    When our water heater started leaking, Atlantis came highly recommended. They did not disappoint! Diagnostics and quote was very quick, and recommendations for service were very helpful. John Massey took great care of us while replacing our broken 36 gal water heater with a new tankless system. We’re very satisfied, and will definitely use Atlantis again in the future!

    On Sunday, I filled out an online request to fix a non-emergency pinhole leak. Got a call back from Ivy in a few hours and scheduled estimate/repair for Monday am. Dave & Billy showed up at 9am and were done by 9:30. Company was very responsive and both plumbers were courteous and professional in every respect. I would highly recommend Atlantis Plumbing and will definitely use them for any plumbing work in the future.

    Bryce Larson with Atlantis Plumbing did an amazing job! From start to finish, he exceeded our expectations. He called with a 30-minute ETA and arrived right on time. Bryce was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything in detail to my husband and me. He quickly identified the issue and resolved the leak in our master bathroom by replacing the line under the sink. His expertise and knowledge were evident throughout the process.     I left details on the Yelp website also but Robert and Tim came to repair a PVC leak at the elbow and I was quoted $525 over the phone after sending a picture to Atlantis to give me a quick estimate. I had the water turned off to the house so the need was same day urgent. Robert called and quoted me $525 and promised it would not change. They arrived within the hour and completed the job in less than 30mins. They both were friendly and professional. Robert is very knowledgeable and efficient. I will do business with them again. This was on a Saturday. Robert checked water pressure and advised me it needed attention as it is at 82 PSI. He gave me a written electronic quote of $575 for the water pressure. He also told me the work he performed today is warranted for 6 months. I havent checked it this morning as the leak was in my basement. I can say 4 hours later on yesterday I had no leaks.     Had a water pipe break and large sums of water was running down the street for hours. fire dept. came and not even they could find how to stop the water. didn’t have hopes but called this plumbing and they got me a technician to come out within a couple hours. when Eric arrived he was determined to find how to stop the water break and eventually found the solution. he was able to explain what happened and also gave us the next steps of what could be done. he was able to do the work problem and change the water pipes within a few time. would highly recommend for an plumbing service!!

    This is by far the best plumbing company out there!! Brandon did an awesome job with taking care of a minor leak, as well as installing our new water heater system. He was very knowledgeable, and made absolutely sure that it was up to code and installed correctly. Also, the one thing I wanted to note is as a company, they are very quick. I had same day service for a leak, and I didnt have to wait long for them to come out after I called. I thought this was the norm for companies that say they are staffed 24/7, but I was wrong. The water heater was installed within 2 days after I accepted their quote. Im very impressed with their services, and I look forward to working with them again!!

    On Christmas Eve (12/24/24), I noticed water on the floor in my car port. It was coming from my water heater piping (a Pin hole). A neighbor recommended Atlantis Plumbing. Bryce Larson was the plumber from Atlantis Plumbing. He arrived earlier than scheduled that same day. I pointed out the problem and he knew exactly what to do...you could tell he was very knowledgeable and explained the problem and what was needed. But he did not stop there. He asked if he could check my water pressure from outside. He explained it should be no more than 80 pounds of pressure. It was 110. He explain why it was a problem and recommended a change in the regulator, which I approved.Bryce was very professional, quick to solve the problem. I would recommend he and his company (Atlantis) to anyone with a plumbing problem.

    We had an emergency with a broken pipe, on a Sunday, of course. Called Atlantis Plumbing and they were able to send someone quickly. The technician,Tony, was wonderful. He was able to assess the problem, fix it and get us up to code. We were also pleased with what we thought was a very reasonable fee for a Sunday call out.     Atlantis plumbing came out the same day that I called for a waterline repair estimate. I was provided a detailed step-by-step walk through of the quote. I highly recommend including Atlantis Plumbing in your group of selected estimates before securing a plumbing company. Atlantis plumbings quote to repair the water line from the meter to the house was significantly lower than the quote received from another company. Atlantis partners with Wells Fargo to provide no interest/same as cash financing which we gladly signed up for the service. In addition, Atlantis was able to complete the work the next morning. It was impressive to see a company with such high customer ratings!

    Excellent experience.Brian Miller with Atlantis came out and diagnosed our issue related to water pressure and had it fixed in less than an hour.     Tony from Atlantis Plumbing was great. He was able to work with very old plumbing that had not been fixed properly in the past. He replaced pipes and added in a water shutoff. He explained everything to me and I actually think I understand what he was talking about. He dealt with my annoying HOA folks as professionally as he dealt with my shower. I would highly recommend Atlantis and I’m sure there are other great plumbers there but I’d request Tony.

Brandon Gonzalez and apprentice arrived the next day, gave me the estimate, I approved the estimate, and they replaced it the same day.     John provided OUTSTANDING service today. I had an outside spigot connected to a line that was leaking. He was knowledgeable in how he explained the work that was needed as well as the cost.     Very glad we called Atlantis after receiving a crazy high (and misinformed) quote from another company. Joey diagnosed our issue super quickly and fixed it right away. He was super knowledgeable and trustworthy and explained everything to us thoroughly. Our fix was easier than anticipated and he didnt mislead us in order to charge more when he easily could have. Other companies pressured us into leaving 5 star reviews in exchange for discounts, but Joey saved us money just by being honest and didnt ask for anything in return, which leads me to leaving this GENUINE review!     First time using Atlantis Plumbing and would definitely recommend! They came out the day requested and did a thorough job investigating a toilet leak. Even though they could have easily fixed something that didn’t need to be fixed (and charged for) they did a thorough diagnosis and verified the leak source was not my toilet and only charged me the diagnosis fee.And they were correct and so far no issues. So in summary, honest, reasonable, professional and competent!

    Eric and Justin from Atlantis Plumbing came to our house to resolve low water pressure, especially when two or more fixtures were used at same time. They did an awesome job replacing our faulty pressure valve that resolved our water pressure issues, as well as, flush out our hot water heater and replace some kinked supply lines in our shower panel that was causing low flow in that shower fixture.All in all, Eric and Justin were both great at explaining how things worked, resolving the issues, taking care to clean up around their work and arriving and working in a timely manner.We highly reccommend them if youre looking for a quality job and well definitely reach out again for any future plumbing needs.Thanks guys!     Dylan Smith and his technician Adam of Atlantis Plumbing in Dallas, GA, deserve a 5-star review for their responsiveness and dedication toward replacing our sewer line. The toilet overflowed causing extensive damage to the house because the line had cracks in several places and roots had become imbedded over the years. Dylan and Adam worked from early mornings my until after dark in the rain to remedy the problem. What a difficult job well done!!

    Tony Strickland, came to my home where I have been without hot water for about 5 days. I am a disabled Veteran living on a minimal monthly check. I was not excited about having to call a Plumbing Company as I know this can be very expensive.Anyway , Mr Strickland was very courteous, helpful in telling me about my hot water heater and went into depth to explain vents on the bottom for the pilot to breathe. I am mentally challenged and he was very good on explaining things. God is so good. I chose your company by chance , as I found a sticker in my mailbox yesterday telling me about your company and a discount you give to Seniors and Veterans. No chance about it, how did that sticker get in my mailbox...?I believe God knows our needs and the rate was reduced when I called yall to have someone come to my house. Again God knows our needs and does so through his people. Thank youWell my Pilot light was able to be lit back on, and Tony cleaned all around my tank clearing the vents. We both believed that getting that sticker yesterday was not a coincidence but a answer to my prayers.Mr Strickland upon hearing all that I have been through and Habit For Humanity coming last year to help me.... Well he said he was going to waive my service fee. He had went out to his truck to get a sticker to place on my hot water tank with lighting instructions and when he came in I showed him the one I had and he said that it was the same as the one he had in the truck.     Johns always prompt, efficient & courteous. He explains things with ease & simplicity, doesnt try to price gouge you, lets face it plumbing is expensive.     I had Atlantis Plumbing do a project for me that required a water line to be run by tapping into an existing line and hook up a shut off valve as well as run a drain line for an under counter ice maker. This required some creativity in order to get the drain line in the area where I needed it. Brian was the technician for this project. He arrived on time was very diligent about talking me through the options we had and was very professional. I was able to schedule these guys next day for my project. I would highly recommend Brian and Atlantis plumbing.

    I recently had Atlantis Plumbing replace a broken water pipe at my home. I could not be more satisfied with the results and quality of work. From the time Bryan arrived and performed his survey to the time the plumbers arrived the next day for installation.The plumber (TJ Wills) arrived and was very courteous throughout the entire process and efficiently replaced the pipe and fixed the issue and ensured everything was working perfectly before leaving.I highly recommend Atlantis Plumbing for any plumbing needs.     Aaron & forest worked for over 7 hours repairing septic lines even drilling old cast iron pipe that had been mortared to foundation & was a pain to complete.     I’ve used Atlantis several times now. Brandon and his associate came out to the house for an issue that was brought to my attention. Ended up that it was a vent that was there to install another bathroom if needed and capped off . Wasn’t an issue.     Eric and Justin were excellent plumbers. They arrived at my home in record time considering I had only called for service about one hour prior. I was provided costs upfront before they proceeded to do any work. They were able to clear my clogged main line drain in a very timely manner, and I was relived to not have to deal with the issue.     I used Atlantis before awhile ago and received great service from Roby. My house was built in the 60s, so a surprise pops up every now and again. This time I was swapping out dishwasher and water connection from wall started crumbling. Called Atlantis for a survey, came out next day. Of course it ended up needing some galvanized pipe cut out and re routed.🫣 Ben was very knowledgeable, gave me a quote on repair and fix for bathroom sink pipe ( not as bad). Had to wait a few days,he came out today as scheduled and got right to work. Surprise #2 ,was the grease build up trapped in the galvanized pipe from kitchen sink🤮🤢. No, I dont pour grease down the drain. Ben explained how this occurs over years of cleaning pots and pans that were used with grease. We could have stopped at that part, since it resolved the initial problem. Ben gave a recommendation to change out the longer piece also and good thing I did! I appreciated Bens advice and explanation, he was spot on when I saw the inside. Thank you for the wealth of information to keep my pipes clear.     Returned to redo previous repairs done partially a week ago, Oct 15, on Oct 18.Replaced PRV Oct 22.Edited: apparently my October and November rating did not post.Tony, a different technician than the first two, was sent out for a third repair on 12/03. Another water leak in crawl space underneath kitchen discovered Nov 12th.He has very good communication skills. I was at work yet felt like I was right there with him as he described the repair, options and possible other bathroom plumbing.     Excellent service in the midnight hours! My ceiling was leaking around 8pm-called after hours. Tony was at my door in 25 mins and two leak repairs were completed in 1 hour. He was very thorough, covered the area very well, and found the 2nd leak under my bathroom sink that I didnt even know was there. I cant thank him enough for his thorough, quick, informative service. It is such a vulnerable feeling to find these kind of issues after normal business hours. And I was very grateful to have my home serviced so quickly. FYI-as of 11/14 there is $225 fee for emergency after hour visit but that is included in the price of the repair. If you call during business hours, there is no fee. But I was not willing to wait. Also, they do not perform sheet rock/ceiling repairs. But it was nothing that a local handyman or a YouTube DIY and Home Depot trip couldnt fix. Hope this helps!

I started out with Brian, who gave me a very informative assessment of my plumbing issues and what my needs were. After confirming the work plan and price a team came to start the work, and after running into some miscommunication issues with them, I had a pleasant conversation with John, the team manager and I was sent team members Mitchell and Toby, to finish the remainder of the work. I discussed my issue on a Friday and these men began work that Sunday! They worked from 9am to 9pm to try to finish enough of the work to return water service. To note, the work I needed was on the sewer line and they made the experience less stressful that it could have been. Additionally, Keith and Johnny showed up promptly and worked efficiently.     We used Atlantis plumbing to install a freestanding tub faucet where a sink used to be. Atlantis was super easy to work with, and Robert did an exceptional job. All seemed hesitant about taking on the job and provided ridiculously high quotes. Robert arrived on time, followed COVID safety protocols, and confidently assessed the situation and offered a reasonable quote. A pipe burst in our yard from our sprinkler system, and neighbors knocked on our door to let us know the water was streaming down the street! So, since my husband was at work, they helped us turn off our main water valve to stop it from running up our bill. Needless to say, I was quite panicked when I called Atlantis Plumbing for help!The company sent Brian out within a few hours of our phone call and his workmanship was incomparable! After taking about ten minutes to assess the problem, he had to dig under our shrub to find the sprinkler system cut-off valve. It was not an easy task, but he was careful to preserve our landscaping while enduring98-degree weather at 1:30 PM - peak heat time. He even took care to put a tube around the valve, once he located it, to help the sprinkler company locate it more easily in the future. Who can think to be so considerate in near 100-degree weather? It wasnt enough that he was careful not to destroy our shrub, he also thought about making the next guys job easier.     The hot water pipe going into the house under the garage slab was punctured by a rock. This happened in about the same location about ten years ago. Brian repaired the pipe and took more stpes steps to protect the pipe than the prior plumbing company I engaged had. He also saw to it the repir to the garage slab was repaired properly. It looks better than it did before the patching, is stronger, and it cost about 20 percent less than the people I had contracted with last time (again a good ten years ago) . Definitely recommnd.

    David and his partner at Atlantis did excellent work. Not only did they find a gas leak that two other plumbers could not, they did repairs the same day. Thanks to Atlantis having the proper equipment and thorough technicians, I was able to save money and heartache. A different plumber quoted twice as much ti perform a repair that would not have fixed my issue. I would definitely recommend this team and will be calling them again if I am in need of a plumber.

    This is the third time Ive had Atlantis plumbing come out and do work with me and every time I have been 100% satisfied. Customer service is excellent and timeliness could not be better. Each time they were able to come out within 1 to 2 days of my request. Brian Miller replaced my water heater and my pressure regulating valve. He kept me informed every step of the way and was happy to explain all the things I didnt understand. We ran into a minor snag with some dirty water in a line and he gave me several options for how to address it. He worked with me to minimize costs and there were no up charges from the initial estimate. Brian was on time, finished the work when he said he would , and was friendly and informative. Highly recommend Atlantis and Brian in particular. Keep up the great work guys!

    I am pleased with the overall service I received. Bryan came out to do an initial assessment on a leak. I was initially told that I would need to have leak detection completed. Bryan told me that was unnecessary and would be an additional cost. He quickly diagnosed the issue and set up the next appointment to have the leak resolved which to my surprise was Monday, Memorial Day. I received a call the morning of to inform me that my appointment was still on the calendar despite the thunderstorms in the area and was told the time they would be there which aligned with the weather clearing. Eric arrived and immediately began working. He resolved the leak and answered any questions that I had regarding the repair. Bryan also answered all of my questions.     My experience with Atlantis Plumbing was phenomenal! I had a Rheem tankless water heater that was giving me an error code, so I decided to go with a new system. I called Atlantis and asked about a site survey and estimate, and I literally had an Atlantis technician at my home within 30 minutes of my initial call. I received a “more than fair” quote for a Navien NPE 240-A2 and crossover tee. Atlantis easily beat out quotes from other plumbing companies who were Navien Service Specialists. The install of my Navien was flawless! Additionally, I had a Whole House Aquasana Water Filtration System installed by Atlantis Plumbing. Im extremely pleased with that installation also! I’m so impressed by the responsiveness and professionalism of the Atlantis field team (Eric, Brandan, and John) and office staff that Atlantis is now my “go to” plumbing company! I highly recommend Atlantis for anyone who is looking for competent plumbing professionals who charge fair prices.

    Amazing service. I discovered a leak from my water heater in the early morning. I called Atlantis and they were able to schedule me for that day. I was called back after an hour or so and they asked if they could come earlier than previously planned (we love to see it).Once they arrived they were polite and professional. They attempted to replace a part of my water heater first to stop the leak; however, the replacement valve unfortunately did not stop the leak. They provided me an option for a replacement water heater. After I accepted the quote, they went to a warehouse and returned with the new water heater. They were quick and efficient with the install and removal of the old appliance. I would definitely use this company again!

    I called Atlantis plumbing on a Saturday at around 11am for a leak in my water line to my house. They committed to a same day appointment between 2 and 5pm. The technician callled ahead showed up at 2:30pm as promised. The leak was located, dug up, fixed, and water was back on around 5. Their technician (Brian) was friendly and knowledgeable.     I cant say enough positive things about my experience with Atlantis Plumbing, and more specifically, with Tony Strickland. I have been a customer of theirs for 5 years, and in that course, they have fixed every toilet in my house, every faucet, and replaced my water heater. Tony is the best person Ive ever had with their company, and that is quite a statement because everyone they send has been great. He arrived on the early side of my time slot after giving me a call to let me know he was on the way well in advance. He was so friendly and kind, and he diagnosed the problem immediately. I couldnt believe how quickly he fixed it and how fair the price was. I was prepared to pay a fortune for this toilet that was leaking water. He was in and out in no time and gave me the best service Ive ever gotten since I bought this place.     I called Atlantis and they sent Mr Mitchell McCoy. He looked at clogs and leaks and code violations in this old house (we just bought yesterday) from all angles. He was forthright and patient, answering every question and reviewing all options.     I scheduled a water heater installation with Atlantis because of my satisfaction on a few other issues they fixed for me.This was another positve experience. Although it took two days, because of a defect in the heater for the initial install, that wasnt discovered until the install was complete. Because it was late in the evening, Andrew Jordan asked if I would be okay to wait until the next day to correct the situation and I agreed. He assured me that he would return and reinstall another heater, that would not take much time. He came the next day and completed the install as we agreed. Ultimately, I was again satisfied and will call on Atlantis again.
