**Update**.I’ve changed my review from 2-star to 5-star. I just received a call from Daniel, the owner at Texas Choice. He apologized and explained what happened. They are coming out today to install the heating strips.They came out in Sept to install a new A/C System. The price was right and the install seemed to go fine. Fast forward to the recent freeze and our heater didn’t work. It was 54 degrees in my house, so I called them on Thursday, Dec. 22 and they sent some one out on the 27th.We found out from the repair technician, during the install, the heating strips they use were on backorder. No one at the time of install, in September, made us aware of this. They said on the 27th they would order the parts and let us know when they would be installed. I just called today, Jan. 2nd, to follow up with them as know one has called me with an ETA. They are supposed to be following up. We’ll see.
