the best for the services needed. Shawn came by and was able to remove my clog and insert a camera into the drain to diagnose the issue (ultimately revealing itself to be tree roots growing into my drain!). Shawn and I had some great conversations as well, and I walked away from the service call learning something new. Looking forward to using them for future service calls or referrals!

    We had a water emergency on the Tuesday evening before Thanksgiving: a toilets fill valve malfunctioned so that the tank wouldnt stop filling. This would ordinarily be no big deal, but at the same time the shutoff valve to the toilet began to leak profusely while in the shut position ... so if we turned off the flow of water to the tank, the valve leaked, while if we opened the shut off value to stop that leak, the tank would overflow. The only way to stop the leaking was to shut off the water for the entire house, which wasnt an ideal solution given that we had several guests staying with us for the Thanksgiving holiday.I called five or six 24/7 plumbers, but none of them could send anyone out that night. When I called Pipedreamz Plumbing, Shawn answered immediately. I described the problem and he agreed to come over that same evening. I first called him at around 7pm, and our toilet was repaired by 9pm. We plan to call Shawn again after the holidays to do some other less urgent repairs for us. I highly recommend Pipedreamz!

    Our water main broke in our crawlspace during ceiling insulation installation—a nightmare!—and Shawn was out here within an hour to help us out. He talked me through the repair, got right to work, and pulled off a tough job cutting and fixing what’s probably a hundred-year old main water line in a small cramped space. He rebuilt the connection and added a new copper pipe, shown here. We’ll totally be calling him for any future plumbing work! Highly recommended!!

    I 110% recommend this company for your plumbing needs. Shawn figured out the issue quickly and knew exactly what to do to resolve it. Shawn is absolutely the best and most professional plumber I have had to service my home to date. He went above and beyond to address all my concerns. He fixed everything as stated. His service fees are comparable. I am going to have him come back to install hardware later.
