The service man, Igor, was friendly and professional. He replaced the failing evaporator coil, etc. within a very reasonable amount of time. When he left the HVAC unit was working great and it cool down the space quickly.The only wierd thing was how their payment app, which he used for me to pay for extra service (i.e. cleaning condenser filter), required access to my local wifi in order to work.

I want to thank Mr. Sunny so much for doing an excellent job with customer service and fixing my AC at 1st he call 4 different places and no one had the part I needed for my AC unit so he had to order my part and I would have had to wait 3 or more days before my part came in , but he was very persistent in finding the part to fix my AC unit. So he called his coworker and he had an extra part to my AC unit. I cannot say enough good things about this company. As HVAC companies go, I have seen some real crooks in my day. Such is not the case with this one. Reasonable prices, quick and clean installation, and always ready to be of service. The two guys that did the installation were so quiet, I had to go downstairs to make sure that they were actually doing the work. Shortly after the install they came back and replaced an old condensation pump and ancient thermostat that were not part of the install. The owner himself came out each time. That goes way above and beyond good customer service. I highly recommend this outstanding company. Theyre simply good people doing good business. Art is outstanding! Give them a call. Our aging Trane furnace stopped working on Saturday evening. My friend had used inAir Heating & Air Conditioning in the past and recommended to give them a call. The Company responded quickly and started working on the system next morning. Turned out that there were few faulty parts and it was not an easy fix. Given the age of the system (20+ years) I decided to install a new system;it was done on Monday. Great experience overall. Everyone I dealt with was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and punctual, and everything was done within the promised time frame. Our A/C went out right at the start of April, and we were matched with inAir through our home warranty, American Home Shield.The technician came out on April 19th and said our compressor was broken and that we needed 6 lbs. of refrigerant to fix our system. They said they would send the quote to the warranty and get back out to service our A/C as soon as the part came in.**UPDATE**The day after I posted my review about my bad experience, I got a call from the owner who personally apologized for our wait and for the confusion. After we talked for a few minutes, it seems that we are both dealing with the fallout from the home warranty company giving me the workaround and putting unreasonable limitations on the work inAir can do under coverage. Im breaking up with AHS, and if my AC needs repairs again this summer, Id be happy to give inAir a call to fix/replace our system.

The tech was super professional. He was actually a human being, not a company man. I thought my 22yr. Old unit was dead (which it’s about to be). We moved in our house 6 months ago and had two companies in our home scaring us to replace the unit yesterday due to the R-22 issue. Our tech assured us, it’s not an issue because there are backups to the R-22. He did inform us that our unit is dead anytime now, today, tomorrow, or the next 5 years and to plan for a replacement. We still have the home warranty from moving in and he said it’s fine to ride it out because it would be covered if it does die in the time frame. He said we should still plan for a failure at any day. He didn’t try to sell us on anything at all.In my opinion this is what you need in a company. The other two we had estimates from pushed us to buy NOW.When the time comes to replace we will consider inAir first because they were honest from the time we had them come by.

Placed a service call for my AC through my Home Warranty Service Provider and the original servicer they contacted never showed up. InAir came out early the next morning, as promised. After ordering parts they returned, again, at the time promised and promptly completed the job. The HWSP incorrectly diagnosed the problem but InAir determined correctly what the issue was and now my AC is cooler than its ever been in years! I would definitely request them in the future for my HVAC needs.

Our kitchen faucet lost hot water pressure and we had a new one installed by some one we knew. This made zero difference, so we called InAir. Corey quickly pinpointed the culprit and It was just a stuck valve...we only wish we called InAir first! Anyway, some $120 later all worked great and we finally had our hot water back! I guess it never fails to call the professionals if you want to get things done right the first time and save your cash.

The bonus room above our garage was always too hot in the summer and cold in the winter. After receiving much higher quotes for large projects from other HVAC companies, an expert from inAir said we don’t need all that and recommended reworking the ducts without tearing out the ceiling. The cost was much lower, the job was done in a few hours, and the result is awesome! The bonus room now feels just like the other bedrooms. The gentleman who did the work even found and repaired a minor issue in the attic while he was there for no additional charge. I won’t bother calling another HVAC company again; inAir is trustworthy, fair and professional.

I have an American Home Shield (AHS) warranty on my home and notified them when my heat pump A/C went out. The first contractor AHS sent did not even look at my unit and aside from my AHS coverage, gave me a $1300 estimate.I requested a second opinion from AHS and Art from InAir Heating & Air Conditioning was sent out. He actually inspected my heat pump, put AC gauges on it, determine I had a very minor leak, sealed the leak, refilled my system with 2 pounds of R22 Freon and gave me a bill for $190....all within 45 minutes. My AC is working like new.InAir was competent, professional and trustworthy. I give it 5 stars.
