I am so happy to have found Narwhal after my former plumber ghosted me. Jacob arrived to assess a leak in my hot water tank within two hours of me calling. He noted that my tank was 20 years old and would need to be replaced. I received an estimate shortly after that and accepted. The next day, Jacob and his team member installed the new tank. They were careful, communicative, and clean. I highly recommend and will use again for all my plumbing needs.
