I have used this company multiple times for multiple issues in my very old condo and they have always provided top tier service. From calling to set up the appointment to the technician arriving, everyone is so professional, nice, and clear in all communications. You get a text 24 hours before your appointment and when they are on the way. The technician arrives and wears booties. They assess the issue and give you the price for repair. Seamless experience from first call to fix. I love the customer service with this company and will use them in the future for any new needs.

We are beyond grateful for this company! As a daycare, we’ve been struggling with a $900 water bill every month since February. We had multiple plumbers check for leaks, but none could find the issue. Even the City of Atlanta confirmed water was flowing, but no one could pinpoint the problem.Thankfully, their technician came out, thoroughly evaluated the situation, and explained everything in detail. Detailed, professional and knowledgeable. Chad along with the rest of the crew have been the most professional people I have ever come across in any customer service experience. A detailed explanation of work that needed to be done, with pictures and in my case video of damaged sewer pipes. The care and detail that they took to leave everything as was found is incredible! They had to remove many pavers and they took the care not to damage them and leave everything as was found, clean and orderly!

What a great experience from the initial service request phone call to the completion of the job - same day emergency fix.The service agent was polite and understood the urgency of my plumbing repair need. He was able to get a plumber out to us within an hour or so to work on the repair so that we could have water turned back on at the house (important when you have little kids!). Our plumber Kendall was awesome- explained the problem he found, the fixes that could make it right and stayed well past 7pm to see the job to total completion. Booking was quick and easy, and they were able to come out the same day to fix our leak. They send you a text when the technician is on their way so you can track arrival time. Bryan was our technician and he was able to quickly identify where the leak was coming from in our yard. He was very careful to limit the amount of grass that had to be removed to repair the pipe, and did a great job putting it all back together so that it barely looks like any grass was removed. I would highly recommend Fix & Flow for any plumbing repairs.

They promptly assisted me with installing a broken water heater and identified multiple mistakes from a previous plumber’s shoddy work during my recent renovation. Unfortunately, I had been dealing with numerous leaks, main service pipe back-ups (causing flooding) and cold showers due to a faulty water heater (less than 3 years old). Yener came on time and reinforced the sink by bracing it underneath so it will never fall again. He was respectful, friendly, and even left the sink sparkling clean! I called them for a leaking bathtub faucet (dripping water). They came in pretty quickly (next day) and determined that the cartridge is causing the issue. The cartridge was replaced for $550 (part included).While shutting off the water for the repair, the plumber noticed the water pressure is high (110 psi) and determined that the pressure reducing valve is not working. He helped to replace that for $750 (part included).The water meter also has a small leak and he helped to replace that for free (I have the part).The overall service lasts about 3 hours. The service is good and everything is explained to me. This is the first time I called for a plumber so Im not sure whether the price is reasonable or not. It seems a little deep for me. I live in a condo so Im not sure whether that impacted the price.

Michael came out within a few hours, diagnosed the issue, and returned the next day to replace my main. He gave me a lower-cost option to patch, but I decided for the full replacement. No pressure, no scare tactics, and no surprise up-charges, just a very friendly, honest plumber. They were also very careful to leave no mess. They were meticulous about minimizing the dug-up trench, and wore booties in the house. I would enthusiastically recommend Michael and Fix & Flow. It was truly one of the best experiences Ive had as a homeowner for service to my home.

I like that they arrived on time, were friendly, and quickly evaluated and fixed my problem. The price was a little higher than I initially anticipated. And they may be right in the middle of the market rate, since I haven’t used a plumber for a piece of time. The thing is that I was surprised since I let them know in advance that this was just a replacement of my water heater’s T & P valve and they sent two people. It was definitely a one person job, They did discover I needed a new expansion tank, which is fine, but again it was a one person job, and I wonder if I paid a little higher rate for two people. Maybe one was an apprentice and not on the clock. I’m sure they get calls from people who think a problem is small and it turns out being a larger job but rather than over responding they could send one and then bring in backup if needed. I’m going to go ahead and give them four stars because with all of the different plumbing needs out there I’m sure they’re highly qualified.

I would give Fix & Flow 10 stars if I could. This is the second time I’ve used them and seen Anthony; first was a kitchen sink clog and second was for a water heater install (non-emergency). The sink appointment was squeezed in the very next day. When I called to schedule the water heater install, I got an appointment within the week; the office staff were courteous, patient and efficient. Each call I’ve made has been returned promptly if I had to leave a message. I was able to talk directly to Anthony about cost and effort and felt that I had the right amount of information to make an educated decision about my new water heater. I received text confirmation and reminders, and on the day of install, I received a text when Anthony was on his way and I could follow his progress live on a map - this was a cool feature. Anthony and his service techs have been professional and kind; they walked me through the processes, did thorough and efficient jobs, and cleaned up when they finished. This company is great!! I mainly spoke with Stephen over the phone and he was very understanding about our situation. I needed someone to come out the same day, and he said he would do what he could. I got a text informing me of an appointment and that Anthony would be there.I read some reviews previously about Anthony, and everyone is right! Hes GREAT! He is very professional and while my kids were screaming and making so much noise, he kept calm almost like he blocked the noise out! It was an incredible skill!I originally called to see if its standard to clean and sanitize the spa tub and Stephen said they could do it, but its typically not a standard service. I liked that he was able to give me a quote, but he also confirmed that what I was doing (pouring bleach and running the jets) should be good enough as long as there werent the typical sediment. So I asked if he could follow up in the morning, which he did.I ended up needing to use him because there was unexpected brown spotting on the ceiling. He sent a team out and they were amazing! They didnt do anything excessive and told me options and estimates. They were very upfront about the services and costs and making sure I understood what the options were. They gave a few options that could be the problem and options to solve the problem and costs.I really like this company and will hopefully be able to use them in the future. I will definitely refer them!I wish he had given me his business card!

I called the fellas at Fix & Flow a couple of days ago to get an estimate on replacing the laundry pump in my basement, and I couldnt be more pleased with how things went. They were able to come out the same day, gave me a competitive estimate, and came back the next business day (after the July 4 holiday) to complete the work. I now have a new pump system, in addition to a correctly installed stand pipe for our washing machine. Anthony is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time to provide some advice and ballpark estimates for two other projects that will need work in the near future. He did quality work, used quality materials and left the workspace as clean or cleaner than he found it. His estimate was right on target -- the final bill was even a hair lower than expected -- and the work finished within the time frame promised. Fix & Flow was very professional and easy to set up an appointment with. They have a tracking link which makes it easy to know when the plumber will actually be here.For my plumbing issue, I had an issue with my washing machine drain. I originally called BestBuy since I had a geeksquad warranty and they told me to get a plumber. Fix & Flow came out for a service call and said that it was actually an appliance issue and not a plumbing issue. I was really frustrated with Bestbuy for their shoddy advice, but Fix & Flow very generously waived the service fee. They also did an inspection of my water heater since it is getting close to needing to be replaced. I will definitely call them when my water heater needs replacing (hopefully not for another year or two!!)

(In our case, this was not an emergency and the office followed up on the message I left with the answering service the next business day and got me scheduled.) On the day of the appointment, Fix & Flow Plumbing sends a text message with a photo of your technician and a link that you use to follow where your technician is in route. Anthony, our technician, was on time and professional. Its small touches like wearing shoe covers and respecting your home that sets Fix and Flow Plumbing apart. I cant say enough about these guys. I had an emergency clog in my kitchen sink that was causing water to overflow- they came out an hour after I called, after 5:00 on a Thursday. So polite and very honest about what was going on- they had my sink draining in about an hour.This situation has been really stressful, as I was afraid to leave home with a substantial amount of water coming out of my drain regularly. We woke up on a Sunday morning and discovered a leak in the expansion tank above the water heater. It was difficult to find a plumber who would come out and fix it on a Sunday, but Steven at Fix & Flow was very responsive and sent Anthony to our house. Unfortunately, Anthony found leaks and corrosion not only in the tank but all around the water heater. We could have paid $800 (at weekend rates) to fix all those things without replacing the water heater, but he advised that we replace the water heater as well for a total of $2,300. No one welcomes an unexpected expense like that, but we agreed and Anthony installed the water heater in a few hours. He was very professional and pleasant to work with.

Here is my emphatic endorsement:We detected a strong sewage odor in our basement, which eventually began to spread throughout the house. Chad and the team came out promptly and provided a thorough inspection and explanation of the issue. They also found a temporary fix to mitigate the issue as best as possible until we were able to move forward with the more permanent/invasive fix. During the process Chad promptly responded to questions and offered thorough explanations and insights. The crew was patient, courteous, and professional throughout.Best of all, Chad went above and beyond by giving considerable thought to the project, which resulted in a far less invasive approach. Because of the skilled work of the team, I did not have to replace my flooring in the bathroom thereby saving me at least $1000. To be clear, they are not the cheapest out there, but you will find considerable value in their service. You get what you pay for with these guys—highly recommended!
