My homes roof was leaking, therefore I required an immediate replacement. I contacted many roofing companies to request price estimates. One arrived up but didnt bother to look at the roof or the property before departing to write up their estimate (which they never submitted), and another took over a month to get back to us after we initially contacted them. Absolutely not Des Moines Roofing Company! The proprietor picked up the phone instantly and scheduled a convenient time to provide a detailed quote. They were very detailed in their estimate, explaining every step of the process as well as where the previous homeowner had gone wrong during the roof installation. Quick and competitive pricing was provided, with Des Moines Roofing Company coming in at a little discount. Given the recent record-breaking storm that wreaked havoc on the Tucson area, it is reasonable that the earliest available date is approximately a month away. Des Moines Roofing Company began their job promptly, and the completed roof looks fantastic. We were advised that taking two extra days to remove our old roof would be possible, so there were no surprises. We appreciated his positive outlook and the fact that he took the time to explain our system as he worked. He was here for over two hours, and during that time he cleared out our clogged sewage line, explained the potential problems, located our septic tank, and assured us that we did not need to have it pumped. Before he left, he made sure that the work area was spotless and that the hole in our yard that he dug to access the septic tank was filled in. This group of guys is legit. When our furnace stopped working at 8 oclock on a cold night, I contacted Javon. He reached our place within that time limit. He came up with a workaround that worked all night long despite the fact that his truck was missing the necessary component. We were up and running again in no time once he went out and got the part the next morning. Our pipes froze due to the weather, but with the plumbers help, we were able to defrost them by following his phone instructions. I really have nothing but praise for these guys. All transactions seemed to be conducted with honesty and fairness. Javon was easy to get in touch with and had a positive attitude the whole time. I would definitely work with them again.

I had some roof repairs that needed to be done, but they were trickier than usual due to my preexisting solar panels. After contacting with a few other firms that were largely useless and/or ignorant, I called out to Des Moines Roofing Company, and David came out to have a look at the roof within a few days. He proposed an approach that would optimize value, and his team was able to finish the project within a week. His crew worked hard, did a good job, and cleaned up after themselves. They waited for the coating to cure overnight before applying the last layer the following day, when many other businesses would have tried to cut corners by applying the final elastomeric coating on the same day. They cut back some of the branches that were hanging low. After the work was done, Javon followed up to see how things were going and to answer some queries I had. I am pleased with the results. Des Moines Roofing Company, led by Javon, completed the project on schedule, within budget, and without any major issues.
