Received AEs company information as a dealer/installer from GENERAC when we bought a new home with a 14Kw generator already installed. Was able to arrange a service call and got expert, detailed instructions and walk through of all the features plus a tune-up and warranty transfer at a reasonable price and quick timeline. I am a retired engineer and was in the market for a home standby generator so I contacted 2 big box associated contractors, Costco and Home Depot. I was extremely disappointed in both representatives in that they only wanted to collect information so that someone else or a fill-in-the-blanks app could prepare the quote. Neither of them were able to explain any details about how load shedding worked or why they arrived at the configuration that was quoted.I then did an online Google search for standby generator dealers near me and Arlington Electric looked promising, so I called them to arrange a quote and specified that I did not want a salesman, that i wanted someone that could answer my questions and explain how they arrived at the recommended configuration.Don Bangert did a great Job explaining how everything worked, why various load sheds were needed and why the generator size quoted was what was needed.Russell Tilton did the installation and allowed me to satisfy my curiosity by watching the entire time. He did an excellent job. It easily passed inspection and started up flawlessly.Since installation, we have had a short, 5-minute outage and it performed exactly as expected. I downloaded the app and it notified me of a pending bi-weekly exercise so I walked out to the generator and observed it.I am very satisfied with my experience with Arlington Electric and have signed up for their 3 year maintenance program.

Had a great experience with Arlington Electric from the initial meeting with Russ who provided a detailed quote and what to expect acquiring a stand by generator to James/Jeremy installing the system. James was very responsive always keeping us up to date on what the next instalation steps would be along with providing a courtesy call before arriving at our home. He also was very thorough on explaining how the generator works and showing us the different parts of the system. We are very happy/satisfied doing business with Arlington Electric.

I recently built a home on acreage in the Lake Goodwin area. I had the electrician install a brand new Generac Generator and discovered after the install it was not powering the house. The electrician was a one man show Kyle and his business name is Critical Electric. After months of saying he was going fix the problem he never returned and had been paid in full. Don from Arlington Electric came out and quickly discovered that the generator had been installed incorrectly and all of the fuses and the circuit board were blown. Stick with an established company and you will most likely get good customer service and have employees working on your home that know what they are doing.

I have been a customer of Arlington Electric in Marysville for the past 3 years. They installed a Generac home generator for me as we often have power outages in the neighborhood. Arlington Electric has been very responsive to any issues or concerns regarding the use and placement of the generator. Altho there was a bit of confusion on my appointment day when James Day arrived to assess replacing my generator he was the MOST pleasant & knowledgable tech about my issues I have ever had for any reason. And Ive had plenty. When & if it comes to replacing my unit they will definitely have my business.

I had a warranty issue with a generator and previously called another contractor to which I was referred from the factory, the other company didnt have a clue.This time I was referred to Arlington Electric and Solar and Joan scheduled a service call 2 days later. After only a half hour the service technician had it fixed. I could tell he knew what he was doing from the beginning. He was thorough, quick and polite.If you want it done right the first time, call Arlington Electric and I know you will be pleased with the experience, I was!

I used Arlington Electric for our solar panel install a few years ago. Then two years ago we had them install a whole house back up generator. One thing I found to be a constant with this company is their knowledge and fairness. Russ, the owner is very knowledgeable and is a very fair man. His crews are professional and personable and they are quick to schedule our jobs. I am currently working on a sunroom addition and this is my go to electrical company.

AE installed a Generac 18Kw standby generator, and ran a new 220v circuit allowing us to replace an old gas cooktop with an electric induction cooktop. These folks specialize in standby Generators and work hard to keep up with unprecedented demand. They provide fair pricing and first rate installation. In a time where getting quality contractors to service you, you can depend on Russell and his crews at Arlington.

I live near Darrington, getting any contractor to even reply for an estimate is difficult. Arlington Electric not only replied but were out to take a look at my job (wiring a new shop). They scheduled and completed the job in less than a week. They saved me money and were very courteous. Will definitely use them again.
