Any time I need something done, and it doesnt even have to be a plumbing problem they come out with any service tech they send allways with courtesy and knowledge and dependability . I had a kitchen drain problem. I called Genes and set up an estimate appointment. They sent out their tech Michael. He assessed the problem and they gave me a price. I had an issue with my dishwasher being in the way, but once I took care of that, he called, then came and finished the job. He showed me the clogged up pipe, and ran the water, to make sure that the problem was fixed. I would definitely used them again.

This place is awesome! Old antiques (working stoves from the 1930-40s) plus many other old, cool home furnishings from pre 1960s. Also they specialize in hard to find plumbing products like diverter stems and such.

I love the professionalism and the fact that they have parts that Home Depot and Lowe’s do not have for plumbing. I highly recommend Gene‘s plumbing supply. Locally owned and operated. I showed him the part to be replaced and he knew exactly what I needed and every part with it to properly solve my plumbing problem. There is no doubt that he has extensive plumbing experience. Go Gene 👍🏼

They went out of their way to help me. I have a bath faucet that I cant find knobs to fit. Although they couldnt find the knobs I needed, they spent over 30 minutes trying to. Best customer service Ive had in a long time.

I set an appointment for a toilet to be installed. They came and installed it in less than an hour! I was charged by the hour and that was very important. It was tremendously better than the quote of 500.00 to 700.00 that was given by Casteel just to set a toilet. I will always chose you guys for my plumbing needs!

I love this place.... Mr. GENE and his staff were the best. Customer service is top notch. They instantly identified the shower stem I needed to my amazement.I searched several big box stores before I found Genes Plumbing online only to be disappointed.

Obviously a plumbing supply shop.......but with a little more. Ive been going by this place for years....always thinking its just a plumbing company never even thought of getting plumbing parts or supplies from there......then I was referred to them for a part......... Its like a scene out of a movie, reality restoration, pickers or pawn stars show where you go to get something odd or get expert advise. Its like a plumbers or contractors museum/ antique shop. They even had a classic bicycle in there. It not limited to plumbing stuff either. My observation other than plumbing supplies......if I wanted something to put in a Man Cave or just like antique artifacts this would be on my list of stops. I would probably go more often now that I know, but its out of my way for the repairs I do and their probably more suited for the older homes on the area. I tend to work on newer construction. But again......a pleasant and interesting surprise. I look at that place completely different now.Hold on......not mention the characters!...Youll smile....trust me!

They were friendly on the phone, easy to schedule, got the work done right the first time, and were reasonable. Am trying now to get my warranty company to include them, as they are vastly superior to the companies they have under contract.

I had to have my drain pipe replaced on my sink and I had a clog in my bathtub. After checking with two other plumbers, my wife and a good friend suggested that I call Genes Plumbing. Needless to say, Im glad that I did. Not only did they fix the issues in less than two hours, they saved me about $500.00! I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues!

When the big box store told me I could not buy the part I needed to fix my faucet and I needed to buy a new one I just said OK and walked out. Saw what I needed as soon as I walked up to Genes counter. $2.00 vs $70.00 works for me!

I had an experience with the city that would take a small book to describe but after explaining my situation to Gene himself, he assured me he would get to the bottom of my problem and he certainly kept his word. He sent his crew out several times to finally diagnose that this was a city issue. Several of those visits were of no charge to meHe could have easily charged me for this work and taken advantage of me but he did the opposite. They traced my pipes and located the problem which the city should have done after numerous visits to my house. After the city claimed the issue was my responsibility and after several pleas to get the city to return, Genes plumbing came out gratis to meet with them to help me articulate my issues. After which the city came back the same day and began work on my property. As I stated this is a long drawn out issue still pending at the moment but I would have not gotten this far without Gene and his dedicated staff and crew. A million thanks to them for all their efforts. I recommend them highly especially if you are a female or a layman in this field
