We have a second home in AVL and our 15 ye old kitchen faucet was on its last leg. Called Haynes and they worked is on our next visit day. Guys (Jess and James) called when on way, were right on time, were so very polite and personable and quickly assessed that we needed to replace the faucet and adjoining soap dispenser. They offered to got to Lowes, call us to share what was in stock and consistent with other plumbing hardware, and send us pics to chose from. We selected the one we wanted, they quickly returned and took out the old and put in the new. Start to finish, 90 minutes!! The best home service call EVER!! STRONGLy recommend both Haynes and Jess and James! WOW!!!!!

Haynes plumbing did an amazing job for me!They called and scheduled my repair 30 mins after I placed a repair order with the insurance plan I had through Duke energy. They came to my home the next morning.They replaced my water heater stayed to make sure it was working properly and was professional and courteous. Would give them a 10 if I could. Thankyou again

Had a leaky water heater (40 years old) and was scheduled to leave town on vacation in 3 days. They came promptly at the promised time the next day, had to do some re configuring of the piping to make it work (old house), and were done in 3 hours. That included 1 hour to go and get a heater that would work, as I wasnt sure what size I needed when I initially called. Super friendly and skilled. Even installed extra valving that was not required, but a good idea. Couldnt be happier.

Had an emergency issue with a leak under the sink in our vacation rental today and I cant say enough good things about Matt with Haynes Plumbing! He called me back right away and was at my house in less than 30 minutes. I called around to 5 different places and am still waiting on some of them to get back to me even now. Time was of the essence since we had guests slated to check in this afternoon. Matt was friendly, professional, and up front about pricing. People forget that plumbers are highly skilled laborers with advanced knowledge and education and that emergency weekend services arent going to be cheap, nor should they be. That said, I thought their rate was reasonable and fair all things considered! Matt diagnosed the problem right away and was able to be in and out in an hour and half, and that included going to get a part that was needed for the fix. Thanks to Matt and Haynes Plumbing for saving the day! We will be using Haynes again in the future for our plumbing needs.

I needed a hot water heater replaced asap as it is a cabin short term rental and I had guests staying. They didn’t have any openings for the day so said they would put me on after hours schedule. Around noon I got a call from the technician who said he would be to my cabin in less than an hour. They were on time, had what they needed and did a fine job. All at a reasonable cost. I’ve had them a number of other times over the years and find them very reliable and cost effective!

I was in a bit of a bind and called them last minute to help with some plumbing in my kitchen. Heather was so kind and patiently listened to my dilemma. I was expecting to get scheduled for the following day, but she dispatched an available plumber that was just finishing up a job.Matt showed up, diagnosed my problem and was fixing it in minutes. He was extremely friendly and skilled. He was in and out in less than 45 minutes. These folks got me out of a tight spot, and I highly recommend their services.

I recently engaged Haynes Plumbing to perform repairs at a residence in Leicester, NC. The scheduler promptly put me on the list for service very quickly. A two man crew showed up at the time and day of promised service. Both of Haynes employees were polite, clean, well equipped to perform services. They took care of my issues promptly. The fees charged for services rendered were very fair. I would certainly recommend HB Haynes Plumbing for repair work.

Jesse and Zach are amazing. They were on time, professional thorough. Jesse went into my crawlspace and communicated with Zack from the bathroom above. Zach then joined Jesse in the crawlspace to further examine the area with him. In conclusion, the issue was diagnosed and Im satisfied with their findings. I actually have a foundation issue- no plumbing leaks!!! I would definitely allow them to service my home again and highly recommend them. Two other Haynes Plumbers have also serviced issues in our home but unfortunately, I didn’t think to write a review and can’t recall their names (so sorry). One of them connected an expansion tank and installed a new shower handle. He also advised me on a water heater issue that I was concerned about, which turns out to be not as big a deal as I thought. I would definitely allow them to service my home again as well. I love Haynes plumbing..

Jeff and Randall were so awesome to work with.We had to hire MB Haynes to fix a broken water line and they had it done within an hour. I would recommend them.
