We’ve been using this company for a few years now. From as big as a new flood control system to as little as a toilet that won’t flush. There have been huge rainstorms and basement is perfectly dry. The workers are on time and professional too. Great company!

We’ve trusted Gus with our basement waterproofing needs since 2010 in 2 different homes. Gus and his team have diagnosed and fixed all of our issues such as, putting in a drain tile system, a new sewer line, fixing seepage and cracks and putting in a new sump pump and battery backup. Gus and his team have always been reliable and trustworthy, all the while having the best pricing. In Gus we trust!

New review - contacted MJP Chicagoland plumbing to check on my catch basin that wasnt draining. Contacted Jason and he sent Devin out to run a camera through the line. blockage about 60 ft in. He recommended a high pressure jet cleaning which I set up. Jason called and stated they had an opening the next day in the afternoon. Drew and Jayden showed up and had the blockage cleared quickly. They then took their time using the camera and clearing any remaining roots and minor debris. Amazed at the work and technology now available. Professional, knowledgeable and personable. Thanks men, once again highly recommended to help with any plumbing needs.I contacted Jason at MJP for plumbing work for a basement bathroom. MJP came out and gave me a very reasonable estimate compared to a few others. I scheduled them to come out for the works and it went smooth. Zach and his crew discussed what they thought would be the best route for water lines. I threw them a bit of a curve asking for a slight change and they didn’t hesitate to fill my request. The work was completed by days end. Thanks MJP, sometimes it is hard to find a plumbing crew to do a job that quickly. I’d recommend them to family and friends without hesitation.

I can’t speak highly enough of MJP Chicagoland. We had water leaking from our downstairs toilet and didn’t know who to call. A co worker referred them to me and they responded right away. I had MJP come out to replace my old cast iron kitchen sink with a new stainless steel sink. Other companies said they could not take the old sink out without ruining our countertops. MJP came out to look at the setup and was able to complete the sink removal and installation without any issues to our countertop or anything else. The hooked up our new faucets and we’re able to reuse the existing garbage disposal. The whole process took about 2.5 hours and I am very happy with their work.

Basement had a terrible smell. Called MJP who showed up the next day and identified my sump wasn’t vented correctly. The crew explained why the pit had to be vented and walked me through what they would need to do to fix the problem. Guys quickly installed the vent and a few day later the smell was gone. The owner even stopped by a few days later to make sure the smell was gone. Excited we can finally use the basement again! MJP earned a customer for life.

The ABSOLUTE best in the business! Jason and his crew are unbelievable. I just recently purchased a home and ran into some plumbing issues and called Jason and his crew. They came out within the hour. They take the time to explain the issue and how they are going to resolve it. They are very professional. I won’t use anyone else! Prices are extremely reasonable too!

I wanted to take a moment to highly recommend MJP Chicagoland. I had sewer issue arise during construction and Jason and team were extremely responsive. From identifying the problem, to developing a plan to ultimately having to replace part of sewer, the team members I dealt with were all responsive. Special kudos to the work crew that had to replace the sewer line --- they busted their tails to turn this around quickly, all while maintaining a safe and clean site, in order to get my bigger project back on schedule. Well done MJP Chicagoland!

Honest. Trustworthy. Reliable. Fair. Friendly. What else could you want? My pipe burst. In that emergency situation, they could have gouged me on cost -- but they didnt. Instead, they were quick, yet patient and kind through the process... and they helped me understand everything about the situation as they worked. They solved the problem in just an hour or so, and they cleaned up everything afterward. The cost was less than I expected, and the service exceeded my expectations. Left an after-hours message to MJP to inspect and diagnose what I described as a slow leak coming from our upstairs bathroom to our downstairs bathroom. Jason (owner) called me the next morning to discuss issue and scheduled me for an appt the very next day. Two technicians arrived within the given time window and worked together to quickly detect the issue. To my pleasant surprise, it wasn’t anything major and they fixed it with a quick silicone sealant applied around the bath fixtures. The techs were both pleasant and professional and did not charge me for the quick fix! No upsell or unnecessary charges. This company just earned my trust and future business. We scheduled the job and they were on top of it from start to finish. Zach and his crew went over the specifics discussed and went to work. They knocked it out of the park. Completed, clean and courteous with a few laughs in between. If your looking for a quick, professional job these are your guys.

I have been a VERY satisfied customer of MJP Chicagoland for years. Jason and his team are professional, timely, communicative, and above all reasonably priced. They always provide an estimate and explain what they are going to do before they get started. They get the job done and clean up their work without fail. They have never let me down and they have done a LOT of work for us. I have recommended MJP Chicagoland to many friends and they have all been very happy with the work MJP has done.MJP has done the following for us over the years:- Removed 100 year old galvanized water piping and replaced with new copper piping.- Full basement bath (under slab and above slab rough-in with new ejector pump)- Disconnected failing outdoor grease trap and installed new laundry pump box.- Major addition to house including 5 piece primary bathroom, powder room, laundry room, gas line for garage heater and outdoor grill, water bottle filler, garage sink, and hot and cold outdoor water hose bib.- Disconnected existing undersized lead water supply line and installed new 1.5 inch copper water supply line from the under street water main to the house.
