I dont normally leave reviews, but Im making an exception because working with Benjamin and Easy Clean Septic was an exceptional experience. Long story short: call Easy Clean, you wont regret it.We discovered during renovations that one of our bathrooms was plumbed to an ancient, buried septic tank that was not disclosed when we bought our house (hurray old homes). The bathroom plumbing was backing up, and we needed rapid help to figure out the cause before we could continue with the rest of the work.Benjamin made time for us on short notice, showed up promptly to do an initial inspection, and gave honest and excellent advice. He quoted a fair price for repairs, and when he discovered that the fix was less work than originally thought, he let us know immediately and revised the total cost. He consistently reached out with updates, sent pictures of each step, and always left us feeling like we knew exactly what was happening and when. In a world where its hard to tell what youll get from contractors no matter the price, this was an awesome experience. I would do business with Easy Clean again in a heartbeat.

I can’t thank Brian, Benjamin, and Zae enough for being so on it as soon as they arrived. I just purchased my home and the entire septic from 1948 was crumbling and the main fields were clay and cast iron. They did not miss a beat on being thorough and quick about it! Cecilia, their administrator, was responsive, polite, knowledgeable, and guided me through their loan program. The cost may SEEM high for a whole septic system (and septic tank) to be installed but trust this company will not let you down. I now can ease my mind that for the next 50 years my system will not corrode or fail me unless I do not upkeep my annual servicing and monthly septic pods. Do not flush your wigs, flushable wipes and use your septic safe cleaning detergents folks! You will do this one time in your home and knock one more thing off the house problems. I met Ben at a traffic light a few weeks ago and I asked him for a business card. I called him to make an appointment to clean my septic tank. Ben was on time and did more than I expected. I have an older home and he brought my system up to code. His attitude was outstanding, his work was outstanding, the quality of his work was outstanding his professionalism was outstanding and his price was amazing. He not only explained the work he was going to do, he showed me, so I could actually see what i was paying for. He even took pictures. I had an old ugly pipe sticking out above ground, what an eye sore...now you cant see it because he replaced it with all new pipes. Hes trustworthy and he has a customer for life with me. I will gladly refer him to my neighbors! Great guy to meet!!!

Easy Clean Septic, specifically Cecilia and Brian, were amazing to work with. I was out of town and they did a great job answering all my questions over the phone and explaining everything that needed to get done. They also got the job (finding my septic tank - including contacting the country to pull the records of where the tank was, pumping it, and installing risers) done very quickly while we were in the middle of a large backyard landscape installation. Brian did a great job communicating with me throughout the process. Cannot recommend them enough!

Ben came out the same day I called for a septic tank pump and clogged line service. Upon discovering that I had a broken main line after digging. He immediately gave me a super reasonable quote and fixed it on the spot in less than 40 mins. He also dug out a badly placed tree by the septic tank free of charge. Very honest and stand up guy as well. 5 stars service and I highly recommend!

Let me start by saying that I will use this business for many years. I had Easy Clean come out yesterday for a septic pump on my 40 year old tank. Upon inspection, they found the exit pipe to the drain field had disintegrated and was disconnected. They gave me zero pressure into having the pipe replaced. When I told them to do the repair he then reached into the drain and pulled off a chunk with ease to show me. Super professional, very friendly, and a nice clean truck (to me that shows professionalism and pride). Ill see you in a few years for a pump!

Easy Clean Septic is fantastic! Ben and his Pop are a GREAT team! My church had a septic line that was easily 75 years old or older. Unbeknownst to us, the line was jammed up with roots. In one short phone-call Ben predicted it was root problems. He arrived the following morning and with in a matter of hours 75 feet of septic line was dug out, replaced with brand new, root-proof piping and the system was back in service!Ben goes above and BEYOND the call of duty when he works. A friend recommended me this company. I do not regret it! I called in the morning and they come out that same day in the afternoon on time!! What service!! I believe it was Ben who came out and inspected my septic tank and found the problem . I had a concrete pipe that went bad and it kept leaking everywhere . It was horrible . He came in and cleaned everything up and replaced the pipe good as new! He was professional and kind. He spoke to us and advised on what needed to be done. I contacted several septic companies in search of an inspection and service to my tank, and two of the three companies did not answer the phone, while another promised to show and never did. When I called Easy Septic they were professional and friendly, and made an appointment with me. They stayed in touch leading up to the appointment and were easy to work with. What I really appreciated though, was Ben’s knowledgeable and fair service. He was easy to learn from, walked me through the process and findings, and as a homeowner I greatly appreciated how thoughtful and careful he was not to damage my lawn with his bobcat backhoe. Benjamin is fantastic. I am a realtor and I called him to do a septic inspection for a property my client is under contract to buy. In speaking with the listing agent I found out that the seller (a large institutional investor), contracts their own septic contractors since the yard has to be dug up for the inspection. Despite this, Benjamin still consulted and advised me on the septic inspection process and he also reviewed the inspection completed by the institution’s inspection company. He was honest, knowledgeable, straightforward and very thorough. Needles to say, I have added him to my contractor referral list and he will be my first call whenever any of my clients have a septic inspection, service or repair need!

Absolutely wonderful experience considering the situation. My lower bathroom was flooded and we were extremely upset and ready to get to problem corrected ASAP. We called Easy Clean Septic and Ben arrived well within the appointment window, and called before arriving.When he arrived he did an assessment of the situation and gave his professional opinion and provided a cost estimate. His prices were reasonable and the the best that I have seen.Ben took the time to to fully explain the way the system operates and the benefits. He was honest and understanding and knew what he was doing.He dug everything up and we found there was a bigger issue then he thought. He walked us around showed us the problem and provide solutions to fix the problem. Once he got to work it started thundering and lighting and We for-sure thought what else could go wrong. Ben is fantastic! He takes his time to think through problems a few ways first before offering a solution and explains what he is doing the whole time, which Im sure most homeowners shelling out thousands for repairs greatly appreciate. I had been having what I thought were plumbing issues for a few weeks and got gouged by a plumbing company to fix what I thought was a plumbing issue. I own an older home with cast iron pipes, so I expect the occasional issue. Turns out my main drain line and tank were infiltrated by tree roots which were the cause of the blockage. I had a feeling the septic tank needed serviced since I and the new owner and I have no record for when it was last pumped. I had Ben pump the tank and ended up having him replace the main sewer drain line as well. He thought my AC unit was placed right on top of the main drain line but Ben figured out it wasnt and was able to do the work! I would highly recommend Ben and his team for any septic needs you may have. I will definitely be utilizing his services in the future!

Mr. Ben from Easy Clean Septic far exceeded our expectations. I cant say enough great things about this company. Not only is he very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does, but he also goes above and beyond. Additionally, he is honest, dedicated, detailed and does not try to overcharge for his services.We were not aware that we had a septic tank when we purchased our house until it backed up into the house. We called Fulton County to get a drawing of where the septic tank was located, but they advised us that we would need to get a septic inspector. However, Ben called us to advise that he was able to obtain the prints and he knew where everything was located.Ben was scheduled to come out on July 3, 2020. The store where he purchases his parts was closed due to the holiday, but he did not want to delay fixing our issue. So, going above and beyond, he called an Associate and was able to purchase the part from him which was a huge relief for us.Prior to the work, Ben called CSI and had all utilities located. To go one step further to keep all of us safe, he double checked personally to make sure he saw the gas line before he started digging which I appreciated.Ben showed up with a Team of professionals and began digging the trench to lay the new pipe, install a cap to make cleaning easier and installed a clean out valve. Once his Team replaced the dirt, it looked like he was was never there. This Team even added grass seeds and straw in the area for us. If your septic is failing and you got a price estimate from a big popular septic service company that took your breath away (perhaps it included landscaping you do not desire), and you do not get a second opinion from Ben at Easy Clean Septic before signing any contracts, you do so at your own peril. Best is to call Ben first. Importantly, Ben is very competent and does a detailed inspection of your system which may include using cable cameras before providing your options. If it turns out your field has truly failed, then there are no easy and inexpensive options, but its best to know first thats required before going that route. It quite often is not. Hes also a pleasure to deal with.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I loved the Easy Septic and the services they provided. Fantastic work! I will recommend them to everyone I know. They were professional, proficient, and their prices were fair.We needed our septic tank drained. We originally called another well known company, but we were being over charged and they were adding on unnecessary services. I told them I just wanted the septic drained. We had no issue with the septic. We just knew it was 5 years since it was last pumped and we wanted to get ahead of it before it overflow. The charge went from $100s to $1000s. I told the other company I just wanted it drained, but they refused to “just” drain it. I told them no thank you and to just cover it up. I search BBB and came across Easy Septic. I called and they came the next day. They explained everything, and drained the tank with no issues. Whenever I would flush the toilet, water and waste would fill the bathtub, shower and sink in my upstairs master bath and leak through the ceiling of my downstairs bath. The bathtub in my 2nd upstairs bath drained extremely slow and my downstairs bath toilet leaked from the toilet bowl. I was so frustrated. I called Easy Clean Septic and everything was fixed and working properly after one visit. I’m very thankful for the service I received. All my issues were resolved and to add to the service being excellent, the service provider was professional and took the time to thoroughly explain why it happened how to prevent it from happening again. Had a septic issue that you could smell in the yard. First guy that came just told me I needed a new drain field without looking around much. Got a second opinion with Easy Clean and saved a few thousand dollars because he actually took the time to find the drawings with the county, locate my drainfield and diagnose the issue. Such a relief when someone actually uses their brain and puts some thought in their work! Issue was fixed over a year ago and haven’t had an issue since.

Our experience was fast and easy. We would highly recommend Easy Clean Septic. Our bathroom toilet was blocked and they used their camera to quickly identify the blocked sewer line. It was a piece of PVC pipe our builder left in the line and it was lodged and not moving. They were patient and worked at it to avoid having to bust up our tile and slab. We are so appreciative of their fast response time, and patience as they resolved our issue with minimal disruption of our home. We will use them in the future for our needs!

Wonderful experience. I ask questions like a 3 year old child and at no time did he make me feel like I was bothering him. We had other people out to give us an estimate for a septic pumping and they wanted around a price of a used Hyundai. I would say we have the yard from hell. We have a sprinkler system and numerous other wires and pipes going through our yard. We also have expensive landscaping. Mr. Harris was very careful with his bobcat and put our lawn back as well as he could. He did not make the hole any bigger than needed. His pricing was upfront and when we encountered something unexpected, the solution was also not pricey. I will definitely continue to use him for ALL of my plumbing needs. He is just that good.
