Angie is incredible with communicating and always sends out a great team. Speaking of the team, Brandon J. is awesome! Hes been out to our shop a couple of times -- always prompt, does a great job, and explains the systems in a way we can understand. We appreciate being able to learn about heating and cooling from experts like Brandon because this helps us maintain our systems better and we can continue to provide a comfortable experience for our customers. This visit was for regular maintenance on my gas furnace. I was very pleased with the work. Brandon and Paul arrived as scheduled and completed the work quickly and efficiently and answered my questions. I was contacted by the office as promised when I signed the maintenance contract. This is very helpful since I did not have to remember to call and schedule. I have been very happy with every contact I have had with Bolton and am so glad I found them. They have provided excellent service for my heating/air and plumbing needs. Also, their prices have been fair and competitive. Knowledgeable service techs and excellent customer service!

Bolton and its technician, Michael Shelton, were great! Michael was very thorough in explaining why our bathroom sink faucet was leaking, and did an excellent repair. Michael had to make a second trip to get another replacement faucet--the first one was missing parts--and gave us a discount for the time the repair took (although it wasnt his fault that the first replacement was missing parts!) We highly recommend Bolton Services.

I was really worried when my carbon monoxide alarm went off, suggesting a gas leak. I called Bolton Services, & they came out the next day, which was a huge relief.The tech arrived on time, was super friendly, & checked everything for gas leaks—from the outside meter to the fireplace, water heater, & furnace. He used a gas leak detector & manual tests with a liquid on every pipe joint to be thorough.He didn’t find any leaks but explained everything clearly & answered all my questions. I’m relieved it was a false alarm & have already scheduled an appointment with a chimney company to have the 60+ year-old gas vent piping inspected as he recommended.Highly recommend Bolton for their quick & friendly service!

The Bolton installation team got in touch with us beforehand and let us know exactly when to expect them. When they had all the components they needed, the installation was done fairly quickly. One modification had to be made after the install, but the end result has been great. The StreamLabs device has already alerted us about a fixture that was left running, and it automatically shut off the water. Great product so far, and Michael and the folks from Bolton were professional, friendly, and kept us in the loop at every stage of the process. And this was over the holidays, during challenging weather. Great company!

I had a major flood in the basement that was started by an emergency valve release from my water heater. The week prior I noticed increased pressure and leaking from a tub faucet.During the emergency I contacted the number on my water heater after hours (not bolton, a national brand company) and they stated it was the water heater and I needed it replaced.During normal business hours I was able to schedule a visit to have my water heater and other concerns addressed. Annette answered my call (kind and understanding) helped get me connected with Mike (tech/ plumber). Mike is awesome. He listened to my history, and asked a few questions, and before we even walked inside he knew the likely culprit (spoiler: not the water heater). He corrected my pressure regulator, installed an improved cutoff, and made my water heater whole again. He also improved the access to the valve. He also checked a drain! He was polite, listened, and offered his thoughts as well as provided different solution options.I have nothing to say accept Bolton is the place to address all your plumbing needs. They get it done correctly. They are nice. They are very reasonably priced. If there is a wait for service it is completely worth it.

Called Bolton at 12:30 pm explaining I had a toilet that wouldn’t stop running even with the shut off valve turned off. Ronnie was super nice, took the time to listen to me and assess the situation over the phone and said he would try to get someone out to my house that day. At 3:30 I got a call from Michael saying they were on their way. I was shocked and very grateful they were able to come on such short notice. Michael and Matthew were awesome! They were very professional, took the time to show and explain everything they were doing, worked fast & were conscious of keeping their surroundings clean and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. They showed up with all the tools and parts needed to complete the job! They were very polite and a pleasure to work with. They’re definitely my “go to” from now on.

We had some issues with all four of our toliets having discolored water. We wondered if this was a problem for the neighborhood and called the City Water Department. They were not responsive, and we were disappointed. However, we had heard of Bolton Plumbing and asked if they had an answer and if there might be a leak. Ronnie went out of his way to contact the City to see if there was any construction being done that might lead to such a problem. He also sent Michael out the next morning to check the meter. Michael was terrific. He took me to the meter and explained what was happening. Fortunately, there was no water leak, and he explained that sometimes toilets get residue in them because of deteriorating pipes. It wouldnt show up in our taps because they had screens. While it was a challenging situation for us, we now have a plumber we can use in the future. Thank you Ronnie and Michael.

I recommend Bolton for plumbing repairs without hesitation.They are very professional, efficient, thorough and communicative. They also exceed expectations in numerous ways.I reached out to Bolton for a leaking hot water heater. I had to leave a voicemail and decided to call another plumber to get someone out ASAP. At the other company, I only spoke to a receptionist without any technical knowledge. I was leaving on vacation later that day and asked that they would have a plumber call me to tell me what precautions I should take before leaving.Ronny from Bolton called me back immediately after. Although he knew I already had someone else scheduled to come out the following Monday when I returned home, he still took his time talking to me and giving me as much information as possible (he actually was able to diagnose it on the phone by walking me through checks). He obviously is a plumber himself which isnt usually what I get when I call a plumbing company. Because of this experience, I asked them to come out on Monday. Curious if the other company would have a plumber contact me, I did not cancel until the end of day. I never did get a call.The plumber who came was Matt. He had another plumber with him that he was mentoring. If not mentoring, he was at least more experienced with this particular matter and you could tell he was thoughtfully passing on his knowledge. Both were great and I was really impressed by their communication when diagnosing the problem and talking through all the potential issues. To each other, they were using very precise lingo. To me, they were great at making it more understandable. Both are important.Because of the experience, I have a punch list for them. Matt has been back out and allowed my 4 year old watch him work and talked him through everything he was doing and why. My son was very engaged and interested but unfortunately now has a lot of plumbing questions for me. Matt also texted me well after hours. I wasnt expecting any communication until the following morning.Very good experience. About $20/hour more than the other place I called, but that is nothing given how critical of a service it is to get right.

Got a $600 water bill on Monday and could not find any evidence of a leak in my home so I immediately had a local plumbing contractor come out the following day and was told that I didnt have a shut off valve for my home except for the main owned by Woodfin. He told me it would be $2600 for exploratory digging to locate the leak and to install a valve. (Not even counting repair)I wanted to get a second opinion so I Reached out to Bolten. Ronnie contacted me and asked a few questions and I explained my situation. He decided to come out and take a look at it himself before sending out a team. He was here within an hour. He spent 20 min here looking around and asking questions before he told me where he felt my main water shut off was and had someone come back that evening to dig a couple feet to check. He was spot on. He had a team come back that following morning to make the repair and I couldnt be more thankful for his honesty and all he did to help me fix my issue. Thanks Bolten! 3rd Service 2023 Michael and his helper came out on same day I called to fix the house pressure regulator that was causing water heater leak from relief valve. Excellent service, friendly and professional plus a fair cost. 2nd service 2022- techs came out and cleared clogged sewer line and did an expert job. I can rely on Bolton and their plumbing staff.1st service Toilet leak at floor connection and a sink shutoff valve would not stop water flow. I was able to get next day service. James arrived right on the scheduled time and looked over the work. He was able to repair the valve instead of replacing which saved time and money. He replaced toilet floor drain wax seal and cleaned up area. Tested it all out to make sure all ok. Highly recommend Bolton service. I will call them first when it comes to any work they support.

Lets face it, any time there is an HVAC problem... you just know there will be a big bill. So, I try to maintain a relationship with the same company (Bolton) so they have a history of my equipment and a relationship with me.

Always let you know the exact problem you have. Always leave there work area clean. And I use them because I always fill comfortable leaving them alone to do the job if Im there or not. Also have a great contract service that I think gets alot of problems before they happen.

Excellent work, Sean and crew were friendly, good price, and handled everthing with the county.Bolton HVAC: Did outstanding work to swap out the old oil furnace, fire it up/test it, and handle Buncombe county inspection. Brady, Brian, Randy and Andrew did a great job coordinating these efforts, gave a good price, and are nice.

I own a high end Airbnb. Late at night I learned that my guests had no hot water. Called Bolton and within 30 minutes a friendly, knowledgeable plumber was right at my door. Sadly, the gas hot water heater had heated its last shower, but not for lack of trying to bring her back from the dead. Knowing how important it was for my guests to resume having hot water for their stay, my plumber, Davie Robinson, did some on the spot problem solving, and suggested hooking up the guest bathrooms to the electric hot water heater across the basement that heats my unit. He saved the day, did it right then and there. My guests have a hot shower waiting this morning bc of his excellent service and know how. Thanks, Davie! And thanks, Bolton. Would def use again.

And when you do have an appointment, half the time theyre late, if they actually show up at all. Supply and demand, I guess.
