Just have to say this company is amazing. Holly and Dana took care of setting up appointments and did everything they said they would. They were kind, helpful and caring. Nicholas was the plumber that came out to our house and took care of our expansion tank. He called me with his ETA and was so very nice. He had to meet my best friend and realtor at my home where he was just amazing! We could have not found a better company to handle our problem. I am so impressed with their fantastic service. These guys are amazing. While I had to wait for a little while to get on their schedule, I could tell it was worth it as they were experts and I could trust them. They provided the least invasive option for replacing the line from my pump house to my house, volunteering to hand dig it to get it done on time. Collin in particular was kind and a real pro. Highly recommend.

With Hurricane Helene occurring just a couple of days after my leak was discovered, obviously everything came to a screeching halt, as it should have. But PlumbSmart, and especially Nick Collingwood, never gave up on getting my water situation resolved. Today I have water again. Yes, it is non- potable, of course, but PlumbSmart did a wonderful job! I highly recommend them!

My husband & I were so pleased with Raymond & Carson, who both had such a great knowledge of what we needed. They came, inspected our situation & then went out to get us a new hot water heater. 10/23/24 Dan and Carson were fantastic today! I have a leak, and I am so appreciative of the time Dan took to explain everything to me and give me multiple options to move forward. It is an older home, and the leak is between two tile walls, so it is not an easy job. It was so helpful to have all of this information, and now I can begin to move forward with both plumbing repairs and the water restoration project. I have trusted PlumbSmart with repairs since I have moved here, and I have never been disappointed. In addition to doing a great job, they are always so friendly and dependable. They asked to walk through everything that needed to be done, listened and asked questions, and then gave me several options and a quote for each. They made several repairs in the crawl space, installed a garbage disposal, and re-ran an exterior water line. They also recommended several products and services that will save me a lot of money and headache in the long run, and taught me several things specific to the water in my home. I have been a customer and fan of PlumbSmart for more than 5 years, starting with their ability to work on AO Smith heat pump water heaters. The recent plumbing issue started on Thanksgiving Day, 2024 (naturally). I had 3 house guests using the upstairs shower for the first time in months. In the kitchen, I started to hear a slow but distinct drip inside the ceiling, which stopped shortly after the last shower. I decided it was not an emergency, so Dana helped me set an appointment for the following Tuesday. Dana was very thorough. Tyler, who had worked at my house before, was on time, clean, friendly, and professional. In mere minutes, he had the bathtub drain opened up (and he cleaned it out while he was in there), diagnosed it as needing new plumbers putty to reseal the drain, and tested his work. We experienced no hot water several days before Christmas. Our hot water system is complicated…we use a Navien gas instant hot water heater. The system heats the hot water and also the radiant heat in our floor. Christmas is not the best time to find an available plumber who will come out and at least give you a diagnostic answer to the issue. I called several companies most were a week or more out before a technician was available.Plum Smart Plumbing and Drains sent me my plumber hero, who stuck with us during the difficult period of finding the broken part even promising to come here on Christmas Eve if the part arrived. Raymond, Michael, Corbin and Caleb did a great job completing the HomeServe-approved partial sewer line replacement, which now feeds into the remaining (intact/serviceable) original sewer line out to the municipal system. (We could not just see but also hear the whoosh of the wastewater flow through the new cleanup. Woo hoo!) During the excavation, they minimized the inevitable carnage to the landscaping.
