Ive worked with Cherry Blossom Plumbing multiple times and I have been pleased each and every time. Here is a run down of recent work Ive had completed recently.Apr 25: Today AJ came by to do the annual safety inspection. He was quick and efficient and everything checked out great. Since I had him here I also had him fix a number of sinks around the house that had bad cartridges, along with a bathroom sink that had a bad faucet and handle that was rusting out and kept spraying rust particles all over my sink. AJ helped me pick out a nice faucet and handle set within my budget that will stop the rust problem from happening again and was super fast at replacing all of the broken cartridges around my house. The price was reasonable and he did great work. I would recommend.Mar 8: Johnny from Cherry Blossom Plumbing was very efficient and helpful. I had been working with the water company to troubleshoot and isolate a non-visible leak that was causing my water bills to skyrocket. I already knew my toilets were to blame because the water company had shown me how to check for a problem, but having Cherry Blossom show up to double check my entire house was great, because not only were we able to confirm the toilets were the problem, I was educated on what was causing the problem and what to look for going forward. I was given three option choices (low to high) and ended up going with the high option which was to remove and replace all of the toilets. I could have saved money, but in this situation my equipment was old and I figured Id just be doing it again if I didnt do it right. Once I had made my decision, Johnny offered to do the work same day, and was able to pick up all of the supplies including the new toilets. I could have customized my order any way I wanted and I could have had him purchase a different toilet, but the options he had in stock were of high quality, so I didnt need to spend my time looking around for other options. Once the job was committed, Johnny then spent several tireless hours diligently removing and replacing everything. I live in a three story house, and he was lugging heavy equipment up and down the stairs without a single complaint. He even answered any questions that my kids had. After he was finished, he inspected everything and cleaned up his work area. Everything is working great and Im very pleased with the results. Cherry Blossom Plumbing made my plumbing experience very easy and painless. It turned a bad day into a good day. I highly recommend them.

I used to think, if youve had one plumbing company to your home, youve had them all to your home. I was wrong when I scheduled an appointment with Cherry Blossom Plumbing. Their company operates with precision, I was informed about so many aspects of my plumbing, Johnny was a wealth of knowledge. I chose the repair he recommended, and due to the severity of the issue was trying to keep some faith. No other plumbers have been able to agree about how to go about the repair, and so I was reluctant, and even when it was working after he was done, I still felt as though I was waiting on the ball to drop... I called them yesterday for a separate toilet issue that just arose, and experienced the same professionalism as before, they really are experts in their work. Johnny remembered me, and we spoke briefly as he is so kind, and I told him that i was shocked everything was still working like new, and hes right, that is the difference between them and other companies. Cherry Blossom Plumbing responded quickly to my panicked Sunday night email and set up an appointment for Monday morning. Charlie showed up during the scheduled appointment window & got to work right away. I live in a condo & he arrived the same time as building maintenance & after a bit of back & forth between him & the maintenance man, it became so obvious that I made the right decision by calling a licensed plumber. The service was not cheap and we were both in agreement that I was doing building maintenance a very expensive favor but considering the amount of labor Charlie put in, I was at peace with the cost by the end the day & able to use my bathroom. He even looked at my aging kitchen faucet, pointing out amateur work & told me what it would take to repair or replace everything. Ive lived in this place for almost 10 years without any major plumbing issues & I hope to never have another one but I would use Cherry Blossom Plumbing again.

Second time using these guys so figured I’d drop a review.First experience was the week of thanksgiving when a water line started leaking in the ceiling of my kitchen. Called Cherry Blossom and they sent John out the next day. He was able to diagnose and offer a couple of options for repair. Once we decided on which way to proceed John came back the next day to do the install. He was able to get me back up and running for thanksgiving on short notice!Second time around the kitchen sink was backing up. Called up cherry blossom who sent out a tech the next day again. This time around the service tech was unable to fix my issue, though it was evident he did not have the experience level that John did. The tech was unable to clear my line and ended up charging me for extra time because he was struggling with the repair - didn’t make sense to me that the cost was passed on to me for that. I called Cherry blossom later dissatisfied with my experience - I was confident my issue was not complicated and required a simple to fix (I am a contractor as well and am usually able to diagnose these things before calling in for service). The next day they sent John out. John did exactly what I asked the first tech to do (for some reason the first guy ended up doing his own thing which is ultimately why it was unsuccessful). John was able to clear my line in about an hour and then helped get my drain tied back in. Both times cherry blossom has offered prompt response time, and John is knowledgeable and good to work with. He’s good about offering a couple options to help mitigate cost as well. I do recommend these guys - and if you call, ask for John.

We just bought a house and needed repairs done to our former high-rise condo bathroom -- replacing a non-standard shower setup to a standard one, which involved replacing valves and piping. Additionally, there was a leak detected in the main water shutoff valve of our new home. Cherry Blossom Plumbing responded to my request for help immediately, and the plumber who came for the consultation was there EARLY. It was almost annoying because we were in the middle of moving when they showed up, but after I got over my shock, I realized just how amazing their service was, and Im really glad I got my head on right and continued working with them. Their technicians are incredible, on-time, quick with their work, considerate, and forward thinking. I can give you two examples (since we had two work orders for them).Jorge came to check out the leak in our main water valve. As soon as he saw it, he said, Actually, thats a super simple job, and one I can do right now. Were it not for the homes water shutoff on the street, being a bit old to navigate, he would have done it right away. I called the countys water utility company, and they came to mark the right shut-off switch. He came over the next day and took care of it right then and there.Jorge was originally scheduled to do our shower as well, but JP took over for him. High-rise buildings can be tricky to navigate, but Cherry Blossom Plumbing did a great job communicating when and where the residents water shutoff needed to happen (and for how long). After extensive replacing of pipes in a hallway bathroom, HP had the nonstandard shower replaced with a standard one *with* the option to redirect water to a bathtub location should a future owner ever wish to take out the shower and install one instead. He also communicated these changes with a handyman who was to come over the next day to do the tiling and wall patches.Their work comes with a guarantee that if something were to go wrong, they would come by and make it right. But honestly, the fixes seem to be sound.I cant gauge what the going rate for this type of work is, but I am just incredibly pleased with the quality and professionalism of their work, and know that the amount we paid is worth the peace of mind of knowing that everything was done the right way. Id highly recommend their services.UPDATE: We called them again to fix a leak in our outdoor spigot, and Halil K came out to fix it. He provided us with some options after taking a look at how the previous house owners had installed things — fix just the immediate problem, fix the outdoor spigots to code, or fix all the outdoor spigots *and* install a pressure modulator. He helped us get a discount, as the latter option was really pricey, and then diligently stayed late and worked through other unforeseen complications until it was done. We appreciate his hard work! The spigots don’t leak, and hopefully the pressure modulation protects our plumbing system for a long time.

Awesome service. Sean was personable and a good conversationalist. After expressing concern for the price of removing clog and telling him the estimate I got from different company, he worked with me to get lower price by calling the office to find out how low they can go. Came back with a lower price and got the service done. Notified me I could get this reimbursed by building possibly since clog was in the main line so he will compile a detailed report. I know who to call if I ever have plumbing issue again!Edit: I requested to be emailed the invoice about 3 times and all times did not receive it. Neither main nor spam folder. Asked to be mailed the invoice and after a week still nothing. Very questionable customer service. Plus, the plumber apparently knew the clog was in the main line so he was supposed to stop since thats the responsibility of the building not me but he did it anyways and said the building should reimburse me. In reality, he was supposed to stop based on protocol and I needed to call the building so they can solve the issue. Now I have to not only get the invoice, which Im having trouble with, but also have to go through the hassle of emailing building manager the invoice and explanation of situation. Even then its not guaranteed that I will be reimbursed so this whole situation has been very unpleasant although the initial stages were pleasant so gonna have to knock my whole experience down to 3 stars.Edit 2: after posting the first edit someone in the company must have seen it and I was finally emailed the invoice. Good to see they pay attention.

We had a great experience with Casteel Plumbing, which I understand may be changing its name shortly to Cherry Blossom Plumbing. We had 3 different jobs — repairing a kitchen faucet that was leaking, a bathroom faucet that was leaking, and an above counter bowl sink that was leaking. These were not cookie cutter jobs because required special parts from the manufacturer and follow-up. Johnny was terrific, came out several times and patiently worked through the issues with a nice personal touch and came up with good solutions. The prices were reasonable and service was good. For 5 months we smelled mold and had 5 companies come through that couldnt find the source. Johnny came in and inspected our sump pump and pit. He cleaned it and installed a new system the same day. Right after install, the mold smell was gone. He explained exactly how the sump pump got to that state and the different qualities of the sump pumps. Johnny also replaced our entire house plumbing with PEX. We had aging CPVC. He IDd on the spot the age, generation of the CPVC, and how it got to its brittle state. He explained the pros and cons of replacement options and how extensive he could do his work. We said to replace it all and he spent long nights working to get it all changed out in 3 days so we could get our family moved in quickly. And when we said the water pressure seemed a bit low, he spent extra time investigating the cause. I cannot thank him enough.

If you are looking for an economical plumbing service, Cherry Blossom Plumbing should not be your first choice. The company charged quiet a lot for its service. I spent a bit over $5500 to replace (after 35 years of service) and upgrade to code all the plumbing valves, main waterline, and water heater in my basement. Moreover, the company was very rigid with their pricing. I could have sourced the work to another plumbing company or a handyman for more affordable rates.However, the workmanship and the quality of materials used to upgrade my plumbing fixtures are of high quality. They do their work “by the book” to make sure compliant with the code. Whereas others may use braided pipes or PVC, Cherry Blossom installed copper pipes and brass valves. The water heater that I received was not the kind that big box hardware stores carry. The plumbers even routed the pipes out of the way on the floor so we don’t accidentally stumble or step on them. They took their time with their work to ensure correct installation and proper working of all the equipment. I can tell that the plumbers took pride in their profession and craftsmanship, and they answered all of my questions and concerns knowledgeably.I subscribe to its annual membership for yearly plumbing maintenance for the wholehouse and water heater. As someone who is not handy with tools, I bought “peace of mind” knowing that a local licensed plumber will be on call to take care of any plumbing issues at my house.

I discovered a leak under my kitchen sink and searched online for a plumbing company with all the normal fears. I reached out to Cherry Blossom Plumbing finally after reading some reviews and looking at their website. When I called they were very reasonably priced for a service call and available to come out within a few hours. The person over the phone was very friendly and helpful (didnt get your name but thank you). The licensed service expert, superhero plumber and awesome guy JP, was absolutely beyond amazing. He is very knowledgeable and didnt mind answering my questions (and I asked a lot). He was straightforward, friendly and honest about the repair. I definitely will be using them again without question or a second thought. I cant thank them enough for being available immediately and sending JP (aka superhero plumber) out. Highly recommend JP and Cherry Blossom Plumbing for friendliness, reasonable prices, quality, quick service and integrity. Thank you so much.

John, the technician, came on an emergency call to our home and did a diagnostic on the situation, he was right about the situation. He was polite, professional and did what he could to resolve the issue. He understood that it was a special circumstance and didn’t charge us an emergency fee, which we are grateful for cause he was understanding. I would definitely use this company for my needs and definitely would ask for John to come back out. Great job and thank you!

Needed help with a clogged kitchen sink on the weekend and was so happy the company answered my call after not getting a response from a few other places. Got even more lucky a technician was on a job and was able to come within a few hours. John was great and walked through everything he was doing.
