Jim and his son Henry came to replace some faucets for us and troubleshoot several older sink and shower faucets and drains. We have allergies in our family, and he and his son took extra care to keep us safe, which was very appreciated. They are able to come scent-free if anyone in your family is sensitive to scents! Jim is very knowledgeable and helped me order the right parts to fix everything properly. He and his son were both extremely pleasant and helpful, highly recommend! -
