5 stars, wish we can give 10 stars! Cant say enough good things about Andy and Lucia. We bought new construction homes before, this is the first time we took on a whole house remodeling project. We remodeled close to 4,000 sqft, full kitchen gut, new built-ins for dining room and family room, removed walls, raised the sunken living room floor whole house hardwoods, custom designed iron stair railings, and four custom bathroom remodels. After meeting with three firms, Top Builders presented a competitive bid plus the opportunity to work with a designer - a first for us - and the highlight of the whole project.Weve never worked with a designer, and we were so impressed by Lucia. We came into the design process with a starter idea mood board and she dove into it to help us refine and unify the design. She was patient, communicative, respected our individual ideas, expanded those ideas into areas we didnt consider, and I think we even stretched her based on designs Ive seen while traveling and online - ask them about the LED light strip in our primary shower!Were so pleased that Lucia and Top Builders have been nominated for a prestigious kitchen design award with our kitchen remodel project, the winner to be announced at a national conference in Las Vegas this coming February - were rooting for you! Ill update the review when they win! The project was very detailed and organized, everything was scheduled perfectly, they finished on time with no budget surprises, they handled change orders and small design shifts with professionalism and a can-do attitude, and they came back on-time for follow up punch list items.This project turned out so beautiful that well be here for a long time! If youre considering a project like ours, or any size, you cant go wrong giving them a chance, youll be as pleased as we are!

Andy and his team did exceptional work finishing our basement several years ago. We recently found an issue with the dryer vent, and despite being past their warranty period, Andys team returned to completely fix the issue in less than a day. We utilized TopBuilders for our first floor (kitchen and structural) renovation. In short, we couldn’t recommend them more highly.Andy and Lucia are just incredible to work with from a design and budget standpoint. They have great vision and execution capabilities as a team, and they set very realistic budget and schedule expectations.Dennis and his crew worked with Andy and Lucia to make the project come to life. They are real pros, and left the site in great order daily. We used Top Builders to remodel two bathrooms and replace flooring in our upstairs and we selected them as we were looking for a contractor that would do both design and build and provide high quality work. The design experience with Mary Ellen was great as she understood our vision and style right away and helped us make excellent choices. Andy and his team were super responsive to any issues that popped up during construction (and even after the job ended!) and handled everything right away. They were reliable, courteous, and willing to work with us to ensure we got what we wanted. The project ended on schedule and on budget and we couldn’t be happier with our new upstairs!

We love Top Builders and are completely satisfied with the remodeling of our bathroom and laundry room. The entire process, from initial consultation to the completion of the project, was smooth, well-communicated, and efficient. Mary Ellen made the design experience easy and gave excellent recommendations. Denis and his team were efficient, professional and did quality work. They always showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves every night before leaving. Andy regularly checked up with us to assess the progress and always answered questions promptly.The renovation was completed on schedule. Overall our experience with Top Builders has been nothing but positive. Although our kitchen renovation was somewhat small, we were treated as if it was their most important project. Our initial interaction with the firm was with their design consultant, Mary Ellen. She met with us in her showroom and provided us with many options. She also came to our home to do measurements and also help with understanding what we wanted. Even with our small job, Mary Ellen gave us an unlimited amount of her time and expertise. Ultimately, the demo went smoothly and the installation of the new backsplash and countertops was seamless. All the work was expertly performed. We are extremely happy with the finished product but do not want to overlook mentioning our strong satisfaction with the communications through the entire process. Our project was small and we easily could have fallen below the radar. To the contrary, Andy L. kept us informed of when the workmen would be on site and what would be done each day. He quickly answered any questions we asked via text or email. We never felt that our project had fallen into some black hole. We are not new to home renovation projects and rate Andy L and the Top Builders team a 10 out of 10 rating. We were very impressed!!

I cant say enough good things about the teams at Top Builders. I VERY rarely leave 5 star reviews anywhere, but they get one. Mary Ellen made the design experience easy, she listened to my complaints about my old kitchen, and came up with solutions. She very patiently educated me, and we walked through the process from picking out designs, cabinets, appliances, and all the little details. Im glad I listened to her, because it came out fantastic. Andrej, Denis, and their teams were fast, efficient, but most importantly: detailed and excellent. They very patiently answered my questions, and any concerns I had. Any curveball I threw at them was met with too easy, no problem. They also cleaned up after themselves every night before leaving. I dont normally write reviews, or make recommendations to co-workers/friends, but Ive done both in this instance!

Top Builders renovated our kitchen, as well as replaced all floors and ceilings on the first floor. In terms of price, they came in around the middle of the different contractors that we interviewed. We also utilized their designs in the project, and leaned on them heavily for elements where we did not have a clear vision. The finished result looks amazing, and they finished earlier than they had estimated (which is always a nice thing). Along the way, they were very responsive to questions that we had, as well as any concerns. If we need to do another project in our house, we will certainly use them again. We highly recommend using them for any big project in your own home.

I have all incredibly positive things to say about the team at Top Builders. They did two major projects in my home - a complete gut and renovation of my kitchen and hallway bathroom. The design process was incredibly smooth and fun. It went smoothly because Lucia really listens. Her initial design was almost perfect because she heard what we were looking for. Her design expertise was invaluable and helped me achieve my vision for a beautiful, modern kitchen and bathroom that still fitted in with my 1930’s home. Andy is clear and upfront about absolutely everything - start date, milestones, delivery, etc. He holds to a tight timeline that shows how tightly he’s coordinated the work. The team was here everyday from day 1 through completion. So when he says it will take 6-8 weeks or 4-6, he means it. If something is unknown, he follows up. Denis is the other amazing person on this team. He oversees and executes the work. The team shows up promptly at 8 and does quality work. They are conscientious and are careful to keep the work isolated as much as is possible to reduce impact to the rest of the house. I recommend this team highly. I could not have asked for a better experience. These were my first major home renovation projects and I feel fortunate to have found such a reliable and quality team to work with.

We had over 4 different contractors come into our house for a kitchen estimate. They all came back with the same ideas and layout.When Top Builders came to see our space, they came to us with a refreshing new idea and layout for our kitchen right during our meeting.We were baffled as to why no one else had seen this other better and more efficient way of doing our kitchen.They turned an old galley kitchen into the kitchen of my dreams!Our kitchen is now a focal point where we can entertain friends and family while we cook.One of my favorite aspects of this project is that the owners of the company, Andy and Lucia, took full ownership of our project. To the point that we left town while renovations happened and came back to a fully renovated, beautiful bright and open kitchen.Amazing attention to detail, amazing customer service and amazing quality!

We used Top Builders based on a recommendation from friends and we couldnt be more satisfied. Our job involved a total repair of a tiled bathroom double shower that the original company did not properly waterproof. Andy came in, diagnosed the problem and made thoughtful recommendations on how to approach the project. Their prices were very reasonable.Andy was very accommodating after we had some delays due to illness and then with the arrival of the tile. He always made it work to accommodate our schedules, was polite, and very responsive, as were his brother and their crew. They came when promised and finished the project on time. Andy even reached out to ask if we were happy with the end results. The process was very smooth and the finished project looks great.As we consider other projects well definitely put Top Builders at the top of our list. Thank you Top Builders!

Andy, Dennis and their crews are simply outstanding. Top Builders took our kitchen down to the studs and completely rebuilt it to perfection. They originally said the project might take 5 to 6 weeks, they finished in 4. All throughout the project they kept us as operational as they could. The crews showed up on time and worked straight through the day. The quality of the work was outstanding, tile work was very tight, moulding the same. We have had major projects with our basement and bathrooms by different contractors, all very good, but Top Builders was the best.

The remodeling of our master bath was extensive, requiring the complete demolition of our existing bath and walk in closet, then the complete reassembly of both rooms. The outcome was amazing and we only wish we had done this project years earlier. Andy and his team met all of our expectations, kept us in the loop as the project evolved, and managed to not overly disrupt our lives while the project was ongoing (a huge accomplishment since we were in the house at the time). We would unhesitatingly recommend Andy Lukosik of Top Builders and Mary Ellen DeCaprio of Cherrydale Kitchen & Bath for your kitchen or bath renovation. We did not want a standard, cookie-cutter white kitchen. Plus our existing lay-out wasn’t working (in either the kitchen or the primary bathroom), so we did not want to use a design/build firm that requires a commitment and a substantial up-front payment before seeing any design ideas. After coming to our house and taking measurements and listening to what we didn’t like about our current lay-out, Mary Ellen prepared several conceptual lay-outs and preliminary designs for us. That won us over, and over the next few weeks Mary Ellen worked to incorporate our own ideas along with her design skills, walking us thorough all the options as to materials, finishes, etc. (so many choices to be made!) to come up with a stunningly beautiful kitchen (and new bath). The hardest part was waiting between the time we ordered the cabinets and appliances and for the job to start.Once the construction started Denis and his crew were here almost every day, with Andy keeping an eye on progress. Because the lay-out in both the kitchen and bath were changing, the crew had to move water lines, the gas line, plumbing and electrical and all of that was done seamlessly. The communication was excellent. We were kept informed day-by-day as to what the crew was doing, or if they were not coming for a few days (for example because they had to wait on the county inspectors to approve work before the next step), we were always well-informed as to the schedule and what to expect. When problems arose or unexpected conditions were encountered (they had to re-route a water supply line, a small portion of tile was installed incorrectly), Andy was quick with a resolution and always easy and reasonable to deal with. The craftmanship of the work was excellent; there was a very short punch list of final items that were resolved in a couple hours of work. I look at our new kitchen and primary bath and still pinch myself that it looks so good. We are very happy with everything that Cherrydale Kitchen and Bath and Top Builders did for us.

Top Builders just completed two bathroom remodels for us. They did an outstanding job and I would recommend them. From the first time we met with them, we liked their professionalism and approach. I really like how their estimate explained costs (rather than the other estimate I got with no breakdown of costs - just a total cost). I appreciated Lucias work with design and helping me narrow down choices and help me visualize the spaces. They stuck to the timeline provided, great communication, all of the workers were on time, professional, hard working (they worked all day), and they cleaned up after themselves each day. The bathrooms look great and we would definitely use them again on future projects.

We chose Cherrydale Kitchen and Bath to re-model our 2006 (original) kitchen and could not be happier.The design process with Lucia was done at our convenience, virtually, and did not feel rushed. Lucia clearly spent a lot of time thinking about our design and provided several different versions of it to make sure our familys needs were met. She also pointed out features to include or exclude to help in the potential re-sale of our home. She clearly knows the design aesthetic of Cherrydale homes and what potential buyers will be looking for.We picked out our cabinets, tile, and hardware at the showroom on Langston Blvd in under an hour with the assistance of a design assistant. We found our own lighting and appliances. Andy oversaw the project seamlessly and worked with our appliance and lighting sources.The team itself was extremely professional, on-time, and courteous. Denis and his two co-workers took extreme precautions in our house to ensure our furniture and existing flooring, etc were well protected. Our renovation was during COVID and they took health measures very seriously as well.When the unavoidable unanticipated costs occurred during our renovation, we were sent several options with itemized costs of each via e-mail which was very clear and helpful.Andy and Denis took care of all the permitting and inspections from the County without a hitch.We are very happy with the outcome of our kitchen renovation and are enjoying our new space. We hope to work with CKB again in the future and would highly recommend them.

Top Builders LLC updated 3 of our bathrooms a few years ago and we were very happy with their work. When it was time to update the basement we did get a couple bids but went back to Top Builders. Their estimate was competitive and we already knew we trusted their abilities. Andy, Lucia, and Denis guided us in the planning and their work and crew were excellent! We will definitely call them if we have more work done and would recommend them to others!

Top Builders completed our kitchen remodel nearly one year ago, and we continue to be thrilled with their work and the beautiful focal point that they created in our home. In the wake of some major plumbing repairs which left several of our walls cut open, we decided to just keep going and undertake a structural remodel/expansion of a very small bathroom in a fairly old house. As part of the process, we met with a number of kitchen and bathroom remodelers in the area.What a joy it was to find Top Builders! It is very much a family operation, and Andy, Lucia, Denis, and their crew were a pleasure to work with. The entire crew was professional and courteous, the quality of the work was top-shelf, and they were extremely responsive to new ideas and opportunities that presented themselves once the project was under way. My husband and I had a kitchen remodel with floors, countertops and backsplash, as well as a basement bathroom remodel with floors and shower replacement, and finally, a master bath renovation. Let me just say that Andy and his crew were very professional, very thorough, and went over and beyond to make sure the project ran smoothly. We absolutely love our kitchen and bathroom. The renovation process, surprisingly, is one we would do again, but ONLY with Top Builders, LLC. We were able to contact Andy with any questions, and he was always available either by telephone or by coming to the house. His crew cleaned up after themselves every day, and we saw progress every time they were at the house.
