Had a leak, insurance had me contact a restoration company but they were 4 weeks out, came up to Phoenix one, they were out within 24 hrs. From start to finish, the Phoenix team were awesome and amazing at what they do. With work in the way I did not have time to focus on the leak, dealing with insurance and other contractors. They took care of everything from drying, cleaning and restoring. As a homeowner I really appreciate the work and the value they put in to make it perfect. Less stress on the homeowner. Amazing service. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you!

Sean was very helpful and the remediation started within one day of contacting Phoenix One, extremely quick.In additon, the quality of work performed with the remodel was excellent. Attention to detail is a high priority for the team. We had a great experience with Phoenix One Restoration since day one. We had an emergency pipe burst under the slab in our home that Sean and his team were able to come out to assess on a Friday night. The plumber Cain was also top notch. This company helped navigate everything from the mitigation with the insurance company to the reconstruction process. We love our new floors and the kitchen and dining room repairs were also well done. Phoenix One helped make a bad situation turn into a not so bad situation. We really appreciated the care and the customer service that we received and highly recommend Phoenix One to anyone who has a home damage emergency.

Sean and his team did an amazing job and quickly addressed the repairs in our home! We had two toilets flood from upstairs leaking into our living room. They came out same day and made sure to address all issues and prevent mold from the contaminated water. It was a major project and he made sure they finished everything in under a week. The quality was incredible and he was so easy to work with and very responsive in communication. I would highly recommend working with Phoenix one restoration!

My husband and I used the services at Phoenix Restoration last year when we had unexpected water damage in the kitchen. The staff worked with our insurance and did most of the work on that end. The resulting beautiful new kitchen was way more than expected. Also any minor issues that we had along the way were addressed promptly. They are truly a gem!

We had a leak in the shower of our master bathroom which made its way to the kitchen downstairs. Sean and his team were quick to respond and diagnose the problem. We eventually had to get our shower demoed and remodeled to remediate the issue. Each member of his team is highly skilled at their job and does so in a professional manner. Sean was instrumental in getting us our fair share from the insurance as well. They are a one stop shop for all water leak related issues. We highly recommend Phoenix One!!!

Things like this are always stressful but he made a good effort in getting the majority of the remodeling work completed before we had guests stay with us, which was a pretty quick turnaround with all that needed to be done. They showed up very promptly and professional and carried me through the whole process , with patience, understanding and updated me through everything that was going on, Educated me so I was aware of each part of the process and so I knew signs of any in the future. I recently purchased my home and ran into a major issue when trying to hook up my washer and dryer. The builders contractors installed two drain pipes (among other questionable choices) and I was told by another contractor that I would have to open up the wall to assess what was going on and to fix the problem. Sean from Phoenix One Restoration (who is wonderful) sent over Cain to fix the problem. Cain, who is a master plumber, is literally the most skilled, thorough, intelligent and patient contractor/plumber I have ever encountered in my entire life. He spent time assessing the issue via video scope, went through a three step process to ensure that the pipes would drain properly without overflowing and flooding our home and finally hooked up our washer and dryer (there was also an issue with the dryer hook up that he patiently figured out). Oh, I forgot to mention that he throughly explained what he was doing and why and we shared a few laughs along the way. Do not hesitate to contact Phoenix One for your plumbing needs and make sure you ask if Cain is available for the job. You wont regret it!

Phoenix One Restoration has an all star team, from the head of the company Sean, who came to my house 30 minutes after being called, after we agreed on using phoenix one services, he always answered the phone or called me or my wife back. THey have a rock star plumber name Cain of Cains Plumbing who is very thorough and just great at what he does, probably the best plumber this side of the eastern sea board. Their floor people are amazing, my floors look brand new, my bathroom tile looks like it belongs in a museum. My ceiling looks like there was ever any wrong with it. I would definitely call Phoenix One restoration again, again, again, again, if I needed them. FOR SURE!!!!

I had horrible water damage in my kitchen & i have 4 children and of course in these times where we’re dealing with so much with the world that was another major stress on my mind and I didn’t know where to start to get help, So I had my wife to look online for a restoration company and she found Phoenix one restoration because of their great reviews. We contacted Shawn, OH MY GOD he was a GODSEND!!!!!!!!! He responded quick he came out the same day we called him, he was SUPER POLIGHT & RESPECTFUL & He made what was initially a horrifying/stressful situation for me & my family where I didnt know where to start into a comforting one after he thoroughly explained what actions needed to be taken & he and his crew got to work & fully restored my kitchen in a VERY time effective manner. MY WIFE & I LOVE OUR NEWLY RESTORED KITCHEN!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH PHOENIX ONE RESTORATION (Shawn)!!!!!!!!!! I recommend this company and Shawn for ANYONE that runs into serious water damage or who has remodeling needs. My x husband is a friend of mine. He called them from Miami. I had a huge flood in the hallway reaching into some bedrooms. First of all they were very quick to get here and they were a bit of a distance away. They are hard workers and immediately began to vacuum out the water with a rather large device they had. They had special machines to dry out the carpet and set them up to take care of it. They steam cleaned all my carpets and put all the baseboards back in. My carpets actually looked better than they ever have I would definitely recommend them to any person that has this having problems and needs restoration

Sean and Phoenix One did a superb job of restoring my house from three floors of water damage to original conditions.When the water damage happened, I was in shock and knew I needed help immediately. Sean showed up within an hour of my call on a Thursday night and quickly began mitigating the damage. With his urgency, water that had sipped into my wood floors was dried saving a costly replacement.Throughout the process, Sean and his team were professional and happy to answer all my questions.
