    Rocket Plumbing has done a number of jobs for me over the past few years - garbage disposal replacement, piping repairs, unclogging drain pipes - and without fail, their technicians have been friendly, on time, and extremely helpful in explaining the situation.     Robert was prompt, very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions (and there were many), and thorough with the rainwater sump pump, backup battery and ejector pump annual inspection. Definitely will continue to use Rocket Plumping in the future.

    I am very happy with the service I received from service man Jose at Rocket Plumbing,I had a visit the same day I called, Jose took photos of the old existing sump pump in my crawl space and explained the issues with corresponding photos.A new sump pump was installed that day. He was very respectful of my home and pets (even when the cat joined him in the crawl space).Highly recommended, would call Rocket again without hesitation.

    Had a great experience with Rocket Plumbing. There were quick to get me on the schedule, and when they arrived Nick was quick to diagnose the problem and get the drain routed and unclogged. He was so efficient and knowledgeable, I had him swap out a kitchen faucet for me while he was there. I was impressed with the knowledge and courtesy that Nick had- I even got quotes for future work.     I had a backed up pipe causing standing water in my shower and maintenance room. Rocket sent someone out within 2-3 hours of my call. Eric came out but was unable to clear the obstructed pipe. He put in a request for a larger piece of equipment and I scheduled another appointment the next day. Nick came out the next day and cleared the obstruction within 30 minutes of arrival. Overall, they were extremely timely, communicative, and transparent with the issues and costs involved. I was extremely happy with their service. On top, they offered a 30 day guarantee. Thanks!

    I cant stress enough how impressed I am with this company. From the phone representatives to the techs, they are 100% professional and responsive. Ive had Robert to my home a few times for sump pump issues that another plumbing company helped create. He was helpful, communicative and knowledgeable. I wouldnt call any other company.

    Nicholas is amazing! He has helped with plumbing issues at both of our homes. Most recent was servicing our sewer line that had obstructions. He and Stephan also re-routed our gas line to have a key turn in our floor for our gas fireplace. Quick scheduling, quick responses, quick and efficient work. Couldn’t recommend them enough! Will always use Rocket Plumbing.

    I originally called wanting an estimate for a catch basin cleanup because the plumber I i usually work with demanded that I have my catch basin cleaned up before they would even come and address my original complaint which is a busted ejector pump in my basement. Luis proceeded to work right away on the obvious and immediate issue by replacing the ejector pump in about an hour since he had a spare pump handy. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. I am leaving my old plumber for sure after the shady business they tried to pull. Will be coming back to rocket plumbing for future work.

    My water heater fails the day before Memorial Day weekend. No one can come out until after the holiday. I call Rocket and Rob shows up in like 30 minutes. Checks it out, goes and gets a new hot water heater, installs it, and takes the busted one away by himself in like two hours tops. Couldn’t be happier with their service.

    I had a small leak in my kitchen sink that I discovered one night. Reached out to Rocket Plumbing and they were able to come out within 36 hours (was not an emergency). Luis quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and gave suggestions of how to prolong our plumbing while answering a bunch of questions I had. This is the second time Ive used Rocket and have been happy both times and plan to use them for larger maintenance projects down the road.

    Geoff is the best plumbing technician out there. Great communicator and very knowledgeable about all aspects of plumbing. He was able to turn the water back on using the 1.5 water key. Previously the Chicago department of water refused to come out to turn the water back on.I highly recommend Geoff to anyone who needs professional and reliable plumbing technician.
