My Plumbers did an outstanding job! When our injector pump broke, my husband and I were in a tight spot. We called numerous plumbers but either got no response or were told they couldnt come for two weeks.My Plumber answered immediately and arrived within the hour. We were highly impressed with the quality of service and look forward to working with them again!

After closing on a condo in Asheville, we needed several things fixed per the inspection, had to replace the gas water heater and pressure valve and two toilets, and added a leak detector. I live 1.5 hours away, and everything had to happen by a move-in date just 4 weeks out. I had another plumbers word that he would manage it all, but he gave me the run-around until there was just one week left! My niece recommended I call My Plumbers; Johnmichael had worked on her house and she was totally satisfied. Stephen took my call, listened to my frantic story, went the next day to look at the condo to make an estimate, and promised to get the work done within the next two days. He communicated well with scheduling, told me one thing on the inspection was actually fine and didnt need re-doing, bought everything they needed, and he and Johnmichael completed the work (along with a couple of extra on-the-fly requests) beautifully and on time. Stephen asked pertinent questions and sent me photos since I was out of town. These are EXCELLENT plumbers who have integrity. They saved me and took away my worries. Dont hesitate to call them...FIRST.

I recently had My Plumbers do some major and minor work done at my house. John Michael and Steven were both knowledgeable, professional, honest, and all around nice guys! They took the time to explain and show me what needed to be done. I had them repair a break in my main line, unclog a drain in the basement and do a full service on my tankless water heater. They were prompt, communicative, very thorough and did a great job addressing my concerns and educating me on the process. Its always a concern about how youll be treated when dealing with home maintenance companies, but I felt at ease, respected and comfortable in our interactions from start to finish. Stephen and John-Micheal were fantastic. I had multiple companies come out to give me quotes on replacing the pressure reduction valve and install an expansion tank for my water heater. My Plumbers was fairly priced and started the job right away, working until after dark. With it being just days before Christmas Im thankful the guys took the time to make sure my home is comfortable for the holidays and I have hot water. I highly recommend My Plumbers and will be using them again if the need arises.

Excellent experience from start to finish - they had our issue wrapped up within a few hours after we had a pipe plug sucked down the main sewage line. They even fixed several issues from pipes that were improperly installed by a previous plumber, saving us from future problems. My husband and I were both shocked to see the added touch- they put straw and grass seed down on the small area of the yard they had to dig up. Steven and Johnmichael of My Plumbers are the people to call when you have plumbing issues. The pipe our hose froze and busted over the winter. Johnmichael assessed the situation and fixed the busted pipe within an hour. In addition he fixed it so that the pipe was held more sturdy than what was there before. He made suggestions as to what to do to keep the pipe from busting again. I would absolutely recommend their services to everyone.

Our downstairs toilet started overflowing late on a Friday afternoon while I was showering. After being alerted to the problem, I got out mid-shower to discover that our sewer was backing up. We called 4 different plumbers to try to find somebody that could come help with our plumbing emergency, and My Plumbers was the ONLY company to respond.Im glad they were the ones who agreed to help, because they were SO great! Not only did they come within one hour of me calling on a Friday afternoon, they were also super professional and skilled at their job. Professional, responsive, and great workmanship. What more can you ask for? I had them install a tank-less water heater and also run a gas line for a backup generator. Their prices are very reasonable and the quality of their work was superb. This was the finishing touches on house addition project that I had done. Best interaction and service with any of the contractors a dealt with. They also spotted an issue with the gas line for the furnace which was just replaced. The HVAC contractors took some shortcuts and didnt have have gas piping installed correctly which also had a slight leak. If I need plumbing services again they will 100% get my business again.

Also put the shut off valves and all the gas stoves as well as outside to our whole house generator. Very professional.nstall dual water filtration set up using existing Twist to Clean Sediment Filter in series with new whole home10, 2 filter 50/5 micron filters. Securely mount filter housing to walls. Install with Isolation valves for service. Test equipment for leaks and proper operation.

You would be wasting time shopping around for a better fix to any plumbing problem you may have. Stephen and JohnMichael showed no hesitation in rectifying the plumbing needs of a two duplex property in Henderson County with the emergency need of water due to a heart breaking and misfortunate house fire two weeks ago that left one family without a home and three other families without water.My Plumbers swept in on short notice, prioritizing the essential need of getting water to the three other families after this tragic event.My wife and I watched as both Stephen and JohnMichael worked relentlessly to install a brand new water pump. As well as, the installation of new piping and other gadgets that was needed for water to be rerouted from the burned down unit to the other unit across the street.This process required digging a two foot trench over 130 feet in length through land rich in hard rock and under a paved driveway. And, much of this was done while rain poured down on these hard working young men!The only thing that delayed this job from being finished in record time was the weather and the unfortunate complacency of the Henderson County bureaucracy to inspect the site as scheduled.Bottom line is, for the best value and more importantly, professionalism and quality, My Plumbers should be the only call you will ever have to make if ever in need of a plumbing expert!

Stephen of My Plumbers is a gem! He has been to our home several times for several different plumbing needs, from clean and neat indoor jobs to outside in the mud dealing with supply line problems. He really knows plumbing, and he always seeks to do the job carefully, completely, and correctly, seeking not just to solve plumbing problems but to be helpful as he does so. I find his professionalism and personal character to be tops. I trust him to be in our home, plus hes quite friendly and makes for good conversation when he is in our home. Im very glad to have Stephen as My Plumber.

This was for a dishwasher install. We had Johnmichael come by to install a new dishwasher we had purchased. He arrived on time, helped talk through the various things he was doing while he was installing so I could learn along the way, made sure it was level and well secured during final install stage, tested it to make sure there were no leaks, organized the cord and drain under the sink, and hauled away the old one for us. Great service, friendly and professional, and will recommend to anyone else who needs a plumber!
