    I am so pleased with the service I received from peace of mind plumbing we had an emergency water leak so I put in a ticket with my rental company after calling my brother who is a plumber and recommended that I tell them it needs a professional plumber to fix it and that he happen to be available the next day. Well it turns out he was available within about an hour and the leak is already fixed and the water is flowing as intended thank you bro!     Hi, I am very pleased with the response and workmanship with this company. Even during the busy time after Helena they were able to come by to fix a leaky shut off valve.They had to be turned off before the water came back through the pipes. Turning them back on made way for valve leaks. I am 70 years old and crawled around on the floor for two days to fix two other leaky shut offs. The third one had me stumped. It was time for the heros at Peace of Mind Plumbing!!! The owner and technicians are knowledgeable, super nice, respectful and kind. Dont hesitate to call.

    I wish I could give Witt 10 stars. I never write reviews, so this is testament to him being exceptional. He really helped me when I was in an bind, was very supportive, was thorough in diagnosing the issue, and took extra time to talk about the repair process together, and to make sure I understood how it should be done properly. I immediately trusted him, and knew he would not over-charge or up-sell any repairs. Hes a warm, kind person whose personality put me at ease and reassured me that I was in good hands (his business is aptly named).     Witt, the owner, was nice enough to reschedule an existing appointment so he could install a new water heater in our home. Not only did we receive same-day service, but it was also exceptional! Witt [and his assistant Adam] did a truly outstanding job with the removal of the old unit and the installation of the new, answered all my questions, and left no stone unturned in making sure that we had an excellent customer experience! The price was completely reasonable, and I feel that the whole experience was a value. It has taken me 3 years to find a good plumber in my area; I have placed Peace of Mind Plumbing at the top of my contact list and feel incredibly comfortable knowing that they are there if I need them.     I had a major issue with hot water & pressure. Went with this smaller local company because the major contractors would rather replace every fixture in the house than find the source. I requested a $1500 hot water tank replacement.....he found a jammed valve and fixed it for $100. I liked Peace of Mind so much I hired them for another rental property and he showed up on the same day!!! 3 thumbs up!

    Experienced an odd issue with tankless water heater in a home we purchased in late 2019. Went through previous owners records and saw that Witt has done the installation. Contacted him and discussed the issue observed, and also asked him to descale the unit. He let me know his availability and arrived on time.     The best experience I have had with a plumber! We needed work done on a home that is under contract. I saw that people were saying what good work they do and at a reasonable price. I decided to give Peace of Mind Plumbing a call. After speaking to Whitt, I sent the inspection list over and he gave me a quote. He came when promised and even called to say he was on his way. One of the items on the list was a questionable expansion tank issue. He could have easily not been honest about the expansion tank and I would have not known the difference. However, he was honest and knowledgeable and did what needed to be done at a very reasonable price! I have 2 other rentals and he will now be my go to with plumbing. If there were ten stars on here I would give him all 10! You will not be disappointed!

    We have been working on a basement renovation, requiring a new hot water heater, new gas lines, and figuring out where a newly discovered shower leak was coming from.     I was able to schedule Witt and Jordan quickly to come to replace a water meter that had stopped working. As a bonus, they found the cause of a long-time problem with my water pressure and fixed that too. And if that wasn’t enough, they agreed to install a drain pipe for me while here.     Witt and Jordan are friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. We greatly appreciated the fact that they took the time to explain the details of what needed to be done and why they were making the fixes that they were going to do for our 2 bath remodels. They even discovered defective issues with the tub that was about to be installed and waited for us to quickly exchange it. Later we had another plumbing issue elsewhere and they came scheduled us within 24 hours to fix it. Out of our entire remodeling project, they were the best contractors we had. They were timely, prepared and organized, and even cleaned up afterwards. We will definitely keep using them in the future and highly recommend them to others.

    Peace of Mind Plumbing installed a new gas line for us running into our new sunroom so that we can use an unvented gas stove to heat the room. Witt suggested we use copper pipe since the line would be visible in the room running along the wall. The pipe turned out beautiful! He did a great job finding matching copper brackets to hold the pipe to the wall. Witt was very responsive when I contacted him and able to work me into his schedule quickly which I really appreciated. He also fixed a leaky sink while he was here! Great work, fair price, and super friendly guys. Will be using them for all my plumbing needs.

    Witt and his team are very professional and conscious using appropriate PPE when in the home with others for health safety. His team checked the water pressure in our home and also upgraded our double bowl kitchen sink to a single bowl sink and faucet. They did an amazing job! All of the plumping had to be re-worked for the new sink. It’s been some time and everything is working absolutely perfect. They are worth absolutely every penny!

    I had to contact the owner of this company on the Saturday after Christmas. He contacted me back really quickly. He asked for some information and we made a plan late on Saturday night. He was very kind and understanding. He said he would see me Monday morning. The last time we waited for a plumber they were late. Whitt had clear communication with me as to when he would be here. When they arrived they put their masks so we were Covid safe. They came in and asked a few more questions and went right to work. They replaced our hot water heater and helped clean out the aerators on our sinks. They werent here for more than an hour and a half total. While looking at our water, they noticed that our water is hard and full of minerals. I inquired about a water filtration system and we came up with a plan to get one of those. He took a water sample so we will know exactly what kind of system we need.They were very professional the whole time they were here, but they were also kind. I asked about 50 questions and they explained what was happening and how we could do some maintenance ourselves. We will 100% use this company for all of our future plumbing needs.

He identified the issue, called the manufacturer to manage the warranty issues, and removed and replaced the water heater.     We received excellent service from Piece of Mind Plumbing. We called the day before in a bit of a bind as Lowes delivered our new appliances but did not install them. Witt was able to fit us in the next afternoon. He expertly installed our dishwasher and microwave in under two hours. He was very prompt and extremely knowledgeable. We couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of his work and his professional work ethic. We will definitely use his services again if the need arises.

We had heard the symptoms of its defectiveness, but were unsure of what our problem was; nonetheless, Peace of Mind was able to quickly locate and diagnose the issue and replace it swiftly and efficiently.     Witt and his crew were great with a very caring and accommodating can do attitude. Had to coordinate a Lowe’s gas stove delivery so old stove could be disconnected first and taken away when Lowe’s Arrived. Both arrived at the same time as Witt communicated very well To make the changeout and install go smoothly. They even cleaned and wiped the space before new stove was installed. Everything felt comfortable and Witt was easy to talk to. Much less costly than what the local utility company wanted. Highly recommend.

    Witt was recommended on a local Facebook community page and I made the decision to call based on that and his Google reviews. He returned my call within a few minutes, asked for photos of the leak, and prepared me for the worst. He then called back to let me know when he would be here, and then showed up at the appointed time. He and his assistant were very professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently. The issue was not as bad as he thought it would be, so the repair was easier and cost less than we initially thought it would be. While here, they also replaced to flapper on a toilet that had been driving me batty with its loud dripping. I would absolutely use Witt again and have already recommended him to my neighbor.
