It was GREAT! Dennis was professional and such a NICE guy and did the job and cleanup thoroughly. Ive already recommended Dahme to others. My neighbor said shell try Dahme next time she needs someone to rod. We are both pro-union families. Union shops make the country a better place to live. Pay a tad more for quality of life provided by unions!

We needed an outside faucet relocated and replaced. We have used Dahme in the past with great results. Dennis arrived same day and did a professional job. The installation looks great, works and without any mess. These guys are the real deal, you cant go wrong using them.

I have used this company many times, and my family has used this company for many years. The employees are so knowledgeable and helpful and are always prepared for the appointment. The front desk has always been helpful with scheduling appointments, assessing my needs, and also providing quotes when I have asked. Everyone at this company has been so friendly as well! I would recommend this company. Two other unit ownershad their AC replaced by them, and are happy with their performance. I had a new AC system installed on the roof of our building. The staff was friendly. The technician was knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. The service from start to completion was done in a timely manner.

When my laundry tub started refusing to drain, I called Dahme Mechanical Industries, Inc. because a lot of people were recommending them for plumbing services on Nextdoor.com. Making an appointment was quick and easy, and today I had the pleasure of meeting Dennis. He confirmed the problem and quickly identified/resolved multiple issues. While he was here, he also helped me out with an additional job where an HVAC contractor had incorrectly sloped my air conditioning drain line. Dennis was fast, friendly, and professional. He observed appropriate Covid protocols and left the areas he worked cleaner than when he started. Hes also just a darn nice guy - he answered all of my questions and made sure I understood the repairs he performed. I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Great experience. Nothing like no water on the Friday before the 3 Day Labor Day weekend! Lorraine took my call and was kind, professional and assured me that plumbing would be fixed before the weekend. Dennis added my job to his schedule that Friday morning and took care of the problem. I know who I will call next time.

Dennis repaired a leak in our vanity drain but he looked further to find that the real leak was in the cold water faucet. Luckily he did that because there was damage and mold in the back of the vanity which needed replacement anyway so he did us a favor. Dennis has been caring for our plumbing needs for YEARS and always does a good job. A very friendly and competent guy.

I have used Dahme for over 30 years now and will remain loyal to them forever !! They have done so many expert plumbing repairs and installations, both inside and outside, that I literally would not trust anyone else to do the quality of work that they do. Their technicians are wonderful -- highly trained, extremely competent (and creative and inventive, if need be!!), always on time, very friendly, and great to talk to. And, the two ladies who run the office and answer the phone are really delightful and so helpful !! I always breathe a sigh of relief when I know Dahme is on the way -- and I feel safer in my house after theyve completed a job.

What an amazing company! A couple of weeks ago, I discovered a sewer backup situation (on a Saturday). I really had no idea who to call and we were heading out for my sons birthday party and I had to pick up his friend. We were sitting at a red light and a Dahme truck drove by. I called quickly and left a voicemail thinking I would hear back on Monday. About 45ish minutes later, I received a call from the gentleman from that truck saying he could be at my house in about an hour. We were in Oak Brook at the time and I texted him about 40 min later with my address. We got home in 25 minutes, and Dahme was in my driveway 5 minutes later, at 5:00 on a Saturday afternoon. He had to clean out the sewer pipe through the cleanout in the front yard. It took about an hour, maybe a little more. I was beyond grateful that this man was able to come out and fix the problem so quickly on a weekend! This is a great company and I would highly recommend for your plumbing needs!!
